About: As a child and teen, I helped my mom breed, raise, and train golden retrievers. As an adult and family man, I cared for my dog "Beyoncé" and cat "Kitty." I enjoy the rural setting, and keep chickens and ducks, and garden. I’m a civil engineer / environmental consultant and work at home 100%. I have a lot of flexibility with taking breaks. Experienced with using a clicker to train, and using a beep / vibrate collar for training highly spirited dogs (in combination with positive reinforcement, always). I work at home as an engineer / consultant and have lots of flexibility with taking breaks. I have a need to move every hour at least. I live in a single family home that I own. The house is kept clean and because of my pet history I keep things off the floor and food safe from pets. There’s a nice yard but no fence. I have my three boys staying here every other week/end. They're animal lovers too, but in case separation is needed, my bedroom or the finished basement can be used to contain a pet when the kids are around. For pet sitting and dog walking, I have a leash and a fanny pack. As a runner, it's a joy to take energetic dogs on the trail. I currently have one dog of my own and am fostering another. I I currently work part-time, Tues-Thursday. I'm available for walks or check-ins Friday-Monday. During my breaks (I work at a school), like holidays and the summer, I am available any day! I can also do evenings Tues-Thursday. I offer care in my clients homes - both check-ins and walks. My own house is a bit chaotic with kids and animals, so I'm not offering care in my own home. I will be diligent in following all instructions when taking care of your pets and will also be respectful of your home!

About: I have cared for and owned animals from dogs to reptiles my whole life! I have had years of experience with both small and large breeds as well as sick and elderly pets. Ived work in a veterinary emergency hospital and am also a local groomer, so I have lots of experience handling dogs of all types!! I am available all the time on Monday through Wednesday. Afternoons on Sundays I am open as well. Feel free to message me anytime about specific availability!! When I go for walks, I have a good-quality leash with traffic handles, as well as an e-collar, which I use for active recall. About: Hello! I am a veterinary technician of 8 years and pet owner of 20+ years who is highly experienced in animal care and petsitting. As a cat, horse, and previous dog owner myself I understand that our pets are our family! I look forward to meeting your fur baby! I work part time hours and am off weekends and holidays. I’m happy to spend my free time playing, walking, and spending time with your pet! While at work crates, gates, or free roam can be used depending on your pets needs and comfort. Pets will be monitored through pet cams during working hours. While in my home pets can have free roam or access to a crate depending on their needs and comfort. For walks I utilize harnesses and if needed can add a back up slip lead if owner feels more comfortable to ensure safety. Pets will always have access to fresh water and toys and will be well loved while in my care!
