About: People always rely on me for their pets ever since I can remember. I go out of my way to make sure they are content before departing, always. I personally have always made time for pet care, whether it be waking up an hour earlier to ensure a walk, take them for a car ride. They always come first. I always make sure there is a very descriptive instruction list from the owner and follow that. Ensuring proper safety for any kind of allergies, also make sure they are getting the right about or exercise and playtime.

9. KATHY M.
About: I have done on deployment and lab rescue for the past ten years. My last four dogs were high energy Labradors that were spoiled until the end. Because of these angels, I have a pleather of extra experience in senior care, special diets, medication dispensing, post surgical care, separation anxiety, and other special needs. I am also well versed in mutiple pets. I am currently finishing my advanced degree and work as an online adjunct for the college. I am available morning, afternoons, and throughout the evenings (yes, this does include passed midnight for those of you who work overnights) Depending on the situation, most times I believe pets do better in their own surroundings. When it rains I am a firm believer in drying off the pet (just as did mine) for their own comfort. I also feed them as scheduled, play with them as they want, and am willing to brush them as well as administer any meds necessary if applicable. If your pet should have an accident, I am not opposed to cleaning it up, and I would like to know your preferred emergency vet in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

“Craig is great addition to the Rover family. He has been a great pet Dad for most of his life. Craig’s upbeat, yet chill demeanor creates a stress free and creative environment that animals love. Walks, playing fetch and cuddling are his specialties. Craig is highly dependable and punctual. He actively listens to the needs of the owners and their pet family members. I trust him 100% with my fur baby!!”
13. Tyler S.
“Tyler was reliable and super easy to communicate with while setting up our Rover dates and throughout our trip. He was so good to Murphy and we felt immediately comfortable that he was in good hands!”
14. Kayla B.
“I met Kayla while she was working at an animal clinic where I did my internship for three months. We got to work together and have been good friends ever since. I’m a vet student, almost done with school, and I gotta say, I’ve rarely met someone with as much love for animals as Kayla. She’s always been the one taking care of every animal – stray, rescued wildlife, clinic patients, or even coworkers’ pets. And even outside of work, she’s one of the most animal-loving people I know. If she sees a stray that needs help, she’s the first to step up. She takes care of her two cats like a protective mom, and yep, even throws birthday parties for them. When we’re out and about and she spots a bird with its beak open, she’ll stop and try to get water to it. I can honestly say any animal that ends up in Kayla’s care is super lucky because they couldn’t be in better hands. Her love for animals even shows in her vegan lifestyle. Kayla wouldn’t hurt a fly, and I’d trust her with my pets any day, no question.”
15. Jada L.
“Jada was wonderful! She sent me pictures during the time she spent with them and updated me as to what was going on. I would definitely recommend Jada!”
16. Andrea L.
“Andrea was wonderful as a sitter for my two pups, Rex and ziti. She sent photos and communicated every day with updates and any questions she had. I will definitely be using her again!”

About: My love for animals and passion to become a veterinarian means that your dog or cat will get great care and have an even greater time! I work as a veterinary technician at a large animal shelter in New Jersey, so I am very knowledgeable in how to handle all sizes! I am certified in First Aid and CPR through a training program, as well as trained in triage and comfortable with medicinal administration/injections, so your pet will always be safe and in excellent hands. Animals are always a family member to me and I'd love to make your animal my family member as well! As a graduated Masters student in veterinary medicine at Rutgers University, I had extensive experience with animals of all kinds daily, including companion animals, farm animals, and exotic animals. I love handling a variety of animals and creating a bond with them, as well as building a comforting, personal relationship with my pet parents to ensure a smooth, happy stay for all! Safety and care is very important to me, as I know how animals are members of the family. Animals in my care are monitored consistently in my care and their safety is my priority, whether it be for playtime, feeding, walks, or stays! Additionally, communication is an important part of my work and I love being able to consistently communicate with my parents through updates and photos, as well as addressing concerns immediately for the gold standard in pet care! Feel free to message me with any questions and figure out if my care is the right fit for you! 🐾 Although I work as a vet technician, my job and scheduling is fairly flexible to allow for working out schedules with my pet parents! I am upfront about whether or not what you need works for me and have many references to assist in helping you find the perfect sitter if need be! As well as being communicative towards pet parents with updates and photos about how their pet is doing, I am transparent about anything that needs to be addressed and provide clear guidelines about certain situations, such as introductions to other dogs and yard and home safety! Additionally, I ask for clear written instructions to ensure pet parents are given exactly what they need, whether it be through feeding regimen, medicinal administration, or any other special needs for your pet!
