“Chelsea was absolutely amazing with our puppy Nora. She always gave her all the attention she needed and loved Nora like she was her dog. Her family was also amazing and helped Nora get much needed socialization and playtime. I would absolutely recommend Chelsea and her wonderful family to anyone in need of any services she can offer for your pet!”

“Katie and her family were fantastic with our two pups while we were out of town. Communication was great! I would highly recommend her services, and will definitely book with her in the future.”

“Teresa and her husband are very accommodating and flexible with my early morning drop offs or late evening pickups. My pups enjoy playing with their own dogs and always look happy in their updates and when I pick them up 😊”

“Danielle and her family did an amazing job looking after our girl. She sent lots of photos and was super communicative. I would absolutely book with her again!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Cassidy! We left our 6 month old hyper puppy with Cassidy for 6 days and it did not phase her. My husband and I were able to fully enjoy our trip as Cassidy sent us updates and promptly responded to any messages. She was thoughtful with introducing our dog to the other animals and made drop off/pickup feel smooth and comfortable. I am so glad we found Cassidy and we’ll definitely be using her again soon!”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ashley was absolutely wonderful! My reservation was from October 9–13, and she went above and beyond by picking up my baby Ace from the kennels. From the very start, she made me feel completely at ease. She sent frequent updates and adorable pictures that showed just how much Ace was being loved and spoiled. 🐾❤️ It’s clear she truly cares for the pets she watches—Ace came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well taken care of. I’m so grateful for her kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend Ashley to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving sitter!”

“Rachel and her family were a perfect fit for Caddy! She was very responsive and flexible to make sure Caddy was comfortable to all her needs. If you are in the Fort Novosel area I highly recommend booking with her.”

“Sage did a great job with our puppy! He has a lot of energy and has a mischievous personality but Sage had patience and loved him like her own. I was sent daily pictures and updated on his shenanigans on a regular basis. We will definitely be repeat customers!”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my dedication to providing personalized care for each dog. I have extensive experience in training puppies, ensuring they develop good habits early on. Additionally, I specialize in senior dog care, offering gentle and attentive support for older pets. My approach is all about understanding each dog's unique needs and making sure they feel coming and loved while you're away. Pet care is a big part of my daily routine. I make sure to set aside time every day for feeding, walking, and playing with my furry friends. It's essential to me to prioritize their well-being and happiness, so I always make sure they get the attention and care they need. Whether it's a quick walk in the morning or some playtime in the evening, I love being there for them and making sure they feel loved and cared for. When I'm caring for pets in my own home, I make sure to create a safe and comfy environment. I have designated spaces for them to sleep, play, and eat. I keep a close eye on them and make sure they get plenty of exercise and love. At a client's home, I stick to the pet's regular routine as much as possible. I follow any specific instructions the owner gives me to make sure their pet feels comfortable and secure. Whether it's feeding schedules, medication, or favorite toys, I make sure to keep everything consistent so the pet feels right at home.
“We have used a lot of sitters in the past, Savannah and her family were hands down the best we have experienced. They were very flexible when our trip plans were delayed and went out of their way to assist us and our two dogs. We would highly recommend them to anyone.”

“Kimberly has a very clean and welcoming home. She also has a small, friendly dog, along with cats and chickens, and it is clear she is truly an animal lover. She was very attentive to Lulu and made me feel comfortable leaving my fur baby in her care. Kimberly mentioned that Lulu was her first Rover sit, but honestly, it felt like she had been doing this for a while. She sent photos and videos, provided reassurance, and kept me updated throughout Lulu’s stay. I highly recommend Kimberly! I left in a rush because I did not account for the time zone change while heading back home, but I wanted to make sure she knew how much I appreciated her watching Lulu.”

“Hannah took amazing care of Bella and treated her like one of their own. I received daily updates along with pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It could tell Bella was happy and comfortable. The communication was excellent, and I highly recommend Hannah.”

“Some people you just know you can trust early on when you meet them and Ramona is one of those people. She asks the questions you expect an experienced sitter to ask and has a safe and comfortable place for your pooch to stay.”

“Jennifer was great with my little buddy ‘Valentine’. She shared photos throughout his stay and sent him home with a bag of bacon strips. (A bag he chewed through later that night to indulge himself - caught him with a strip hanging out his mouth!!🤪)”

About: I grew up in a house with cats but now I have two dogs that are part of my family that I love dearly. During my time living with cats, I learned how to take care of a cat that had diabetes and another one that was deaf. I have experience with administering oral medication and injections for animals who are diabetic. I have not only looked after cats and dogs, but I have experience taking care of guinea pigs, bearded dragons, fish and even helped with birds during family visits. I am a stay at home mom of two littles. My husband is in the military. We play outside as much as possible with weather permitting. Most dogs go out about every two hours or when they request. I try not to stay away from the house longer than 4 hours at a time if I can help it. My dogs are feed twice a day around 7am and 5pm. I am available Sunday through Saturday to help care for pets. I have a fenced in backyard. Two friendly golden retrievers and two loving young children 3 and under 1. We have two crates to kennel if needed (giant and X-Large).

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
