With over 40 years of experience with dogs, I provide a safe, clean, and loving environment tailored to your pet's needs. My spacious, fenced yard is perfect for fun activities like fetch and agility, ensuring your dog gets plenty of exercise and playtime. I'm new to Rover, but I have never met a dog that didn't love me. Let me pamper your pooch in my home where they can thrive, play, and relax. Your dog’s well-being and happiness are my top priorities, and I can’t wait to welcome them into my home! Caring for your pet fits seamlessly into my daily routine as I work from home. I can provide constant companionship, ensuring your dog/s receives attention, playtime, and care throughout the day. Safety is my top priority, non-aggressive breeds only. I will host up to 3 pets at a time, ensuring your dog/s receives individualized attention and care. I follow a consistent routine for feeding, exercise, and potty breaks, and I will only feed your pet the foods you approve - no table scraps or human food. My spacious, fenced yard ensures your dog will get plenty of exercise and playtime. Cozy lounging spots are scattered throughout my home for rest and relaxation after a day of fun. I do require a "Meet and Greet" prior to hosting your pet/s.

About: I consider pets to be part of our family. Any dog/cat that stays with me will receive the same attention and care as my own fur babies. Your dog/cat will be temporarily adopted into our family, where they will receive lots of love, pets, belly rubs, toys, and playtime. I proivide stress-free care for your furry family member(s) so that you can enjoy your vacation or focus at work. I am happy to care for animals who have special needs having done so often during my tenure of caring for pets. For example, I have had a client with a diabetic dog who needed insulin shots; one of my cats has asthma causing me to become quite skilled at administering medicine to unimpressed cats. If your dog needs socialization or training, I can help with the basics. All training is based on positive reinforcement with treats and verbal cues. For an additional fee, I would be happy to work with your dog while they stay with me or when I walk/visit them if they need basic obedience training. For socialization, I have a 1-year-old dog who is overly friendly and would be happy to help your dog learn that other dogs can be friends. I recently graduated with my Ph.D. and am searching for a career. In the meantime, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to care for your pet. For boarding or day sitting, dogs will be walked 1-2 times daily and offered an array of toys and chews for their entertainment. Dogs that love to play fetch will have the opportunity for "playtime," where they can chase a ball outside in a fenced-in yard. I use a long leash for places without a fence that gives the dog a leash-free experience. Dogs are allowed on the furniture and on my or my husband's lap for extra snuggles. If I need to leave my home and your dog is there, I prefer to crate your dog to ensure their safety and the safety of the other animals in the home. I provide ample blankets and beds to keep your dog warm and comfy. I ensure adult dogs are not crated for more than 6 hours, and puppies are not crated for more than 2 hours (unless they are very young and need constant supervision).

About: I put all my attention to what I’m doing I’m a mother of three babies I am very picky about my house (very clean) I’m married and have two dogs of my own I like to stay busy. Right now I work a full time job until I can get this going. More type of a person that would like to work from home person. I will make them feel apart of a family and treat them like they are my babies. Make sure they are good taking care of and make sure they are good.

About: I have had animals in my home for my entire life. And I do truly enjoy spending time with all animals, They keep me active. I'm currently not working which leaves me lots of time to walk, play & nap with my dog and other dogs during the day time. I have a nice grassy with cement area fenced in yard with ample shade & a friendly dog to play with & to keep other dogs company.

About: I've had a dog for the past 5 years ( shiloh ) she's a German Shepard! She is wonderfully and well trained also is fixed. she does love to greet people so she might jump. I've also dog sat for many years as well and I worked for a dog company back in 2017 where I took care of daily task as well as medical needs when necessary, and worked along side pregnant and and birthing mothers. I have had a couple cats growing up, none to call my own though. So I am also acquainted with the care of cats and kittens as well as shiloh was raised around all types of animals and children of various ages so we are comfortable saying there should be no issues with her. However we can make other accommodation for her if you don't feel comfortable with another animal in the home. One final note I have 2 children a 1 year old and a 3 year old. I hope you enjoy my profile and to hear from you soon! I have a 5 year old German Shepard who lives full time with me and my children at home. I know how to give medication, shots aswell as cut nails and bathe but I do not feel comfortable trimming or giving the dogs a hair cut. I don't have a fence, i do have a little yard but I have harnesses and leads to walk and take the dogs out side to play. I do have a crate available if needed my dog is trained as well as crate trained. Shiloh ( my dog ) love the company of other fur babies to run around as play with. My two children are also in love with animals but I do have a vary large second living room and attached mud room that I can limit off for dog access if it would make having a dog stay here more comfortable due them not being used to children!

About: Dogs are my love language! I grew up surrounded by dogs and cats, volunteered at our local animal shelter, adopted my first dog when I was a sophomore in college (he passed away 5 years ago), completed a pre-veterinary undergraduate degree, and was a veterinary technician for a year. I am well-equipped to handle basic medication administrations, senior medical needs, ear flushes, puppy training, and more. I’m fascinated by the different breeds, and the endless combinations of mutts. I manage our house so am home during the days with lots of time for potty breaks and pets for your fur baby during the day. I love having some canine companions with me while I am home alone during the day, and as an added bonus, your dogs will be well socialized with kids and cats after staying a night with us. I look forward to stimulating your dog by walking or jogging slowly (whichever is best for their temperament, breed, age, etc.) and/or providing your dog with a home and loving family while you are out of town. As a pet and child parent myself, I know how important it is to find people you can trust - I would be honored to be this person for you. We are striving to raise our children with a strong sense of personal responsibility, respect, community, and love, and I believe pet sitting is an excellent way to show them these principles in action. About our home: Quiet during the school days, with typical family noises, toys, and activities in the evenings and weekends. A dog-friendly cat will be in the mix, along with a cat who loves to be in the room with the action. We will follow your typical rules and routines for obedience, furniture, crate, sleeping, feeding, etc. For shorter stays (2 nights or less), we may be able to accommodate a dog who is unfamiliar with cats, but for longer stays, a dog that is friendly with cats is best. I currently work from home part-time, and my children are at school during the day, so you’ll dogs will have a quiet house with plenty of potty breaks during the day, and a full house of love and play on the weekends! To minimize stress to your dog as they adjust to my household, I will follow your typical routine as much as possible (feeding routine, grooming, exercise, furniture rules, obedience and training, sleeping places, crate-time, etc., etc.) - I can't wait to hear about their unique personalities and care routines For the safety for both your dog and for my family, I will supervise at all times, especially until your pup becomes familiar with our home and family.
