“Colleen used to dog sit for our beloved American Bulldog, Eli. She would stay at our house for sometimes up to a week at a time and always loved him like he was her own. Eli had a lot of health issues and needed several medications, several times a day. He also did not like taking medicine but she was always so great about getting him to take everything. We always knew Eli was well taken care of and got lots of love and special attention when Colleen would stay with him. She would text often and send picture updates for us, and got in touch with us right away if there were any issues. Would highly recommend!!”

About: I have taken care of a variety of dogs since I was 11. My neighbors would have we watch and walk there dogs well they were away. I have grown up with large dogs. I have two German Shepards right now. One of which has a genetic condition that has required certain attention and the administration of medicine. I’m currently a college student working on my nursing degree. There are many days before, in between, or after classes I have time to care for pets. When I am taking care of other dogs. I will love them like my own. I will respect whatever the owners wishes are for how they want there pet taken care of.

“We were in Stamford for a Saturday wedding and Emily helped stay with our bichon frise while we were out. She was well organized with ensuring she knew all our details and was punctual. As our dog gets separation anxiety and her nose gets her into trouble, Emily (with experience with having multiple dogs I believe) had no issues with our Princess. Our wedding shuttle arrived back late and other guests arrived home before us - Emily was hesitant to leave Princess before we arrived, but our house guests assured her it was okay. If you're looking for someone who will care for your dog as you would, I highly recommend Emily. :)”

About: Veterinary technician with a case of wanderlust. Experience with behavioral issues, seniors animals, puppies/kittens, and medications of all sorts. I have a lot of love to give creatures of all sizes and types. On the road I am looking for ways to supplement my income so I can work around most any schedule. So any way any how. My creatures are with me most all the time, I love them with all my being. I can assure you your animals will be treated with love, kindness and respect no matter the service.

About: Calm, relaxing, loving home for your pet! I work from home so am here almost all day and night. Safe and cared for while you’re gone. I have a huge yard, and a nice very big fenced in play area! It’s quiet here. I have a 2 dogs that I will keep separated from your pet so that your pet will be comfortable. We have no cats living here at this time but they are welcome!! I will follow whatever walking, and eating instructions that you set for your pet, to keep their schedules as normal as possible to help relieve the stress of being away. Our home is their home! I’m fully insured and able to handle any needs your pet has! I was a certified medical assistant and phlebotomist (blood draws) so healthcare is in my background also. I am self employed and will be home with your pet. Your pet will be well supervised and treated as a part of the family. My home is private, quiet and safe. It is large and has a nice big yard that I will walk your pet in. I will not let your pet go outside without me.

About: Animals have been around me my whole life- I can't recall a time when my family didn't have dogs or cats! I've learned a lot about petcare over the years, as a graduate of Animal Science of Broome Tioga BOCES and a current Kennel Assistant. And even though I love LOVE dogs, I'm willing to care for any animal-- cats, reptiles, fish-- anything! I promise to give your animal(s) the love and care they deserve, when you're not there to. 💕🐾 I work partime between 2:00-7:00, my days off are Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday. I do also tend to have plans on the weekend as well, but if I end up pet sitting for you, I absolutely promise your pet won't be alone for more than 6-7 hours!!!! I care for my pets more than I care for myself!!! My dogs gets fresh pet, supplements, vitamins, coconut oil after every bath, and I groom her myself(even though she doesn't like that much lol.) I also care for my fish very well. My betta fish lives in a 10 gallon tank with shrimp and mystery snails. The tank is cycled, heated, filtered, planted and oxygenated with an airstone. And I feed him and his tankmates a variety of food!

I use Rover myself for my dad and would be happy if I didn't know David and ended up booking him to take care of my baby while I'm away.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was around 10 years old. I love all animals, but especially dogs. We currently have a large breed and a Boston terrier ourselves and a couple cats all of which are rescues. I have an autistic child that only goes to school part time and I don’t have another job so my schedule is pretty wide open. I’m willing to do basically whatever is asked. I have no problem giving dogs medicine, baths and flea treatment. I love hiking and enjoy having a four legged friend along for my walks.

I'm a caregiver, have done private care to seniors, and I work part time at an Adult Rehab Center. Looking to care for pets in your home while you re on vacation or a staycation at the B & B. Ive taken care of various breeds, large and small. I only care for pets in your home. (My yard s not fenced in) and if yours is not I will walk them on a leash. Make sure they re fed, watered and throw their toy for them. (and pick up after them) If they re on a special diet, I will follow it. My brother had a cat with diabetes - and I took care of his cat, for an extended time, giving him daily injections.
