“Sterling was amazing with our girls! We took them on vacation with us, but they had a hard time being left in the unfamiliar environment and experienced some separation anxiety. With Sterling, they were completely at peace and didn’t even cry when we left. We’d definitely book again if we go back!”

About: I have watched dogs over night for people I work with for about 3 years! I had a pitbull and a boxer growing up and now that I am in college I love to get in all the animal time I can! I work pet care around my college schedule! I am only at my campus 2 days a week which gives me plenty of time through the week to work around pet sitting and my part time job. You will always come home to your house nicer than you left it. I like to make sure I know the rules of the home for your pet so they are as comfortable as they are when you are there.

About: Hi there! I’m Lex — a professional dog groomer with over 10 years of experience working hands-on with pups of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. Spending every day around animals has truly been the joy of my life, and that same love and care carries over into my pet sitting. Whether it’s snuggles on the couch, long walks, or keeping up with your pet’s routine, I treat every furry friend like they’re my own. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pets in someone else’s care, and I take that responsibility seriously — with plenty of playtime, affection, and updates for peace of mind. If you’re looking for someone experienced, reliable, and genuinely passionate about animals, I’d love to meet your pet family! 🐶💛 I’m available most days and can be flexible to fit your schedule! Whether you need daytime check-ins, walks, or overnight care, I’m happy to work around what works best for you and your pets. 🐾 Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. With over 10 years of hands-on experience as a professional dog groomer, I’ve learned how to read animal behavior and create a calm, positive environment for every pet in my care. I take extra steps to ensure each dog or cat feels secure — from slow introductions to consistent routines and lots of love. You can trust that your furry friend will be treated with patience, respect, and gentle care at all times. I believe communication is key, so I keep pet parents updated with photos, messages, and any little details that help you feel connected while you’re away. My goal is to make both you and your pet feel completely at ease. 💛🐾
“This was our first time using Rover and we were a little apprehensive. But Jared came and met our dogs before staying and made us feel at ease. He sent us updates and did everything he said he would. We had a great experience and will be asking him to come back again!”

“I was really nervous about leaving my dog and 2 cats, however Haley and Quinn were very responsive to my calls and requests. They are Amazing. We have one cat that is very skittish, Haley and Quinn are able to warm him over within a short period of time. When we arrived home, the animals were happy and healthy and our home was well taken care of We would recommend Haley and Quinn to everyone.”

About: I started a pet sitting business with my two daughters when they were in Elementary school to teach them how to own and operate a small business. Fast forward to sixteen years later and they are now grown adults. My love for animals has driven me to continue Locke’s Petsitting on my own. As an empty nester, I have recently relocated to the Jersey shore. Over the years, our company has provided services for all breeds of dogs. From Great Dane to Chihuahua, I’ve got you covered with love and attention for your special loved ones! As a sound practitioner, I believe loving energy is felt by all our animals. When you are away…it is important that your animals needs are intuitively met by paying close attention to their behavior and needs. It can be a stressful time for our dogs and my approach is to always give that little extra to your pet. I listen carefully to your needs and expectations in order to deliver the service you expect. My primary business, Holistic Sound and Wellness, allows me flexibility to schedule pet sitting and dog walking jobs. I believe it is important to fill your days with experiences you are passionate about…and spending time with dogs is one of those things! My experience and reliability has allowed my clients to feel comfortable knowing their home and animals will be safe when they return. I understand how necessary it is for the client to trust their service provider while they are away so they will feel at ease and confident with their decision.
“This was the first time we used Rover. Cassie was excellent and made us feel that she was the right person to take care of our babies. Although they are sweet, they are a handful sometimes when they have to be taken out for walks. The spaniel in them tends to dominate the walks. She was so sweet and sent pictures and videos and made us feel at ease.”

“I needed a dog sitter overnight for 4 nights, I contacted Keira and we set up a day and time so Keira could meet my dog Marley. Keira was prompt and had a note pad and pen to take notes as I described a normal day for Marley and the insulin shots he required daily. Keira came to the house early as my flight was very early. Keira texted me daily regarding Marley, and sent a photo. Upon my return the house was just as I had left it. Keira went above and beyond taking great care of Marley while I was gone. I so appreciated it knowing that my dog would be taken care of while I was gone. I would definitely recommend Keira for dog walking os sitting as she was exceptional! And I will be using her in the future if available. Thank you Keira, you made my trip more enjoyable knowing that you were here taking good care of Marley!”

“Andrea was wonderful as a sitter for my two pups, Rex and ziti. She sent photos and communicated every day with updates and any questions she had. I will definitely be using her again!”

About: Proud Volunteer at Beacon Animal Rescue, and Mew to You. I have experience giving medicine to animals. My passion is to make all animals happy! Open to any animal! I am a student at Atlantic Cape Community College. As I practice my studies, being with and helping animals is something that keeps me going in school and happy. I walk the dog very securely on the leash, while of course picking up the poop on the walk. I do enjoy ball time, tug a war or anything the dog likes. For cats I am a cat owner and am very aware of how to approach and play with them, also very comfortable with litter boxes.
“Dylan was always super responsive whenever I checked in, and he was very flexible when I wanted to meet before scheduling care for my pup. We would definitely hire him again!”

About: I’ve had pets my entire life til about two years ago. I had two cats in my lifetime as well as my best friend as a kid who was my yellow Lab. I also am the go to man for my entire family to pet sit their dogs growing up. I currently work during the week and sometimes I’m off Friday. Thursday, Friday and Saturday, are the main days you can 100% count on me. I have a top floor of a beach house in Ocean City which has a small grass area out front and very little car traffic as it is down the south end of the island towards the mainland.
About: I have always had a love for animals. I had dogs growing up, and now have a cat, Nick. I began volunteering for the Beacon Animal Shelter about 9 months ago. It has absolutely changed my life in the BEST way! I promise to go above and beyond and love your fur babies just as much as you do, if not more! I work full time as a Records Clerk, and part time as a 911 dispatcher. I am available all days of the week, but I am pretty flexible. I have 2 children who share my love for animals, and I know they would be thrilled to assist me in loving and caring for your pets. My cat, Nick is getting older, so we have to take special care in making sure his food is soft enough for him to chew. As I had mentioned, I volunteer at Beacon Animal Shelter where I give those fur babies as much time and love as I can. It brings me absolute JOY to see an animal happy and thriving! I will listen to you regarding your animals needs and follow your instructions to the letter. I understand the importance of making sure an animal is still well taken care of even when their humans are not home.
