About: I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. About: I've had dogs and cats for most of my life that are treated as family. Buster, my 16 year old Border Collie mix, recently passed. About: I have a life of experience caring for my own animals including dogs, cats, newborn pups and kittens, a chinchilla, chickens, and geese! I regularly pet sit for my neighbor and have been asked to do the same by many friends. I have the summer off from teaching, so I am pretty flexible until late August! About: I’ve taken care of many dogs since i was a kid. My neighbors relied on be to watch their dogs when i was 13 and did so till i was 17, along with always having family dog. About: I have been the main caretaker of any animal I’ve ever had, some because I was the one who begged for it. And others because I just love animals so much that their care is only half the fun. I have experience with animals in all stages of life, from puppies to seniors. My puppy experience ranges from being the one who nursing a parvo puppy back to excellent health, she is now 3 years old and thriving. I also have a senior dog, who is such a joy but I think he forgets he has arthritis with all of his puppy antics. I also have a lot experience with teaching many tricks so don’t be surprised if your animal learns something new every time they see me! I work from home and have only two courses a day, so I have a lot of time on my hands to do a good pet care routine. My babies (my cats and hermit crabs) are on a routine or rather I am. We do feedings in the morning and have an hour of down time for everyone to “stretch” their legs before I go to class. I’m away for 3 hours before I’m back and during that time I can walk a dog if one is staying. And then I work from home so pretty much I’m at the animals beck and call whenever they need anything. I am in an apartment which lessens the risk of anything happening to your pet on my watch! Also with living in an apartment by campus we can always go for walks and meet some college students wanting some animal love!

About: I am a veterinary student at ISU with experience pet sitting, caring for shelter animals, and clinical care. I am comfortable caring for pets with special diets and administration of oral medicine. I have experience with puppies and senior dogs, and I have flexibility in caring for pets of varying activity levels. I can't wait to meet your fur baby! I have school on weekdays, but I'm available for walks during the lunch hours from 11am - 1pm. I'm also available after 5pm Monday - Friday and have full availability on weekends. Your pet's comfort is my number one concern so I have no problem coming to you or taking your pet to their favorite park. I'm comfortable walking larger dogs that pull the leash and explore or older dogs with limited mobility. My dog has a vestibular issue, so I'm experienced lifting pets to help them up and down stairs and getting into cars. I'm also experienced giving oral medication, clipping/shaving nails, and bathing.

About: I've pet/house sat for multiple people in the past. Animals include dogs, cats, fish, and reptiles. I like to have a meet and greet before ever staying with your pets alone. If you have any special diets or quirks make sure we discuss them in advance! I don't mind staying for a few hours to watch your animals or just drop in, whatever is needed! I have a nighttime job so, your animals will need to be able to be alone at night a few days of the week! I will discuss meal plan, how often you walk them/let them outside, and if they have meds with you prior to caring for your animals.
