1. Beth K.
“Beth made leaving my kittens at home so easy. This was my first time using a pet sitter and it was definitely worth it rather than putting them in a boarding facility where they just will put your cat in a cage all week. I will definitely use Beth again to watch my kittens.”
2. Louis M.
“Louis took care of my pup while we were out of town. He did home drop-ins. He did a meet & greet ahead of time to get to know my pup, his routine, etc. Louis was great!! My pup loved him and felt comfortable with him. Louis sent us updates, communicated quickly, sent pictures, etc. This was helpful as we missed our boy so much! We would gladly use him in the future!”
3. Kayla L.
“Kayla was great!! One of our dogs got sick while we were gone and she was very attentive, cleaned up the messes, and made sure we knew exactly what was going on by calling to keep us informed.”
4. Alex F.

About: I have grown up with dogs and other animals my entire life living on horse farms including my current home. Dogs are an essential part of my life and caring for them is a joy for me. My own dog, Shamrock, a fourteen year old Jack Russell Terrier is the epitome of my undying care and affection. I raised her from a eight-week old puppy, training her, caring for her, teaching her how to play frisbee, even qualifying her as a service dog. Even at 14, she continues to inspire me with her energy, enthusiasm, and good behavior. All of the Rover guests get along with her (which is not a usual Jack Russell trait). She makes all the guests feel welcome and comfortable even tolerating other dogs sleeping on my bed with me. The Rover dogs I have welcomed in my home all appreciate the hospitality, the fact that the dog can enjoy everything the dog does at home (be it playing ball, running in the fenced in acre, sleeping on the bed, jumping up on the furniture, or if the dog is used to being crated, then feeling secure in its crate). I will always respect whatever the owner requests with respect to their own dogs routine. One of the Rover guest I have enjoyed over the years is a very active German Shorthair Pointer, named Wilson. Wilson requires crating, a very specific feeding schedule, and lots of exercise. Not a problem, I am happy to accommodate him. Spooky, a beloved Husky guest had a variety of eating issues and lots to say, I adored him and am saddened by his loss last year. The little dog pictured in my profile pick, Buddy was a favorite as well- spunky and cuddly. So, be it a huge needy Husky or a tiny Maltese, I enjoy and work with them all and their specific needs. I only take one dog at a time in order to devote the attention necessary and to keep the dogs safe, but if a family has two dogs who live together, I happily will take both. I just don't like to take two dogs from different households because I do not know how they will get along. Your dog will be welcomed, accommodated, and enjoyed while here, I can guarantee that and the reviews validate that. Thank you I work from home and enjoy having the dogs to take care of and provide me with great companionship during the day. I never leave the dogs for longer than a few hours. I live on a farm and have an acre fenced in yard, and a fenced in area in the front of the house for quick runs out in the middle of the night. I play frisbee with my dog and Rover guests and ball if that is the guest dog's preference.

13. Aleia Y.
“Aleia was amazing with my dog Sam. Sam is an older dog that is usually around our family so when we go away on trip we need someone who can make sure he gets the company he deserves. Aleia made sure to keep him company and was very helpful with his needs as he is getting in the older side. Even though he may be a challenging dog to work with she did amazing with him and we couldn’t be any happier with the service. I would 100% recommend Aleia!”
14. Robert C.
“Robert did an amazing job with our fur baby. He was prompt, caring, communicative and responsible. We will definitely book Robert again if we have to be out of town.”

16. Kate C.
“Kate was amazing, having her watch over our dog Lucy was a joy, our dog was happy and always watched as she would leave and get excited when she would come back to watch her, I can honestly say she took really good care of her.”

About: Our house is on 4 acres, so plenty of room for walks/playing. We have a 10 year old chocolate lab named Nettles who is really friendly with other pups and could keep your dog company. I'm a teacher who is home for the summer so I'm here all day with the dogs. We have tons of toys and room to play inside too. I've had dogs my whole life so I love having them around. I also take my dog to doggie day care during the school year so I understand being on the customer side. Our dog has fool allergies so I'm familiar with making sure dogs follow a special diet if needed. I am off for the summer from teaching and already doing daily walks with our lab so having more along for the ride is always nice! We have gates set up in our home and always walk dogs on a leash when hitting the trail. If there is anything else, just let me know and we can work it out.

About: For the past 8 months I have been working as a live-in dog sitter for a 12 year old Golden Retriever (featured in many of my photos). I’ve loved this experience and Beto has become my daily companion. Upon moving back to Maryland, I wanted to continue to work with other sweet pups 😍. Additionally, I have taken care of pets for neighbors and friends since I was 13. I’ve always loved getting to know new pups! People have trusted me to care for and walk their pets for years and always ask me to come back. I’m currently working part-time so I have plenty of availability during the weekend and weekends. My days are pretty open for potty breaks and walks and I can almost always spend the night with your pup. I’m happy to respect whatever safe environment you have in place for your pet, whether it’s a crate or outdoor fence. I always keep my eyes on your pup to ensure maximum safety.
