Loved that she takes them on daily walks to the park and has a big beautiful backyard with a lot of grass for them to run around and play on. I cannot recommend Odalys enough! She took exceptional care of my dog, Drake, for an entire week, and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. She made sure he received his food, medication, love, attention, and everything he needed to feel comfortable and happy. What I appreciated most was that she kept me updated every day with pictures, videos, and messages about how Drake was feeling and behaving. It gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Although there were other dog sitters much closer to my home, I happily drove 15 minutes to leave Drake with Odalys because I knew he would be in the best hands. Raquel is an absolute gem! From the very first moment we spoke, it was obvious how much she genuinely loves animals and how dedicated she is to making them feel safe, comfortable, and happy. She took care of our dog as if he were her own. She kept us updated throughout his stay, sending us regular photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind. Our dog is terrified of thunderstorms, and unfortunately he had a very difficult night because of one. Raquel looked after him like a baby, giving him all the comfort and attention he needed. Knowing he was in such caring hands meant the world to us. Leaving your dog with someone new can be stressful, both for the owner and the pet, but Raquel goes above and beyond to make the transition as easy as possible. She truly cares about each animal and does everything she can to ensure they feel loved, secure, and at home. I would trust Raquel with my dog again without a second thought, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, responsible, and compassionate pet sitter. Dayana and her husband were absolutely wonderful!!! It was my first time leaving my baby with someone I didn’t know after she had gotten diagnosed with diabetes and I was really nervous but they both were so sweet and loving with Chloe and sent me constant updates and pictures which I loved. In all the pictures Chloe looks like she’s having more fun than she does at home! Highly recommend and will definitely be trusting them with my girl again.

Maria was so nice to me and my dog Axel, who unfortunately was a little sick when I dropped him off, but she was so patient and consistent with updates, was always sending me pictures and videos, telling me he was feeling better and overall left me feeling calm and with a peace of mind knowing he was okay and in good hands! We were nervous to leave our newly rescued pup in boarding since we didn’t know much of her behavior yet. However Sofia jumped into the unknown and took great care of here. She sent me photos and pictures throughout and kept me informed of everything. I was glad my pup also had her pup to keep her company and they ended up playing the whole stay. Melissa was absolutely AMAZING with my dog Bruiser! You can tell she loves dogs and has a special bond with chihuahuas like mine. She was really communicative, provided updates throughout the stay, and was really accommodating for us with a semi last minute sitting request and when things went south with me getting back in time for my trip she had no issues re-accommodating and staying with my pup a little longer. I feel happy knowing I can leave my dog safely in her care again in the near future if I ever need to head back out of state!
Gabriela was seriously amazing with our puppy, Charlotte! 🥹 She watched her for five days while we were out of town, and as first-time puppy parents we were definitely a little anxious about leaving her. From day one, she sent us lots of pictures and updates, which gave us so much peace of mind, and it was so sweet seeing how much love and attention Charlotte was getting. You could tell she genuinely cared about her and treated her like one of her own. When we picked Charlotte up, she was happy, healthy, and honestly looked like she had the best little vacation of her own.
