1. Michelle J.

“Michelle has been wonderful! She has taken Devon on several dates over the past couple of weeks and she has always been reliable and communicative. I have gone through dozens of Rover walkers/sitters over the past 5 years and Michelle is the second one I’ve ever found that has been consistently good 😊.”

2. Summer P.
“Summer is a wonderful pet owner/petsitter. She’s so patient with my cat, Boo who initially didn’t like her. Summer knows how to give Boo space, waiting for Boo to come to her instead of forcing/neglecting my cat. She knows basic knowledge about veterinary care and what is poison to your pets to avoid. She also has a cute puppy, which if you have a energetic pup, they can play with each other!!! Overall a trustworthy petsitter! I would book her again in the future for my Boo Boo”

3. Gwendolyn & Jerry L.

“Jerry and Gwen were amazing. They took really good care of Hank! It was clear when they brought him back, they had connected with my sweet pup. THANK YOU!”

4. Erin W.
“Erin is an amazing dog sitter. Let me preface this by saying I'm one of those dog moms who just doesn't let just anyone watch my girls. Only a handful of people have ever watched them over night. Erin watched my two girls (2 lab mixes) who were 11 at the time while we went on vacation. Erin did great. I knew Erin from work so I knew her before she watched my girls. She came over the day before to meet the girls and they warmed up to her right away. One of my girls is really shy and weery of new people but she liked Erin right away. I showed her my home and gave her the rundown of their daily schedule. Everything went super smoothly. I checked in a few times with her while we were gone and she was always responsive with letting me know how they were doing and giving me updates which made me feel more at ease that they were doing well. And when we came back home the house was just as we left it. I highly recommend Erin.”

5. Maya H.
“I cannot recommend Maya enough as a dog sitter! She took care of my energetic Labrador, Max, for a week, and it was clear he absolutely adored her. From daily walks to playtime, she kept him happy and active. She also sent me regular updates and pictures, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. It’s so reassuring to know your pet is in loving, capable hands. I'll definitely be booking her again!”

6. Alison S.
“Alison is my daughter and a Registered Nurse. She cares for her own pets just like with her patients, with patience and great care. I know her to be responsible and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her as a caretaker for your pet.”

7. Michelle D.
About: Ive taken care of my own animals between my child's pet as well as my own personal companion as they help in many different ways. I am self employed so I set my own hours of operation but I can manage to add in extra work as well on top. I have a fenced in back yard. My house is locked when I am home for my safety as well as my children's and your animals.

8. Korinna A.

“Awesome! Takes great walks and is very reliable. Since she has been walking our puppy I have noticed such an improvement in her socially and how she behaves while out.”

9. Thomas V.

“Tom is spectacularly reliable for on-time neighborhood paw patrols and keeping our old arthritic dog loved and looked after while we are away.”

10. Grace s.
About: I have had animals my whole life and I plan on having a lot of land when I am older so I can adopt animals that have a hard time finding a forever family. I am working at a cleaning business so my schedule is always changing. I start from 11 to usually 3 it really depends. I will always communicate how your animal is doing and my work schedule. Before taking care of your furry friends I would like to know if there is anything that I need to know beforehand like if they are okay on a leash, potty trained, or any food issues.

11. Heather B.
“I have booked through Paws in the Sand for three years and Heather is absolutely the most gracious and kind pet sitter on the coast. If you want your pet in safe and loving hands I suggest!!”

12. Justin C.
About: Know what it's like to own dogs since childhood. Tell me what they love, like, and hate. Love to bring gifts for the dog(s) anytime. Also been a great house sitter and pet sitter for my mother in the past when she visited grandkids for a week in California. As far in advance as possible since I also do crowd management seasonally but haven't worked since April 1st. P.S. A page from the daily calendar for Life Hacks encouraged me to join and I do know someone on Rover.com named Stephen. He's a dog sitter, owner, and trainer. I live in a condo on the ground level with a patio and a view of Mill Creek. I'd prefer to house and/or pet watch at your place.

13. Charity D.
“Charity is an honest, caring, and wonderful person and LOVES to walk dogs! She helped take care of my dog for several months by walking him, feeding him, checking in on him - he fell in LOVE with her!! She's conscientious of their demeanor, as my dog can often be anxious, but he was so calm around her and she gave him so much love and confidence. I'd highly recommend Charity, she will love and care for your pets!”

14. Aiden J.
About: Currently have three dogs and my favorite a mini Aussie. Have been training them for the last few years and walk them almost daily. I am wanting to improve my dog handling skills and meet new pets and families along the way. et care is an integral part of my daily routine. I'm committed to providing top-notch care and attention to the animals I look after. My schedule is flexible, and I typically dedicate specific hours each day to walking, feeding, playing, and caring for pets. Weekends are also open for additional pet-sitting or extended care needs I groom weekly and walk almost daily as well as morning and night feeding. I am a runner so I enjoy taking some of the dogs on runs when possible.

15. Nicole K.

“Nicole was so accommodating and responsive. Our pup was in great hands and enjoyed his walk!”

16. Morgan T.
“In my whole life, I have never known anyone who cares more about animals than Morgan. I have seen her rescue and take great care of feral cats which became loving house cats under her care. Morgan has an empathetic heart and a very responsible ethic, and I have left town many times knowing that my cats are safe and happy in Morgan‘s care. No one better for the job!”

17. Cooper H.
About: I am a young college graduate with a love for dogs. I always treat pups like family, big or small. I grew up raising and taking care of dogs, from puppies to senior dogs I was always the kid in the neighborhood that parents paid to watch there animals. I am usually busy working on the weekdays but I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule to help alleviate stress from owners. I can always make time to stop in and check up on your pups. I will always be kind and gentle to our furry friends, I believe that there is never a bad dog. Accidents happen and all we can do is work to make them right so they don't happen again. Unless specifically told not to expect your dog to receive lots of pets and love :)

18. Tabitha S.

“Tabitha did an amazing job with our two dogs. She was able to accommodate with short notice and spent quality time with our pups. Highly recommend!”
