About: I've taken care of animals since I was young, often a family friend and now often my own friends! I am open to all animals, any age, any kind. I know how stressed animals can get when their people are away, and I believe in providing a temporary replacement that is as near to their normal as possible. I'm not currently working, so I am mostly free throughout each week! I am able to come and go at any time in the day as well! Safety and trust are my top priority with every pet I care for. For house sitting, I stay in your home to keep your pet’s routine as normal as possible like sticking closely to their usual feeding, medication, and bathroom schedule, keeping doors and gates secure, and making sure the home stays safe and undisturbed while you’re away. Pets tend to feel calmer staying in their own space, and I’m there to give them company and attention throughout. For drop-in visits, I do a quick walkthrough on arrival to make sure everything is as it should be, follow your instructions exactly for feeding, litter box or bathroom needs, and always double check doors and gates are secure before I leave. For walks, dogs stay leashed at all times unless you’ve told me otherwise and I’ve confirmed the area is safe, and I stay alert to traffic, other animals, and weather conditions. For cats, I’m mindful of their comfort level and never force interaction or handling they’re not used to. Across all services, I send photo and text updates so you always know how your pet is doing, and I keep emergency contacts (you and your vet) on hand just in case!

About: I’ve always been around dogs and got my own dog 8 years ago. I have have always taken care of dogs in my neighborhood for long amount of time or for even just to feed or let out. I have a full time job Monday thru Thursday but I’m free on the weekends. I’m most likely will not be available for major holidays . I live in a new apartment building that has a small dog park. I usually take my dog on hikes or walks around the neighborhood.

About: I did dog grooming for five years working with dogs of every shape, size, and aggression level. I even groomed the occasional cat! I also have experience working previously at a dog day care where I kept watch of multiple dogs at once ensuring they were safe and happy while in our care, and separating the occasional fight when need be. I have the fortunate ability to be called upon at anytime for any kind of pet care at this time. The only times I will be occupied are days when I need to run errands and time where I am making sure my own dog and cat are having their needs met. I am willing to adhere to any set boundaries you have set for your pet inside your home. I have no problem working with dogs who can be stand offish, I've safely kept an eye on dogs as little as 2lbs to dogs over 100lbs.

About: I’ve owned, sat for, fed, and walked dogs of all different sized since I was a child. Current owner of two small pups, but lots of room in my schedule to look after a few more. Former Cat owner, with raging kitty fever. I am available for temporary visiting/sitting jobs in the Greater Portland & Gardiner Areas, where I am Working & Located respectively. I have plenty of time in my day before & after work to visit, and room for sitting SMALL dogs. I first start by showing the pet that I am a friendly presence, I understand familiarization can take time, which is why patience is key. As soon as your pet allows me to show it affection, it is my pleasure & love to match that affection back to ensure that an environment of trust & care is effectively fostered. I can & will feed, walk, play with, and clean up after your pets so I can help them still have some of the enjoyment that they get when you’re at home.
