About: I have taken care of dogs since I was a kid. I love all animals and treat them all as if they were my own! I currently do not work-so my schedule is wide open and flexible to take care of all of your pets needs. I am open to walking, dog sitting and more! I have a dog to keep your fur baby company of staying in my home. I do not have a fenced yard but like to go for walks, and in park adventures.

About: Took care of a natural history museum’s (Sternberg natural history museum) animals for a year. Did the same at a zoo (Rolling Hills Zoo) for 6 years. Studying wildlife biology / pre vet science with the end goal of being a wildlife veterinarian. I’ve personally owned pets all my life including many dogs, cats, fish, insects and lizards. My #1 priority is your pet’s health, mental and physical. However the very next priority is your home. When house sitting I’m more than aware of the need to be respectful of the space. At Cookie's Companions, safety always comes first! We try to meet all of our clients prior to the stay to be sure that pets are comfortable, but we do take same day visits on a case by case basis. If I am dropping in, I follow owner instructions carefully and I come with dog treats at the ready to let your little one know that I am a friend! When walking, leashes are always used, and with large dogs I usually have a second leash that hooks to my waist, just as an added security measure. I always use sidewalks and safety crossings as well.
About: years full of pet experience , house sitting for my aunts & uncles. capable of giving shots to dogs as i have been doing for a year or two watching my aunts dog that is diabetic & needed an insulin shot every time she ate! i am such an animal lover whether your pet needs physical affection or just someone around to keep company. i am currently a student , i have three long days , i am in school monday, tuesday & wednesday from 9am-7:30pm. if your pet is super low maintenance i can be there in the morning before school & come over after school , but thursday-sunday would be best because i am available throughout the whole days those four days for those higher maintenance pets :) i love showing pets the love & attention that they deserve. from belly scratching , toy playing , i am pretty active even small walks for the dogs says a lot! i am unable to board pets at my own home but anytime you need a sitter around im there for your fur babies!

I have taken care of all sorts of animals--dogs, cats, birds, lizards, hamsters, bunnies, horses, pigs, goats, chickens and even cows! I feel comfortable with pets who have medical issues, as well. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
