“I was nervous leaving my cocker spaniel, Hedwig at a daycare for the first time. I wasn’t sure how he would behave with other dogs without a leash. During a meet and greet with Beth she put me at ease pointing out the positive behavior Hedwig was behaving with the other dogs. While on my ten day vacation, she sent me a video of Hedwig wanting to play with another dog as well as 3 pictures of him relaxing and he looked happy. He even slept under her bed at night. I’m glad Hedwig felt right at home and he will definitely be going back. Thank you Beth.”

You can tell Lesley really loves dogs. She opened her home to Rosie and was very affectionate and attentive with her. Lesley checked in with us multiple times over the stay, sending us photos and updating us on how Rosie was doing. She even fed Rosie some chicken when Rosie turned her nose up at her regular food. About: I’ve taken care of animals ever since I was little, whether that was taking care of our cats and dogs or watching a neighbors pet. I worked in the veterinary field for a couple of years and a technician so I am comfortable administering any medications. I am open to sitting dogs of all ages, I just ask that if they aren’t potty trained to please provide a kennel. I have a border collie who loves to make friends so we hope to see your furry friends soon! I am currently a PhD student here at the U of A. I do have classes and work during the weekdays but I am available after 5pm. On the weekends me and my dog take it easy and stay in. I do live in an apartment complex. There are two dog parks present in the complex if you would want me to take your pet to run some energy out (but totally understand if you would prefer no visits to the dog park). I am able to crate any pet that needs to be I just ask that you supply the crate since I do not have one at this time. I do have a 7yr old border collie who loves to meet new friends and is very patient with energetic breeds. I take her on a long walk at least once a day and will definitely take any pet I watch on a long walk too (a girl has to get her steps in).
