Dog Walking in Owatonna

About: I've always loved dogs. I've spent three years working at a dog shelter as office manager, intake person which includes giving oral and injection medications, adoption coordinator, feeding and watering, cleaning, and socializing. I'm available during the week after 5:30pm. Weekends are open. I volunteer at the local dog shelter but need a little something more to fill my need to spend time with animals. I enjoy nature walks and stop as often as the dogs do to look at things. :) My schedule is flexible. When I am with dogs, it is sometimes hard to draw my attention away from them because they are so very loving and giving. I like to give that back to them.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats on and off for around two years, mostly work associates or friends of my parents. Not looking to make a huge business out of this, just willing to help out as needed! Life changes have left me with a lot of spare time that I’d be thrilled to spend giving some love. I’m very flexible and happy to figure out a way to keep you and your pet(s) happy, too. I have lifelong experience with cat care and have grown up with friends and neighbors who have dogs. I will only take pets to approved areas and keep an eye on them at all times when outside (even in fenced yards). Dogs will be kept on leashes on walks (my preference to help keep everyone, including other dogs, safe).

About: I’ve taken care of other animals since I was 6. I had multiple dogs and cats growing up that I helped care for daily. I have dog-sat and cat-sat for family and friends whenever needed. I now have a growing kitten that I’ve been caring for over the last year. I’m currently a 4th grade teacher in Owatonna and am looking to add a part-time job to keep me busy on the weekends and during vacations from school. I’m very free during the week, on weekends, and after school days. I’m willing to spend as much time with pets as needed and show them human compassion. Whether it is going on walks, getting belly rubs, or receiving treats for doing their best. I believe pets should be shown with the same love they show their humans.

About: Been around all kinds of animals since I was a kid, I have always had a knack for taking care of them and they warm up to me very quickly. Im in Minnesota temporarily and have plenty of free time to walk dogs, housesit for dogs or cats, or anything else! I have a very open schedule right now. I can handle any pet related task ive done it all before, dogs can be walked or house sat. Or if you have cats litter boxes can be cleaned and trash taken out!

About: Hi! I am Taylor! I am an animal lover with lots of free time & have been on this app since 2019. I work in Owatonna and have flexibility to work with different schedules. I can do 1-5 drop ins daily on your pets while you are away, and can assist in any house-sitting things you might need while gone! I have lots of flexibility around work and can accommodate most schedules easily for your pets while you’re gone! I try to copy the same schedule they are used to! I only offer drop ins at this time while we remodel our home! I can make multiple daily drop ins to your home & can follow your typical schedule with your pets!

About: I have always had dogs in my life one way or another whether it was a family dog or at work. I worked at a Doggy daycare and boarding facility for 8 years. But now I am looking for some more independent. I recently quit my job of 8 years so I have been just relaxing and thinking about what to do next in my life, so I am completely flexible with my time! I take safety seriously. I even have a back up leash in my car for when I take my dogs to state parks! I will always use a leash for walks and whatever else like harnesses, E collars, or gentle leads.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and other various animals since I was 16. I’ve worked at doggy daycare places and boarding facilities. I’m currently a full-time nursing student, but I hold a degree in veterinary technology, making me an animal nurse. I am also fear-free certified, meaning I use lots of treats, moving very slowly, and taking my time to get to know your pet's individual needs. I am currently a full-time student on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but can work to be available to any needs, drop-ins, medication administration, or any special circumstances. I love taking dogs on long walks to ensure they get to burn up energy. And depending on pets comfort level I will throw toys and play with them. Or let them hang out according to how they usually do when you are around!

About: I have 5 amazing dogs of my own, 1 pitbull, 2 American Eskimo mini and 2 Pomeranians. I had 2 liter of puppies from my dogs (1st liter was 10 pups, 2nd liter was 5 pups) and was able to raise them well for their furever home. I run a lot, so if your dog needs to exercise, you can count me in. Or simply needs a rest day, or any kind of special needs, I’m your girl. I work full time and have my own babies to care for, but I’m a super dog mom so I’m pretty flexible and prepared for anything. With my own experiences of owning 5 dogs, and raising 15 puppies, I feel like that should speak for itself. I do have a fenced in yard, I love dogs and I want them to be happy while they're with me or their own homes.

About: I grew up with dogs and I have always had at least one dog as an adult. My first dog as an adult was a German Shephard mix named Sadey that lived until she was 18. My Jack-Russell mix Charlie passed away last year at the age of 18 as well. I currently have a Daschshund mix named Millie that I adopted when she was two and she is 9 now. I have had cats in the past as well (Oreao & Butterscotch) and my boyfriend, who I live with, has a sassy cat named Sparkles!! I am a lover of ALL animals of ALL shapes and sizes. I work full-time during the week and wish there was someone in town to take Millie out for walks; therefore, I decided to offer this service when I am not working, as I know how important it is to find someone to care for your fur babies! I will care for your pets as though they are my own!!! I work full-time 6:30 am - 4:30 pm Tuesday - Friday in Faribault. There may be some days that I could provide services on weekday evenings; however, I will mainly be available Saturday - Monday. I plan to only offer drop-in visits and dog-walking services. I plan to follow All instructions of the owner and provide pictures and updates when requested.

About: I'm familiar with several different sizes and breeds of pets. Some dogs, some cats. I'm used to always having a pet around. I enjoy spending time with pets. I'm currently doing what I can for work on my own. I'm hoping pet care can become another thing I do. Let me know what you need accomplished and when. I will do my best to keep your pets on a similar schedule as they are used to. I will also do my best to keep the pets comfortable.

About: Hi my name is Kari and I've been taking care of my dogs for 11 years. I have two dogs. I have a little Morkie and a lab/aussie mix named Sammy and Daisy they are both fixed and have all their shots. I live with my family my husband and my daughter Shelly and my son Noah who is almost 7 years old. I live in a home with a fenced yard and I walk the dogs all the time. I'm off work Saturdays and Sundays. Monday through Friday I'm a dental assistant but have flexible hours. I will be the person taking care of your fur family. I am good at bathing and grooming dogs. I love all dogs and am very trustworthy. If you need a sitter or dog walker reach out to me. I am currently working Monday- Friday at a dental clinic but I'm home by 2:00 or 4:00 and my husband is home most of the time to help with the pups or kitties. I have a fenced backyard and have my very friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. I can kennel if you'd wish as well.

About: I have grown up my whole life around animals. When I was younger, I had smaller animals like hamsters and rats. In high school, my dad did get an English bulldog and he was my best friend! When we first brought him home, I took him to training and I loved every second of it! I would watch him almost every weekend for my parents. My sister also had a dog, her and I worked opposite schedules so I would take care of him during the day. I also took him through training as a puppy. So if you have a puppy and want them to learn a thing or two I can help! I currently have 3 dogs and 2 cats with my boyfriend. So I really understand how much your fur baby’s mean to you as I have some at home! I am working part time and looking for something to do with my other time! I’m available all day Wednesdays, Fridays after 2pm and just about every weekend! Something that I live by is treating others animals like your own! I am also very big on respect. Letting me into your home to take care of your fur baby’s means a lot to me. I love to just hang out with furry friends or go play outside, which ever you need from me I will do! I really would like to make sure you and your animals can trust me! Whether you have cameras in your home or need a check in hourly, I’m willing to do whatever you need to trust me in your home. Having that trust bond can really make or break a sitter! Besides trust I also value on making sure your animal is safe.

About: An animal lover since before I could walk, I have a special spot in my heart for dogs. I am willing to work with all breeds, but request you are upfront with the level of training that your dog currently has. I'm available 8am-1pm and 5pm-8pm most days. I request a 3 day notice so I can ensure to get your loved one on the schedule. Dependent on the reactivity and level of training of your dog; walks may include sidewalks, trails, or nature preserve. Dependent on weather, I may decline a walk if temperatures are too extreme for your pet.

About: I’ve taken care of my Tibetan Mastiff since before I can remember, and I’m my go-to neighborhood dog walker/caretaker. I love all shapes and sizes of dogs! I’m currently an online student at MNSU, so anytime during the weekday for boarding and walking is entirely open. Weekends work for specific dates and times. I have a reliable mode of transportation and I love taking care of animals. Whether it’s bathing, feeding, walking, or just sitting with a dog, I love to be there. I have grown up with a fear reactive dog, so I have experience with reading dog’s body language and reacting accordingly.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was young. About 10 years ago I started watching animals for Family and Friends while they went on trips. I usually stay and watch the animals since I work from home I will be with the animals most of the time. I can also drop in and let animals out if needed. I’m very flexible. Working from home gives me that availability. I’m able to stop over and let animals out if needed as well. I can feed, walk, give meds etc. I care for the animals in their homes. I’m unable to take care of them at my house. A lot of my friends and family prefer that so the animals don’t have to change their environment.
