About: I have my own 1.5yr old husky/blue heeler, he's my best bud. Before him I adopted a senior lab & loved her through her end of life care. I grew up with multiple dogs & had one other long term dog best friend in early adulthood. I'm currently a stay at home mom with one at home & one in grade school. Have plenty of time to walk, drop in or even dog sit. I will care for your pets with love & follow any instructions given. At my home I have a fully fenced yard & my own dog that is dog friendly.

About: I have been pet sitting for 3 years now and want to make a future out of it. Any experience helps me ensure that my veterinary technician career pathway is tangible! I am completely free in availability- although I may be busy during the day doing my volunteering at my local cat clinic! My schedule fluctuates within a wide range, but is usually only during 2 days of the week. I have a fenced yard and two cats that I groom and take care of myself. I have had both of them for about 2 years now and they are the healthiest; cutest cats you’d ever meet!

About: I’ve helped numerous family members and neighbors care for their pets. I’ve always loved animals and have even owned some uncommon pets, such as rats. I have a lot of experience and enjoy spending as much time as I can with animals of all kinds! My schedule is very open. I can spend as much time as needed with your pet(s) once scheduled. I’m free all 7 days of the week! I always make sure your pets have enough fresh water, I set alarms on my phone for feeding times and alarms for if/when pills need to be given.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs, mostly Pit Bulls, and have always been comfortable caring for and being around them. I also cared for my own dog for over a year after getting her when she was around 6 months old. She had a difficult past and had already had puppies at a very young age, so she needed extra patience, trust, and consistency. I worked with her and taught her basic commands, and she became very responsive to me. I’m currently available for pet care any day and at flexible times throughout the week. Starting August 31, I’ll be attending school Monday through Friday from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Outside of those hours, I’ll still have plenty of availability for walks, drop-ins, sitting, and other pet care needs. My school schedule is consistent each day, so I’m able to plan my availability reliably around it. I treat every pet in my care like they are my own. I want them to feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while their owner is away. I make sure they are fed on their normal schedule, have fresh water, get their walks and exercise, and have plenty of playtime and attention. I also enjoy playing with their favorite toys and getting to know their personality and routine. I understand that some pets may take a little time to warm up to someone new, so I’m patient and let them get comfortable with me at their own pace.

I’m Jen — a lifelong animal lover with over 4 years of hands-on experience working at an animal shelter, plus many additional months caring for dogs and other animals on a small farm property. If there’s one thing I truly understand, it’s dogs. Especially the shy, anxious, and misunderstood ones. They hold a very special place in my heart! There is no greater feeling than earning the trust of a dog who needs a little extra patience and understanding. At the shelter I worked with every type of dog imaginable, from easygoing family pups to dogs with more complex needs due to past trauma. I was trusted to walk and handle even the more anxious or sensitive dogs, helping them build confidence and learn to trust new people. I’m very comfortable reading dog body language and adjusting my approach so each dog feels safe, respected, and understood. One of the dogs I worked closely with, Donald, needed a trusted handler present while new volunteers learned how to walk him safely, and I helped train others so he could get the exercise and enrichment he deserved. I also helped start enrichment initiatives at the shelter, including treat puzzles, mental stimulation games, and a “dog play buddy” program to give the dogs additional socialization and activity. One of my most special experiences there was helping care for a mama dog who gave birth to a litter of 10 (10!) puppies. About: I’ve always dabbled in pet sitting for the fun of traveling and meeting new breeds. Now that I’m semi - retired, I've discovered a new joy in providing care without the pressure of outside responsibilities. Having nowhere else to be means I can spend hours with your pets, letting them set the pace on our walks, and offering endless cuddles, allowing me to form trusted connections with every animal I watch. It is not that pet care fits into my life as much as pet care IS my life. It is breakfast, walk or read (depending on the species), groom, pet, games, naps, then dinner and repeat until bedtime. About: I am an avid pet lover and caregiver with many different breeds of animals. I have an innate ability with animals who sense my compassionate nature for their well being. I am trustworthy, honest, seeking part time supplemental income. I have a friend who owns a Bernice Mountain Dog, who I have dog sat for many times as well as taken on long walks and fed. I also helped raise two female Alaskan Huskies from pups. I taught them basic obedience training (how to shake, sit and lay down). I am available to work anytime Monday-Friday and anytime on Saturday and Sunday. I can do overnight stays during both week nights and weekends. I’m currently unemployed, so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I’m available for boarding on weekdays and weekends and would love the opportunity to watch your pup. About: My name is Sam, I’m 21 and I’ve been around dogs my entire life, & what sets me apart from other sitters is I have almost 6 years of experience, ranging from working at a dog daycare, dealing with very large groups of dogs (up to 120+ at once), & dealing with a variety of dog breeds, ranging from XS to XL, seniors, puppies & even aggressive or timid dogs. I also have experience/certification with basic training & boarding care, understanding dog body language, dog healthcare, and basic grooming. I work full-time at a dog daycare/boarding facility (I do want to start shifting to working for Rover full time.), but I am available after and/or before work and on my days off for drop ins/walks. My schedule typically stays the same, but can sometimes shift. Currently right now I have Wednesday/Thursday off; and work Friday/Saturday 9am-6pm, Sunday/Tuesday 7:30am-4:30pm, and Monday 7:30am-6pm. Safety and trust are paramount in my approach to caring for dogs. With certifications in training and safety, I prioritize creating a secure environment where dogs feel safe and loved.

About: For years We have had experience with a variety of animals. My husband and I both attended Animal science classes, as long as a Vet Tech program and members of the FFA. No matter how big or how small, we love them all! While my husband lives with my dogs out of state, I live in Washington State with my 2 cats for work. I work in office a few days a week and have a pretty open schedule otherwise. In our home, we allow pets to be freely roaming as well as allowed on furniture and in bed. In the client's home, we respect any rules they put in place for us.
