About: I have had animals in my home for my entire life. And I do truly enjoy spending time with all animals, They keep me active. I'm currently not working which leaves me lots of time to walk, play & nap with my dog and other dogs during the day time. Our qualifications include basic puppy training from Petco, as well as completion of the Delta Therapy Dogs program which utilizes Animal Assisted Activities (AAA) to improve well-being in various settings like hospitals, mental health facilities, and more. My wife is home full-time and is the primary caregiver during the day. She handles feeding schedules, potty breaks, playtime, rest periods, and one-on-one attention. Her background in childcare as a nanny translates perfectly into maintaining routines, monitoring behavior, and providing patient, attentive care. Our in-house assistant is also home full-time and supports daily care by assisting with supervised play, cleaning and sanitizing spaces, meal prep, and individual check-ins. This allows us to keep our dog-to-human ratio low and give each pup personalized attention. I’m actively involved as well, helping with morning and evening routines, enrichment activities, and overall supervision. About: I've had a dog for the past 5 years ( shiloh ) she's a German Shepard! She is wonderfully and well trained also is fixed. she does love to greet people so she might jump. I've also dog sat for many years as well and I worked for a dog company back in 2017 where I took care of daily task as well as medical needs when necessary, and worked along side pregnant and and birthing mothers. I have had a couple cats growing up, none to call my own though. So I am also acquainted with the care of cats and kittens as well as shiloh was raised around all types of animals and children of various ages so we are comfortable saying there should be no issues with her. However we can make other accommodation for her if you don't feel comfortable with another animal in the home. One final note I have 2 children a 1 year old and a 3 year old. I hope you enjoy my profile and to hear from you soon! I have a 5 year old German Shepard who lives full time with me and my children at home. I know how to give medication, shots aswell as cut nails and bathe but I do not feel comfortable trimming or giving the dogs a hair cut. I don't have a fence, i do have a little yard but I have harnesses and leads to walk and take the dogs out side to play. I do have a crate available if needed my dog is trained as well as crate trained. Shiloh ( my dog ) love the company of other fur babies to run around as play with. My two children are also in love with animals but I do have a vary large second living room and attached mud room that I can limit off for dog access if it would make having a dog stay here more comfortable due them not being used to children!
