She took care of our dog as if he were her own. She kept us updated throughout his stay, sending us regular photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind. Our dog is terrified of thunderstorms, and unfortunately he had a very difficult night because of one. Raquel looked after him like a baby, giving him all the comfort and attention he needed. Knowing he was in such caring hands meant the world to us. Leaving your dog with someone new can be stressful, both for the owner and the pet, but Raquel goes above and beyond to make the transition as easy as possible. Maria was so nice to me and my dog Axel, who unfortunately was a little sick when I dropped him off, but she was so patient and consistent with updates, was always sending me pictures and videos, telling me he was feeling better and overall left me feeling calm and with a peace of mind knowing he was okay and in good hands! We were nervous to leave our newly rescued pup in boarding since we didn’t know much of her behavior yet. However Sofia jumped into the unknown and took great care of here. She sent me photos and pictures throughout and kept me informed of everything. I was glad my pup also had her pup to keep her company and they ended up playing the whole stay. I couldn’t recommend her enough ❤️
Melissa was absolutely AMAZING with my dog Bruiser! You can tell she loves dogs and has a special bond with chihuahuas like mine. She was really communicative, provided updates throughout the stay, and was really accommodating for us with a semi last minute sitting request and when things went south with me getting back in time for my trip she had no issues re-accommodating and staying with my pup a little longer. I feel happy knowing I can leave my dog safely in her care again in the near future if I ever need to head back out of state!

Karma absolutely loves Norm. He is attentive, kind, and an amazing communicator. Karma had such a good time with him. This is the happiest and most well-adjusted I’ve ever seen her after being with a sitter, and she was still happy and relaxed when I picked her up.
Karelia is the best dog sitter I have ever used. She treated Buddy like he was her own. She walked him a lot, and kept me updated frequently with messages and photos. She even got Buddy to enjoy other dogs at dog parks, which I have never been able to do. She developed a strong rapport with Buddy right away. She is also a very kind person.
