About: I am just returning to this app. I used to full time dog walk and sit through my community in Hinesville, Georgia and I am now living back in Ohio, where I am originally from. I have been caring for cats and dogs my entire life. I have a lot of experience with senior dogs, especially as my dog has had heart disease, a collapsing trachea, and arthritis for years and requires every day medication and has to eat a special diet and help going up and down stairs. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
