1. Barbara & Darryll E.
“Thank you Barbara and Darryll for being such great companions for Nyima while we were gone. It was so helpful to know she was loved and taken care of - and that she got to play outside with you every day!”
2. Shannon D.
“Shannon was amazing with our pup! She clearly loves animals and made sure to ask about our dog’s needs and preferences. Even with a personal emergency, she communicated and made sure everything worked out. Would happily book her again!”
3. Julia M.
“Julia was an excellent match for our two dogs for overnights. Large running and playing area and she took them for lots of walks. They obviously felt comfortable with her right away. Julia is an experienced dog professional and exudes the confidence and technique theater goes along with that. We will definitely call upon her again for dog care.”
4. Maria C.
“Maria is an amazing sitter. I'm so glad she is close by. My dog Aidan is 14 and I didn't want to leave him at a traditional boarding kennel. Maria provided daily updates with pics which put me at ease while I was away, I could tell Aidan had a great time with her and Lalo. Plenty of play time and outdoor excursions.”
5. Piper N.
“Piper took amazing care of our 1 year old husky, and she was very accommodating for a last second overnight visit we needed. We had a wonderful meet and greet that made us feel comfortable leaving Zinnia with someone we didn’t know for the first time. She was great about answering any questions or concerns we had. The meet and great went so well on the morning of drop off Zinnia was so excited to see Piper again! Piper was amazing at giving us updates on how Zinnia was doing, what they did that day, along with a bunch of photos she took during their adventures. Safe to say we would absolutely bring Zinnia to stay with Piper again!”
6. Kim H.
“Kim was great. Met up in advance for a meet and greet. Lots of photos and play time for the dog when she was with Kim. Would recommend her.”

8. Melissa P.
“I can't think of anyone better than Melissa to be a pet sitter. I am her mother so the advantage is that I know her well and I witness daily the care she gives her pets- mostly dogs - but her daughter now has a cat who is treated like a princess. Melissa walks her dogs daily. Always on a leash where required but also has some special places where dogs can be unleashed. Pets are well fed, get treats (when they behave😂), have toys, warm beds, warm jackets. She would be the person that not only feeds, walks, pets but also genuinely cares about them. I truly believe river.com couldn't find anyone better suited!!! Rachel Pinard”
9. Nina M.
“Nina was awesome! My dog Mattis had a great boarding experience. I felt 100% comfortable knowing that Nina was taking such good care of my boy. Not only would I recommend Nina to others but will be asking her to sit for Mattis again soon.”
10. Lisa C.
“Lisa and Daisy were the best friends to leave our dog, Hazel with. Lisa was very willing to deal with Hazel's daily medications as well as her quirky personality. Lisa sent lots of photos of their adventures (walks and playtime) as well as downtime snuggles. Hazel was sad to leave. We will definitely be using Lisa and Daisy for sleepovers in the future 😁.”

About: I knew from an early age I wanted to work with animals. I started horseback riding lessons when I was ten and went on to working off my lessons by caring for the lesson horses. This led me to manage a boarding barn and earn my riding instructor license. When I moved to VT I worked at an animal shelter for dogs and cats. This inspired me to go back to college for a degree in Veterinary Technology. I worked as a Certified Vet Tech for 12 yrs. Now I would like to focus on working from home and helping pets be comfortable and safe when their people are away. I'm currently working part-time so I have plenty of time for walks and visits. I'm available on the weekends for boarding and a couple of days during the week. I have a fenced in yard and two dogs to keep your family member company. We have lots of land and trails to walk on. I have a large crate available if needed.
