About: I’ve had dogs since I was about 8 years old. I have experience taking care of and training my own dogs, many hours of volunteer work at a local animal shelter, and worked part-time as an assistant dog trainer at a board and train facility as well as currently employed part-time at a doggy daycare/boarding facility, where there are dogs of many different sizes, ages, breeds, temperaments, etc. I can confidently work with and walk a variety of different breeds and temperaments. I am currently a college student with a full time college schedule. However, I have a lot of time gaps that would make me well suitable to come check in and care for your pet. Living in a college dorm I cannot bring any pets to me, however I can follow any and all instructions on how to properly care for your precious fur baby.

I’m generally available before and after work during the week, with much more flexibility in the evenings and on weekends. For house sitting bookings, I stay overnight in your home with your pets so they can remain comfortable in their own environment and stick as closely as possible to their normal routine. On workdays, I’ll be away during my normal working hours but will be there before and after work and overnight. Depending on your location and my workday, I may also be able to stop in during the day. I’m always upfront about my schedule before accepting a booking and only take stays that are a good fit for both my availability and your pet’s needs. I’m happy to go over your pet’s normal routine ahead of time so we can make sure the schedule works well for everyone. 🐾 Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I know how much trust it takes to welcome someone into your home and leave your pets in their care, and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. I’m mindful about keeping doors, gates, leashes, and other areas secure and will never put your pet in an unfamiliar or potentially unsafe situation without your permission. I’ll also treat your home with the same respect I would want someone to show mine. While you’re away, I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pets are safe, comfortable, and getting plenty of attention. (Beezle, my other cat, is a social butterfly—toss him a treat and he’s instantly your best friend.) But Kumar handled Relic’s quirks with so much patience and care. He came by twice a day, sent me photos and videos every visit, and never hesitated to check in if he had questions. His communication was fantastic, and he totally put my mind at ease. If I need a sitter again, I’ll be crossing my fingers that Kumar’s available—he did an amazing job, and I’m so grateful!”

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
