Clean pet bowls—like, actually clean, not just rinsed. No slimy water bowls sitting there for days like I’ve seen with other sitters. She took the time to scrub, refresh, and make sure everything was spotless. That level of detail is hard to find. She also took out the trash, swept around *all three* litter boxes (one per cat), and made sure everything was tidy. It’s rare to find someone who’s both nurturing and this thorough. Her daily updates and adorable photos gave me peace of mind, which is priceless when you’re far from home. Ruth is the full package. Reliable, caring, clean, and incredibly thoughtful. About: Boarding: Dogs must be crate trained and vaccinations up to date. Must be kid friendly and do well with large dogs. I have a large, shaded back yard where we can play with toys or fetch. Walk around the quiet neighborhood or take a nap and cuddle. I have an active golden doodle who can’t wait to have a play buddy. I will happily take your dog on walks, play their favorite game and keep a structured routine if needed. Administer topical, injection or oral meds. Meet and greets preferred prior to care. I am currently working from home and have a large shaded yard. Which means potty breaks and outside play and relax time are always available. I will make sure your pets schedule is followed so you can be sure your pet will have fun and be cared for while you are away. My home is doggie safe. Minimalistic feel with little to no clutter. Space for your dog to stretch out and relax. Separate room with crate for sleep and/or alone time if needed. If I leave the house crate trained dogs can safely stay in crate with water and food. Feedings can be done separate if needed. Please bring leash, water and food bowl, and favorite treats. Do not bring toys because they will be enjoyed and destroyed by my dog.

About: I have been looking after dogs since I was 11. I have helped train puppies and make sure that they had the proper care. I have taken care of senior dogs as well as many puppies. I am in my freshman year of college so I will be able do walk and drop ins before and after classes and anytime during the weekends. I have two dogs at home that I take to dog parks so if your dogs like to play with others I can make that happen.

About: I’ve had a German Shepard named chicken for about 2 years now. She is the light of my life and I love taking care of her. She is such a good challenge because she takes trazadone and is very anxious so it helps me with my own patience and understanding. I also have a cat named ollie who is a rascal and keeps me on my toes. He loves ice cream and running through the house at 3 am, he’s adorable and amazing! I work nights on tuesday and wednesday so it fits in great seeing how I have so much free time. It’s honestly a great thing to combine my love for animals and my love for work! By following any rules that the owner may have or and specifications for the animals that i’m watching. Showering them with cuddles and love because all animals love to be pet, if not they at least like a presence near them.

Bucky can be a lot, very playful, (he’s just a puppy) & he took to her right away—it was clear she has a natural connection with animals and enjoyed taking care of my buddy.
