About: i’ve owned and loved 7 dogs & 3 cats over my life & they all lived very healthy and happy lives. my friends and family have all used me time and time again to watch their animals! i currently stay at home every day, besides around 1-2 hours a day that i am at the gym. my dog & i go on runs and walks every day for about an hour which i would love to include your pets in! i have a 5 year old dog who is deaf and the sweetest girl ever! i’ve never had any issues with her and any other dogs, big or small (she had a minpin sister) & she loves cats (she has 2 cat siblings). i have a big fenced in yard & house that they are allowed to roam! if your pet needs to be crated i can also work with that!

About: I've been around dogs my entire life and they seem to love me and trust me and now in the past several years cats too! I'm retired fit guy with flexible schedule. I'm in good shape, go to gym regularly and walk 3 to 5 miles daily so walking even biggest dogs won't be daunting Dogs trust me. At my home and yours, there are walks in the neighborhood and nature. Endless affection, playtime and positive experiences with a gentle hand and manner. Our pets are family and become a natural part of our lives giving peace and love.

About: I’m a huge animal lover of both cats and dogs! I’ve had experience training puppies and also caring, walking, crate training, and maintaining a healthy feeding schedule. I’m open any day of the week at any times and I’m able to come house sit. Most animals are comfortable in their own home so whatever works best for them. I will ensure a safe environment for your pet whether that be crating your pet, keeping a close eye on your pet, and providing them play as a healthy distraction as you arrive.

About: I’ve been caring for pets for 50+ years. I am mature, responsible, and have reliable transportation. We have 3 friendly dogs to give your dog play and companionship. I work part-time so can give your pets the time and attention they need. Fur babies are family and will be treated accordingly. Their physical and emotional needs are a priority to me. I have a large, fenced yard and in-ground pool for the pups that love water. Our 3 friendly dogs can provide play and companionship to your fur babies.

About: Been on rover for quite some time now 2018, I am now located in the Plumas Lake area. I am a CPDT but I’m shifting gears slightly and going to school for vet med to be a RVT. Your pets will be in good hands between myself and my wife who has 10 years as RVT. Coffee, let the pups out to potty, prep breakfast, head out for morning gym or appointment. Return by 12. Potty breaks and dog walk or bike ride for Sparta. Landscaping/yard work or In my workshop until sundown. Dogs eat around 5pm Yard is fenced in back and front. I will be able to provide play areas for little and big dogs separately if needed. Meals are typically mornings 7 to 9 and evenings 5 to7. I am able to create different zone for the dog to be in if there is any need for separation. I also have multiple buildings in which to house them and a very large private back yard for them to run.

About: I am a 15+ year vegan and lifelong animal lover. I have had pets on and off for my whole life, including dogs, cats and other animals and my family has always adopted rescue animals. I even spent a lot of weekends and most summers as a pre-teen/teenager helping on my grandparent’s ranch, where we cared for rescue animals. I love caring for animals and making sure they are well loved and looked after while they are with me. I have regularly dog and cat sat for friends, family and co-workers over the last 15 years or so. I am comfortable with any size or age dogs and cats. My family in the past has had all sized dogs from a chihuahua to the two german shepherd mixes we have now. They are all characters and they make us laugh everyday, and bring joy to our lives. I love being around animals and seeing their different personalities, especially when I meet dogs out public and get to ask their name and say hi. It genuinely makes me happy. I look forward to helping you care for your fur babies as if they were my own. I have experience giving medicine in pill form to cats and dogs, have cared for young and senior pets alike. Whether it’s watching them overnight, or doing drop-ins to maintain a regular meal/medicine routine or making sure your pet stays hydrated throughout the day, I prioritize comfort and health for all animals in my care. I currently work 8-5pm from home, and I would like to offer my caregiving in around those hours. For stop overs/check in's during my lunch break, after work hours and on weekends, I will check in on your pet(s) and make sure they are taken care of and have what they need, per your specific instructions. For overnight care, I would simply need somewhere to sit with my computer and reliable wifi in order to work from your home, so I can be there all day with your pet(s). I do not offer care from my own home, but will travel to and/or stay at your home for the specific care you many need.

About: I've had pets my whole life and fully trained them since puppies. I would have a hundred fur babies if I could. We welcome all pets in our home and treat them like family We have a pretty flexible lifestyle. We are a Homeschool family, so we are normally home beside an occasional field trip, park date or local shopping. We have a fully fenced 1/3 acre yard. If you have a hyper dog look no further. My 5 year old son will play ball for HOURS with your fur baby.

About: I love pets! More than human most of the time. I enjoy talking to them and learning from them, and playing! Your baby will be in very good hands with me! I am a student and can only work part time. This kind of work is not only ideal for my schedule and financial needs, its an opportunity to make new 4 legged friends! I am not able to host any furry friends. But I can walk them around their neighborhood. Hang with them in their home with their owners are away. I've cared for many different breeds with many different needs and I am more than happy to accommodate for whatever is needed.

About: I have taken care of many breeds of dogs with many different needs, of all different ages, and with all different energy levels my whole life. I can’t think of anything I love more than taking care of animals! Growing up, I always had a dog by my side which is what I think makes life a bit more enjoyable! I was raised around many different breeds, but as I was getting older I found a very strong interest in Pitbulls and other “aggressive” breeds because I could not disagree more with the negativity surrounding said breeds. This brought my family into adopting a Pit and since then I have truly seen for myself that all dogs are just big babies that want nothing more than to be loved! I will do my absolute best to meet every pups needs and more! I feel that my experience, passion, and knowledge sets me apart from other sitters. In your home, I always make sure all needs are met, they’re getting the love and attention they want and need, and they’re happy. If you are needing a pet sitter for an extended period of time I also enjoy cleaning for others so if that is something you’re interested in, I’m also available to do that! Also would like to add that I am very willing to work with aggressive dogs as well, this is NOT behavior that I am unfamiliar with. Since my husband and I just moved to the area, I haven’t started working anywhere full time yet. Therefore, I’m available at most times and can give your pups all the love they need! I’m currently looking into programs for me to start dog training in the area while deciding if I’m ready to go back to college to pursue a different degree relating to animals. I have a pretty open schedule so feel free to reach out for any needs! Since I do not offer services in my home anymore, I treat your space better than I would treat my own. I have always treated a clients home how I hope mine would be treated if I had to leave and allow someone to enter without me present. I understand and respect that I am simply a guest in your home to care for your pet. If you are out of the home for an extended period of time, I try to help out by keeping things tidy. I am perfectly fine with cameras being on and in the home as I actually prefer everything being recorded.
