About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover who would be thrilled to care for your pets like they’re part of my own family. I’ve had dogs my entire life and have had cats for the past 7 years. My home is currently filled with 7 animals of my own—2 dogs and 5 cats! They’re definitely my favorite part of home life (other than my husband, of course lol). I regularly care for the pets of my family and friends, including my brother-in-law’s dog, who I watch very frequently, as well as my family’s 2 dogs and cat. I also occasionally care for a close friend’s dog. One of my longer pet-sitting experiences was caring for my cousin’s dog for 3 months while she recovered from a broken leg. We are an extremely pet-friendly household and genuinely love having animals around. When friends come over, we’re always telling them to bring their pets! My schedule is currently completely open, and as an at-home wife, I’m able to be home with your pets for the majority of the day most days. I’m happy to provide plenty of attention, companionship, playtime, walks, and cuddles so your pets feel comfortable and loved while you’re away. I’m comfortable caring for all kinds of animals and would love the opportunity to get to know your pets and their individual personalities and routines. Because I’m an at-home wife, I’m home the majority of the day and can provide frequent supervision, attention, and companionship. I’m happy to follow your pet’s normal routine, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications, and any special instructions you provide. We have a large, fully fenced backyard where dogs can safely get outside, play, and enjoy some fresh air. We also live right next to a park and creek, which gives us plenty of opportunities for walks and outdoor time for pets who enjoy exploring. Safety and trust are extremely important to me. I know how hard it can be to leave your pets with someone else, so I want you to feel confident that they’re being cared for, loved, and treated like family while they’re with me. I also understand that not every pet is comfortable around other animals. I’m happy to discuss your pet’s personality and needs beforehand and make sure we have a plan that keeps everyone comfortable and safe. For pets who need or are more comfortable with their own separate space, we also run available to set up kennel(s). I’m happy to accommodate individual needs and make sure every pet has a safe and comfortable environment. Safety and trust are extremely important to me. They walked me through the house, introduced all the dogs, and showed us around the backyard. They have a ramp/climbing wall, a kiddie pool, and a trampoline for the dogs! It’s dog heaven! Her husband even took time to get Cletus up there. I wasn’t sure what time I would get done, and Brooke was so accommodating about letting me come get Cletus at a random time. So glad I found this lovely family for when I’m in Killeen!”

About: I've worked with different breeds of dogs from rottweilers to english bulldogs. I can pick up on dog behavior really well and follow thier schedule. I work from home so I can make my time available for your fur baby from twelve o'clock to six o'clock in the late afternoon I have a medium sized fenced in yard. There is two dog park near by. I have a dog to give your dog a playmate. I work part-time, so I have plenty of free time to give your pup attention throughout the day. I’m home a lot, which means extra walks, playtime, and lots of company for dogs who don’t like being alone. I’m available on weekends and most weekdays after 2pm, and I’m really flexible with scheduling if your dog needs a little extra time or care. Your pet’s safety and comfort always come first. I keep a calm, clean environment and follow whatever routine your dog is used to—feeding times, walks, crate time, everything. I’m patient with shy or anxious pups and gentle with seniors. I’m also comfortable crating if needed, giving space when dogs need it, and making sure they feel safe, seen, and cared for the whole time.

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was old enough to handle responsibilities. I grew up on 10 acres and have provided love and care for dogs, cats, birds(pigeons, chickens, parakeets), and horses. I have volunteered at animal shelters since high school and have pet sat for both families and friends. I love all animals and am excited to meet all the fur babies! I’m a stay at home mom who is looking for a fun and furry way to spend time. I would be around most of the time to ensure your fur baby has what they need. I have my own fur baby as well, an indoor kitty named Jasmine. I have a large fence in yard and a large dog crate for when I do need to step out which will be kept in the air conditioning. Available brands include The Honest Kitchen, Orijen, Blue Buffalo, Rachael Ray, Purina, Weruva, etc. Treats include yogurt, cookies, fruits, steamed veggies, cottage cheese, peanut butter, warm milk. Homecooked meals (plain diet) are also an option if requested. - 24-hour supervision. Friendly, healthy playmates. - Safe environment with floor cleaned continuously and puppy toilet disinfected after each use. Waste is picked up immediately. - Paw and body cleaning after each bathroom break. 🍒 REQUIREMENTS 🍒 - Dogs that are special-needs (either physically, such as having disabilities, or mentally, such as having severe separation anxiety), young puppies, hyperactive, incontinent, in heat, or not potty-trained, will add a small additional charge. - Due to limited availability, payments are due at the time of scheduling and are non-refundable. - Your dog MUST be generally healthy, up to date on shots (with proof of vaccinations, “if it is not documented, it was not done” is my policy), and on heartworm prevention. - Your dog MUST be clean, free from offensive odors as well as parasites. In order to ensure this and maintain a clean safe environment for everyone, please bathe your dog prior to dropping him/her off, or your dog can be carefully bathed and dried by me for an additional $15 in the beginning of boarding. - Your dog MUST be friendly to people (allows handling and caring) and socially acceptable around other small dogs (may not like them but will not try to attack them).

About: We are a family of 6 with only a caged bearded dragon and 2 playful friendly cats. We would love to take care of your pet as if it were our own. I do not have a TV nor electronics so my focus can be loving and caring for your precious baby!!! I’m currently working part time so taking care of your pet would be a joy. About: what sets me apart is not only is this a passion for me i went to school for it. I feel like pet care services should be more accessible cause you know shit happens and having a good pet care system really changes things. Im from Chicago and im currently trying to become an exotic veterinarian or be within vet med sciences. I completed one step by attended fox college vet tech in chicago and trained animals on top of that specializing in fear and aggression. I’ve worked with banfield clinics and have done free service pop ups. i’m never gonna judge just want to be part of your pet caring team. I work for a different company aside from rover and I love it doing the same thing. I went to school for it. its a passion for me. people and animals save each other all the time, thats the stuff that matters. a good pet care system helps foster a good environment. I own pets so i understand all sides. I always follow the instructions given first to me first because every dog and every routine is different. tips and tricks can work for certain situations but at the end of the day, pet parent knows their dog best. How I personally take care of my pets is through getting to know their individual personalities and building a system that runs with my lifestyle, but also taking them to dog parks using plate puzzles to stimulate them, and personal time because, at the end of the day they are just as as much as aware as we are.
