About: I have taken care of cats almost all my life. I enjoy being around dogs with how friendly they are and really like giving belly rubs. Currently living where no big animals allowed but that's ok because I have a hedgehog. I have an open schedule right now. Just getting started on Rover and hoping to do great things! Really looking forward to being around a lot of happy animals. Sadly, I can not offer to take care of any client animals in my apartment. About: Mr. Chips was my first four legged client, I was 10 years old and he was an energetic cocker spaniel. It was my job to walk Mr. Chips every day after school and then safely return him home. I loved him and he loved me. Since then I have pet sat all over the country as well over seas! I have experience with various types of animals; cats, dogs, birds, reptiles, rodents and fish. I had the joy of having my very own hobby farm, where I raised cows, goats, sheep, ducks, turkeys and chickens! My experience includes; feeding, bathing, administering medications and supplements, helping during birth, and other various medical situations. I have experience caring for show dogs. If you need someone to not only care for your pets but also your home/property, I can do this. I can water your plants, flush toilets, monitor the temperature and humidity of your home. Bring in your mail and deliveries. Turn lights off and on. I can also be available to take your pet to the groomer or vet as needed. My availability is completely open. I am flexible for long term or short term schedules. What ever works best for my clients, I am here to make your life less complicated! I have a lovely little home in a safe and quiet neighborhood. I am within walking distance to the beach which is perfect for long walks! My home has a fenced backyard where your dog can run and have fun. I will keep your dog on a leash when ever we are outside of my property. If you have cats there is plenty of room for them to hide and find solitude if need be, as well plenty of windows for them to soak up the sun! Other critters can be placed in warm open areas or away in quite darker spaces. There is a space for any type of animal! Or I can come to your home! I am a full-time stay at home mom with a 13-year-old son who is homeschooled. So we will be home to interact with your pet at all times. Your pet never has to worry about being alone in a strange new environment. We both are compassionate and empathetic people with a love of all animals! My home has a fenced in yard, we are home all day and night, so your pet will have our undivided attention. Can provide as many walks as needed, and there is a doggie door that can be used or completely shut off depending on your pets needs. Safety and love are our top priorities!

For 15 years I owned a loving house/pet-sitting and dog walking business and I grew up on a ranch so have been caring for animals my entire life, also a cat lady at heart! I've also helped my sister with her dog training business. All of greater Bend, Portland (West Valley/Mac/Salem) areas inc. coast to Newport accepted! I'd love to hike or take gentle walks/play fetch with your pups (had two of my own for many years) and as a homeowner myself I will leave your home clean and well-cared for. Longer stays preferred! I work remotely so am flexible on location in Northern Oregon. This means I have the ability to do midday or evening walks. I hike almost daily so either active or mellow elderly dogs are OK but I'm also a huge cat lover! I enjoy caring for multiple pets in one home with different needs. I'm extremely cautious yet friendly with the animals I am caring for. I have a gentle nature that works well with nervous animals however I also believe in positive reinforcement for those pets that like to push the boundary.
