Opening my home to care for them has become one of the most rewarding parts of my week. I believe pet care should be built on trust, comfort, consistency and clear communication. I intentionally accept a limited number of bookings so each pet receives personalized attention, consistent care, and a calm experience. Meet & Greets are required for first time stays to make sure we’re a great fit. Your pet will be treated like family, with regular updates, photos, feeding routines, and plenty of attention while you’re away. 🏡 HOME SETUP Your dog will enjoy a calm, structured home environment with supervised care, regular potty breaks, photo updates, and plenty of one-on-one attention. I have three friendly pugs at home and experience caring for small, medium and select large dogs. 🛡️ SAFETY & STRUCTURE I introduce dogs slowly, monitor their behavior closely, and separate dogs when needed. Feeding is done separately to help prevent food guarding, upset stomachs, or accidental sharing. 🐶⭐️ BEST FIT For boarding in my home, I'm best suited for small to medium dogs and select larger dogs only when the fit is right. For larger dogs I am also happy to provide house sitting, drop-ins, or care in the owner's home. 🐴 HORSE & PONY CARE I also provide horse and pony care through house sitting and care at the owner’s property. Horse and pony boarding is not offered at my home. 💤🌙 SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS My home is kept comfortable year round so every pet can relax and sleep comfortably. Dogs can sleep in their crate, on their own bed, or in a designated sleeping area based on their routine and habits. 📸 Communication & Updates I send regular photo updates so you can relax knowing your pet is safe, comfortable, and having a great time. Ask me about professional photo magnets of your dog, a nice keepsake from their stay. 🐶🤝Meet & Greets Held at my home in Lathrop by appointment, preferably mornings or late evenings. 🌅🚗🌙Drop-Off & Pickup My preferred drop-off and pickup windows are 8:30AM-10:00 AM or 8:00PM -10:00 PM. I’m happy to coordinate within those windows whenever possible so each pet has a smooth, calm transition. Flexible, open schedule, your pet gets my full attention and care, morning to night. I work from home so fully committed to making your pets stay as amazing as possible! Your dogs and animals will be safe, loved, and treated like family in a clean, pet friendly home. I follow your pet’s routine closely and provide constant supervision and affection.

About: I have over 10 years of experience in pet boarding and looking after the pets of my friends and family. I have assisted in training puppies as well as adult dogs, so I am more than happy to assist in training your animals while you're away by keeping up a specific schedule or regimen. I also have personal experience caring for elderly dogs as well as dogs with anxiety disorders, happy to work with them in any special ways needed. I typically find myself doing a lot of my busy work and essential activities in the afternoons and evenings. For this reason, majority of my availability for short visits will be in the mornings, but happy to discuss other arrangements if needed. I have a large backyard and property that your bestie will just love, if they stay over at my place. I have multiple sized dog beds so no matter babies size they'll have a lovely place to rest their head.

My wife and I would take care and keep an eye on your fur babies when you’re out for travel, short trips, vacaciones holidays or others occasions. I have a fenced yard for play and potty time. About: Hi! I’m Susan! I’m a native Manteca girl. I have loved animals all my life but especially dogs!! When I’m with dogs that aren’t mine, they can sense my calm and rarely has there been a dog that doesn’t like me. I’m a calm person and always expect the best from my pets and they act that way. About: I have been an animal lover since as young as I could remember. I can provide your furbaby with a loving home away from home. I have experience of 4 years fostering with local rescues and the Stockton Animal shelter. I primarily have worked with cats and kittens ranging from 4 weeks to adults cats. I also have a cat of my own, who loves the company of other cats and kittens. In my home there is a dedicated space to play and have access to a cat tower that overlooks a bird feeder for bird watching - this is an HUGE hit with my own furbaby. This room also is quiet and provides a calm and secure room for furbabies that may be a bit more on the skiddish and shy side. Ensuring that your pet is comfortable and safe is my biggest concern. I am second grade teacher and while the some days are longer than most, I will have plenty of time to dedicate to your fur baby! I have a cat of my own and playtime is an important part of our day. I will be sure to give your baby plenty of pets and cuddles. Ensuring that your furbaby is stress free and safe are my #1 concerns. You furbaby, will be able to roam freely and explore my home as if it is their own, unless you prefer otherwise. I also have an office space that doubles as a room dedicated to my cat that is filled with toys for enrichment!

About: Since I was a little girl, I have always had a ♥ for animals. I've cared for dogs, cats, puppies, kittens, ducks, chickens, rabbits, and a mini pig. A plus for me is that I have been a foster for Animal Rescue of Tracy for 10+ years now, so I have experience with all sorts of dogs and cats, from those who need special medication to rambunctious dogs to newborn kittens. There is no animal you can give me that I will not love, pet, cuddle, and care for. 🌷 I am a responsible 25 year old who has been caring for animals my whole life. This is my first Rover account, but I have been pet sitting in the Tracy community for 10 years. I live on 1.5 acres with 25 + animals, so I am very experienced and would love to help out with your furry friends! :) I'm currently working part-time with the majority of my work being remote so I will have plenty of time to care for your pets! 🏡 I live on 1.5 acres of property so your dogs will have plenty of space to run around, play, and relieve themselves. Depending on your dog's friendliness, they can remain inside with my two small dogs, or I can keep them in our supervised dog run area just for them. If you have cats, they will be contained in their own area in my house so that they do not run and hide, as new environments tend to cause anxiety. 🏠 If house sitting, I make the animals feel as comfortable as possible to ease any stress of their owners being away. Pets & play are always guaranteed. I also send pictures everyday & when asked! ⭐ My routine is simple: follow your directions on feeding, walking, medication if needed, and I will handle the other most important part: giving them lots of love!
