She sent regular updates with photos and messages, which meant the world to me and gave me so much peace of mind. It’s obvious she genuinely loves animals and treats them like family. I will definitely be booking with her again—highly recommend!”

“It was I first time ever to leave my furbabies with anyone to care for them and they did great with Briana. She took very good care of care of them. Next time I’m in Lakeland, Fl. Again I will definitely book with Briana again.”

“Ms. Vely rocks! This was Coco's first full Day with Ms. Vely, so when she took command right away I was glad for that since she was a fresh face for my Coco to get used to over a long period of time. She is so wonderful and kind with doggies, I had no doubt she'd get my boy out of his shell. She updated us with photos and short videos throughout her time with Coco to show our little man was doing just awesome..... And the tongue hanging out the side of his mouth with a big toothy grin showed that she sure did get him out of his shell! Coco was even a gentleman doggie and made sure to follow her inside after every jaunt outside! Glad to have found Ms. Vely and glad to have her watch him again! You cannot go wrong with Ms. Vely!”

“Susan is always great with our puppy! He had surgery this week and she took the best care of him while I was at work. She is our go to sitter, and she is so flexible with my schedule!”

About: BEST CARE ANYWHERE! I have over 50 years professional experience caring for dogs, I am now retired. I have worked in the boarding, grooming, training and vet tech fields. My home is calm and quiet, nervous dogs do great with me. My back yard is fully fenced; my back door opens into that backyard. Customized meals for every dog. Home and dog areas cleaned daily and sanitized weekly. YOUR DOG MUST BE FRIENDLY WITH OTHER DOGS and be 25 pounds or less! NO BULLY BREEDS I am retired and need to feel I am contributing to society in some small way. I love animals and they love me, so this is a good fit for me. I can care for dogs, cats, birds, horses, cattle, goats, chickens, rabbits, snakes, reptiles, raccoons and some small wildlife (depending on their needs) in their home or mine!

“Kyli was very accommodating to my VERY last minute and late evening request. Would definitely trust her with my little Bella again. She was very friendly and kept my baby safe and cozy.”

About: I’m patient and attentive when it comes to animals and their individual needs. I’m physically capable of engaging in any animal-related activities, and I stay observant to make sure they’re comfortable, happy, and well cared for. I also adapt easily to each animal’s personality and preferences. As a college student without a current job, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate time throughout the day and week to care for pets. This fits well into my routine and gives me the opportunity to focus fully on their needs. I provide a safe, loving environment, follow routines closely, offer regular potty breaks, playtime, and ensure pets feel comfortable, secure, and well cared for at all times.

About: I’ve been a dog lover for as long as I can remember! I’ve grown up surrounded by dogs of all sizes and personalities, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I’ve also spent time volunteering at dog shelters, which has helped me understand and connect even more deeply with our furry best friends. Whether your pup is full of energy and loves playtime, or prefers snuggles and a calm walk, I’ll make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I treat every dog like they’re my own—with patience, kindness, and lots of belly rubs! I’m reliable, gentle, and truly passionate about what I do. I know how much dogs mean to their families, and I’ll care for yours with all the love and attention they deserve. Can’t wait to meet you and your furry best friend! 🐶💖 Right now I’m not working, and I study online from home—so I’m pretty much always around! That means I have tons of time and flexibility to care for pets whenever needed. Taking care of animals is something I truly enjoy, so it fits perfectly into my daily routine. I have two super friendly Shih Tzus and one sweet. They love meeting new furry friends and are great at keeping other dogs company! But if your pup prefers their own space, no worries—I can easily keep them separated to make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable. I don’t crate dogs unless it’s requested by the owner. I’m happy to follow your pup’s usual routine, whether that means long walks, playtime, trips to the park, or just some relaxing cuddle time. My home is full of love, and your fur baby will be treated like part of the family!

About: I have had a big passion for animals since childhood. I grew up with many animals and always dreamed of working with animals. I graduated from university with an associate in veterinary technician. I been working for several years in veterinary medicine and doggy daycare i really have fun and enjoy all my time with them. I’m currently working 3 days per week, usually I’m off on Sunday and the rest of the time at home. My schedule rotates, I do not always have the same days off. I have an empty room only for them, small cage if needed and a porch that they can be around. I’m a pet friendly and I always walk my dog around so he can enjoy the complex.

About: I have had animals in my house all my life and have always loved taking care of them! I grew up with cats and when we finally got our first dog we were inseparable. I went off to college and got my own animals to take care of for a couple years but I recently moved across the country with my husband and we had to leave our little friends behind with our families. My late childhood dog had gotten older as I was going off to college and lost her hearing and sight, so I'm well prepared to take care of animals that need a little extra attention! I'm hoping to help people in the area out with their little family members! I love to walk dogs, play with cats, and just hangout with all types of animals. Im currently working from home and doing some online schooling. This allows me to be super flexibly for a job with Rover. I can tend to your pets needs 24/7. Because of my situation, your pet will almost never be left alone and will be well taken care of and loved! I do not have any pets of my own currently and will only be taking one family at a time. I have a huge yard outside my apartment unit and a fenced in dog park that is not too far of a walk away as well!

About: We’ll be the next best thing to home while you’re away. My husband and I have had dogs our whole lives, and we believe a house just isn’t complete without a furry companion. I am available full-time to care for your dog and will treat them as if they were my own. We have a large, fenced-in backyard that’s perfect for playtime, and we also go on daily walks. If your dog enjoys water, we even have a wading pool to help them stay cool. Whether it’s playing fetch, relaxing in the yard, or enjoying some snuggles inside, your pup will get the love and attention they deserve. I am retired after 30 years in the healthcare field, so I’m also very comfortable administering medications or handling any special medical needs your pet may have. Between my husband and I, we are home all the time and available to care for your pet 24/7. We have a dog of our own, so caring for a dog is just a normal part of our daily routine. We have a large fully fenced yard, and our own friendly dog to help keep your dog company. Our home is dog friendly (no rules about furniture). We do have a large create if you prefer that your dog be created during certain times.

About: I'm an animal lover, I wanted to become a vet I've taken care of dogs ever since I was 11 years old and there's nothing else in the world I would rather do than take care of your pet! i'm currently working from home full time so I'll have plenty of time to take care and play with your puppys at any time given. I have a friendly dog that gets along with other dogs, usually I take her with me everywhere because to me my dog is my daughter I also love to walk her, pet her and play with her. I currently work from home so I’ll have plenty of time to take care of your baby and play with your love one :) ! I have a fenced yard and a friendly dog to keep company of your love one more than welcome to bring toys to play :)

About: Dogs have been my life companions and I'm a dedicated caregiver. I have experience raising my own dogs from puppy age on through the senior struggles. I had a big boy for 12 yrs and a big girl for almost 15, who I lost earlier this year. I especially love large dogs and the sweeties known as "bully" breeds. I'm choosing not to have a pet again for a while, so I have extra love and time to give to yours! I am available all days because I am not currently working a full time job and this will be a main source of income for me. I will incorporate the expectations discussed with the pet owner and be very attentive to the pet's needs. Animals tend to gravitate to me, perhaps because I play, pet, cuddle, and talk to them. I would ensure they are safe, happy, and have their needs met.

About: I have fostered for the SPCA since I was 12 and have owned pets my entire life. I have a passionate love for animals and recently discovered a new passion for pet sitting! I STRICTLY KEEP ONLY ONE PET FAMILY AT A TIME - so I can focus on their personal and familiar schedule, happiness, and safety. I ALSO WELCOME SPECIAL NEEDS PETS, as I have owned and cared for many myself. Keeping your pet is a privilege and brings me great joy, it is not a primary financial stream. (If you need a recurring or long-term sitter who will build a loving relationship with your pet, please contact me for discount.) As for my background and experience, as a youth, I began fostering animals for the SPCA at 12 years old, and then at 16 began raising and training guide dog puppies for Southeastern Guide Dogs. I have been awarded volunteer and foster of the year both by the SPCA. As I got older. I saw a great need for foster parents who could bottle feed abandoned puppies and kittens, could care for older pets needing extra time and expertise, and pets with a wide variety of special needs. After adopting several special needs pets who would otherwise have difficulty finding a forever home (the last two passed away last year), I found myself wanting to adopt every animal I fostered. knowing that wasn’t realistic, I realized pet sitting might be better outlet for me to direct my love for animals (Without the pain of not knowing if the pet I fostered would eventually find a loving home). And I have loved hosting happy pets ever since! My children are now in college, and after losing my precious older dog and cat a couple years ago, I now only have one cat we rescued during a storm. My ultimate goal is for both you and your pet to be comfortable and have peace of mind before and during the time you are away, and I strive to love and entertain them so much that they feel at home (or on vacation) until you come back for them. I work from home, allowing me to be available for your pet at almost all times - which is especially helpful with puppies/kittens, older, or disabled pets that need to be closely watched. (I have many years experience with disabled, sick or elderly pets). I am experienced with giving both oral and injected meds, expressions, helping them eat, exercise, etc. Because I only pet sit one animal family at a time, I am able to adjust to your pet(s) schedule. Whatever makes him/her most comfortable! I take the trust and safety of pets very seriously, only keeping one pet (or family of pets) at a time. I also document a daily diary of their experiences, and send pictures on a daily basis (unless requested otherwise). You can review the daily diary document (as well as information I prefer to obtain before pet sitting), in my photos section. This document includes the preferred vet and emergency center I utilize, although I am happy to contact your preferred vet if provided to me. I also have multiple friends who are veterinarians, and I never hesitate to contact them if I am at all concerned about any pet in my care. I prefer dogs be crate trained if they are young and active, but it is only used if we are all gone for a short time (for the dog’s safety and comfort). The rest of the time pets are welcome on the bed, furniture, etc. If there is a reason the dog can’t be crated, please discuss it with me and we can come up with safest and best plan for your pet! I also have a room set up for pets in case they want to be alone or have quiet time. It is also helpful if you bring a blanket from home, so s/he is comforted by the familiar smells of you and their loving home!

“Jose was great. We did the daycare option for our elderly fur baby. He ensured that she was in a space where she would be comfortable. Jose took her for walks and sent pictures and videos of her. Also, Jose communicated any changes in the stay. I appreciated that he alerted me to 2 dogs that would be joining that evening in advance of our arrival. I’m always nervous to leave my baby with someone new but Jose is the exactly the type of person I hope for when I do.”

“Jani was great with Junior. He only stayed with her for the day. He can be fickle in his old age but loves people. She did great getting him comfortable in her home and giving him attention but also his freedom when needed. I received constant pictures which is always great! Will use Jani again if needed!”
