About: Personal experience caring for pets since I was a child. Currently have 1 dog of my own that I care for. Experience with all ages and sizes. Available for drop in visits and dog walking currently! I am a stay at home mom so I have open availability most of the time! Summer months we go out of town on occasion but otherwise I am home! I follow all requests for the pets I care for, always remain respectful of others property, and love to give your fur babies loving while you are away!

About: I have two dogs of my own, and I’ve worked hard with dog training classes! I love dogs and spending time with them. I’ll treat your dog like they are my own! I’ve helped friends and family with their dogs, and they continue to ask and rely on me. I work full-time, but I always make time in my daily schedule with my dogs. I can fit your dog in and check as much as you request! My dogs are well loved! They have plenty of toys, taken for fetch every night, and walked multiple times a day. They are like our children to us. We spend all our time with them and love them to death. Anyone who knows me, can vouch for our sweet girls!

About: I worked at Chow Hound for a year and I absolutely loved my job, getting to see animals while at work was awesome! I learned responsibilities from a very young age since I always wanted to have multiple pets at home; my dad used always tell me if I can show him I know how to take care of the pet, and show him everything I needed to take care of her/him, then I would be able to get one. Over the course of 10 years, I had a pet rabbit for 10 years, hermit crabs, hamsters, mice, rats, ferrets, and a leopard gecko. I only go to high school until 11:30 am. I also play volleyball, and I have practice Mondays and Wednesdays 7-9 pm. So I am able to provide pet care everyday of the week, after 11:30, or on Mondays and Wednesday's before 6:00 pm. I don’t have any now, but in the past I have had hamsters, rats, mice, hermit crabs, a ferret, a leopard gecko, and my favorite girl, who I had for 10 years was my rabbit, her name was Piper, but we always called her “bunny”. I always make sure my pets get the attention and love they crave, always have fresh food and water, and watch their behavior, making sure they are well.

About: I’ve grown up with animals and have always done pet care on the side since high school. Im passionate about getting animals outside and moving! Im currently working a full time job Monday-Friday from 8-4. After work and every weekend I am free to provide care and fun for your pets! We have a large amount of land for your dog to play on! I am fit and active and am willing to take your dog on walks for as long as they need and want (with lots of sniff breaks)

About: New to Rover, but not to pet care! I have a deep-rooted love for animals, sparked by my childhood on my families farm. Growing up surrounded by many animals, including dogs, taught me the importance of nurturing and understanding each pet’s unique personality. I enjoy discovering the funny quirks and individual traits that make each dog special. With hands-on experience caring for many dogs through various stages of life and health issues, I’ve developed skills in managing their unique needs and behaviors. I know that every pet requires a tailored approach, and my background equips me to provide the highest level of care. I’m also familiar with basic pet first aid and emergency procedures, allowing me to act quickly and effectively if necessary. My greatest strength is my patience and understanding, which help me build trust with each animal- ensuring they always feel safe and comfortable when in my care. Additionally, I know being away from your fur babies can be stressful and I’m very good at communicating by providing updates through pictures, videos, or text messages if that’s something you’d like! I’m currently only working part time on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s, so I have plenty of time to play with your pups throughout the week! I’m available for boarding on weekends starting at Friday’s at 6pm and ending on Sunday’s at 6pm (contact for other arrangement if needed), where your pets will have my complete attention and care-and lots of extra snuggles! Whether it’s a weekday walk/check-in or a weekend stay, I’ll always make sure your pets feel at home and loved in my care. When at your home, I care for your pet based on the information and preferences you share with me. I’m very respectful of your space and make sure to leave your pup happier than I found them! At my home, I have two friendly, lazy cats who can keep your dog company. I again follow the information and preferences you provided to keep your pet comfortable. My apartment has a green yard in the back, which is perfect for potty breaks and a bit of outdoor time. While it’s unfenced, I’ll keep your dog leashed at all times and keep a close eye on all outdoor activities. As long as they are trained, I’ll take your pup on daily neighborhood walks or even to the park if they’re a more active breed. Here, pets are treated like family, with full access to snuggles on the furniture if that’s something they’d enjoy. I also keep pet parents updated with photos, videos, or messages, so you’ll always know how they’re doing!

About: I’ve had dogs since I was about 8 years old. I have experience taking care of and training my own dogs, many hours of volunteer work at a local animal shelter, and worked part-time as an assistant dog trainer at a board and train facility as well as currently employed part-time at a doggy daycare/boarding facility, where there are dogs of many different sizes, ages, breeds, temperaments, etc. I can confidently work with and walk a variety of different breeds and temperaments. I am currently a college student with a full time college schedule. However, I have a lot of time gaps that would make me well suitable to come check in and care for your pet. Living in a college dorm I cannot bring any pets to me, however I can follow any and all instructions on how to properly care for your precious fur baby.

About: I've been pet sitting since I was 16 and have loved every second of it. I have cared for dogs, cats, birds, guinea pigs, and even ducks, chickens, and goats! I will make sure that your pet gets as much love, care, and attention as they need while you are away. I’m a full time graduate student in Ferris State’s PharmD program, so when I’m not in class, I will be able to provide all of the love and care your pet needs! Making sure your pet is safe and well cared for is my top priority. I would love to take them on walks, play outside, and give them all the love they deserve while you're away. If your pet isn't as active or isn't an outdoor animal, I'm happy to provide indoor love and care as well.

About: I was born and raised a Michigan farm girl, I have helped raise from birth kittens, puppies, calves, and piglets. Animal care husbandry has been my passion for most of my life living on a farm and being involved with 4-H. My family recently moved back to Michigan and would love to help care for animals again. I'm a stay at home mom to very active twins. We are very outdoorsy and are outside hiking or at parks most days. I'm available for drop in care, walks, and pet sitting at our home. I treat all animals in my care as if they are my own. We are currently living with family on a 40 acer farm so there is plenty of space to explore and exercise!

About: I adore dogs and exercise. I will take dogs out on long and enjoyable walks and give them another reason to love life!! I’ll give so much attention and exercise care to your dogs! I am working a full time job from home. I am free to walk dogs in the evenings after work, weekends, and maybe walks on my lunch breaks during the middle of the day. I have a small little 2 year old dog at home that has taught me the love and attention necessary to raise a happy dog and how to show them lots of love. I have had many dogs as I grew up as well so I know how to take care of a dog that I didn’t have a direct hand in training. I love all dogs and want them to non stop tail wag their way through life.

About: Though I have not had any professional experience taking care of dogs, I have owned dogs my entire life and I know how to treat and respect them while also training them to respect me. I work for the US Forest Service as a wildlife technician conducting field surveys. I love both cats and dogs, but I cannot have my own just yet, I thought the best way to get the fun and love of a pet would be to help care for other’s. I like to hike and play ball and am ready for play dates or movie nights. I treat every animal that I meet or take care of as if they were my own and cannot wait to meet you and yours! I currently work full time Monday thru Thursday, I am available all day during weekends for boarding or sitting, or even a simple walk and housesitting The complex I live in has a beautiful bark park and lots of trails for walking, I’m close to Ludington beach for swim days. I keep tidy and respect my space and others.
