About: Hello! I love all types of pets and currently have two dogs of my own. I am a student at Virginia-Maryland college of veterinary medicine trying to earn some extra money by doing what I love, playing with pets. I have experience with all types of pets at varying sizes and personalities. During my undergraduate career, I raised two Seeing Eye Dogs and helped other raisers with training. During this time, I worked at a veterinary hospital, participated in animal specific events like vaccination clinics, and groomed. From healthy puppies and kittens to seniors who need medication, I have seen it all and am prepared to help with whatever your pet needs. I hope I can meet your fur babies and shower them with love while you’re away. I offer additional grooming services, ask about them if your interested. As someone who owns two dogs, pet care is a priority in my life. Both of my pups get plenty of one-on-one time as well as long walks and enrichment in the house. During the day, the pups are crated while I am at school, but if my boyfriend is off of work they get to run around and play. As soon as I get home the dogs get taken out and fed. Along with daily care, I take care of all of their grooming and medical needs as well. I currently live in apartment complex which has a dog play area for your furry friends to get plenty of exercise. There is also a trail connected to the complex which will be utilized for long walks and plenty of sniffing opportunities. Both of my pups are very friendly and would be happy to be your pet’s playmate during their stay.

About: I’ve helped my mom pet sit her German shepherd for a year and I handled it well. I learned how to feed him properly and took care of him responsibly. I will be mostly available in the afternoon. Once school start, I will be mostly available during the weekends. Feel free to check with me on availability otherwise. I make sure to walk my dog at least three times a day and feed him the right amount of food at least two times a day. I will make sure to respect others when taking him outside and stop any improper behavior in time. I regularly buy him treats and toys.

About: I’ve had several pets in my household ever since I was young. I’ve always taken care of them, and have been relied on to pet sit for neighbors, family, and friends. I’ve also trained each of my pups in the house, such as the commands sit, lay down, stay, come, paw, roll over, and many more. One of my favorite experiences was taking care of a house full of pets for about a week that consisted of 9 cats, 5 dogs, and even a rabbit! About: I was responsible for caring for my childhood senior dog. She was a small chihuahua mix that I was responsible for walking, feeding and giving oral medications. I also cared for a family friend’s two German Shorthaired Pointer’s for a week. My responsibilities included feeding, walking, crating and administering oral medications! I currently work full-time but have a flexible schedule that allows me to check-in on pets during the morning and evening. However, I can provide longer check-ins during the weekend and have no standing/recurring commitments during the weekend. As someone who has owned pets before, I am well aware of the safety precautions needed. I make sure that my home is pet-proof by making sure my plants are out of reach and any dangerous chemicals. I also have experience with crating dogs.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since middle school and have over 7 years of experience with pups and cats of all ages and temperaments. As a landscape architecture student at Virginia Tech, I love spending time outside and staying active—whether that means long walks, hikes, or just backyard playtime. Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me for years to walk, feed, bathe, and love their pets like my own. I treat every animal with patience, joy, and genuine care. I currently take classes from 8 in the morning until 12 pm, so I am available from 6-7am and 1-6pm M-F and 10am-5pm Saturday and Sunday! I do my best to make your pet feel comfy and cared for, whether I’m hanging out at your place or taking them for a walk. I’ll follow whatever routine you’ve got and use whatever leash or gear you prefer. If your pup needs to be crated at certain times, I’ve got no problem with that—and I’ll make sure they’re settled and relaxed. About: I’ve looked after my neighborhood pets since I was 13. I’ve primarily cared for dogs and cats, but I’ve also looked after hermit crabs, a bearded dragon, fish, and canaries. I’ve looked after all different kinds of dogs of all different ages. I have experience with both crate trained and free-roaming dogs as well. Owners trust me to make sure water bowls are always full, follow their usual feeding times as best as I can, have nice walks outside, as well as spend some time playing before I head out. I am back home from college for the summer looking for a part-time job, so my days are mostly free to look after your pets! When visiting your pet at your home, I’d give them time to get used to my scent. I’m comfortable with both crate trained pets and free roaming pets. I take this position very seriously and will take the best care of your pets while you’re away!

About: I am offering house sitting, pet sitting, and dog walking services. I have taken care of dogs and other animals for a large part of my life, including caring for senior dogs and training puppies. I currently have one pup living with me. He is a large breed dog that I have raised since he was 8 weeks old and gone through successful training with. Though I do have a job, I am available for walking services in the evenings and am able to do drop in visits in the early morning, mid-day, and evenings. I have a much more open schedule during the weekends, so I am available for boarding, multiple drop- in visits per day, and multiple walks per day. I am available for long term boarding for vacations or time you think you may be out of town, as long as you are comfortable. Just reach out for any questions or concerns!
