About: I've had the pleasure of loving and taking care of furbabies of all sizes for 20 years. I first started pet sitting for an acquaintance in 2005. Later, when I became established in the area as a trusted house cleaner, I started pet sitting for some of my clients and their friends. Sadly, I lost all my clients and contacts save one in the Camp Fire as my client base was in Paradise and Magalia. Since then, I have taken care of my own little furbabies and ever so often cared for the Chihuahua/Pug/Terrier mix of the one remaining client from Paradise. Within the years that I was actively pet sitting, I took care of dogs of all sizes from Chihuahuas to Whippets. I am excited to once again assist you with your pet sitting needs and ensure the best attention is given to your dog’s health, happiness, and well-being! For my clients in Paradise and Magalia, I did both drop ins and overnight stays. (My favorite memory was staying with two little lovely Dachsies for three weeks!) I made sure each pet I took care of was fed as per the instructions given to me and that they had access to fresh, clean water. Whether it’s maintaining a regular meal routine or making sure your pet stays hydrated throughout the day, I prioritize comfort and health for all furbabies in my care. I also have experience administering medications, whether oral or topical, and am dedicated to ensuring your pets specific medical needs are met with precision and care. I know personally the importance of a vet's instructions and the proper maintenance of a consistent medication routine. I also know the importance of exercise in keeping a pet happy and healthy. Whether it’s a leisurely stroll or a more vigorous activity, I am happy to ensure that your pet gets the exercise and playtime they need! Above all, each dog that I have taken care of I have treated as part of my family. I look forward to providing your furbaby with the same love, attention, and care that I have given to my past clients and to my own pets! I am currently working a few hours on the weekends during the day for an In-Home Healthcare client. I am available days and nights during the week, and evenings and nights on weekends. For any pet in my care, whether it has been a client's pet or my own, I have always ensured that they have gotten plenty of love and quality care. For past clients, I adhered to all instructions given pertaining to feeding time, exercise and medications if applicable. I made sure there were plenty of cuddles and that every pet in my care felt safe and secure.

About: Hello my name is Ashly. I am an animal lover that has completed several vet tech classes at yuba college. I own two dogs a pig and chickens. I would love the opportunity to care for your furry family members. I am a mom of two. I can help out 7 days a week. My fence is a secure 6 feet high chain link fence. I am willing to check in on your furry family members, unable to stay at your home, however I am able to stop by every 1-4 hours depending on distance.

“Gretchen is the best! I don’t have enough good things to say about her. I would have her back anytime and highly recommended her. She has a warm and kind heart and is completely trustworthy and honest.”

About: I began transporting dogs, including puppies, in 2020 for a dog-breeding business in Yuba City, CA. I've bathed, walked, and cared for puppies and dogs of all sizes and ages. I occasionally check in on cats when their owners are out of town. I've trained dogs how to sit and how to take walks properly. I walk my pitbull mix and my chihuahua together side by side. I also walk my neighbor's lab twice per week because he is elderly and arthritic, unable to walk her himself. I greatly enjoy the outdoors and animals!!! I work part -time in the evenings, so I usually have availability in the mornings and afternoons! In the summer, I may not accept dog walks in the afternoons in cases of extreme heat. Morning walks are best. This is for the dog's safety. I can watch your pet in your home. If you live near the dog park, I can take your dog there as well. It's up to you! This is a great place for dogs to get their wiggles out , off of their leashes. It is my dogs' favorite place in the world.
“Misty was always on time for caring for our 2 cats. She sent us complete reports along with pictures which assured us that all is going well at home with our cats. Having used Misty’s services we highly believe she is a person you can trust your pets with, and we highly recommend her. Thank you so much Misty!”

“Katie was great with our dogs. Highly recommend.”

About: I currently have a cat of my own named Shadow, who I absolutely love! I adopted her when she was a kitten and I’ve raised her ever since so I know a lot about working with cats. Growing up, I also had hamsters and birds as pets. I love animals! While I’ve never owned a dog myself, I have walked dogs for my neighbors, family members and friends. I’ve also helped them bathe their dogs and watched them while they were out of town as well. I also did this while in college as an extra source of income. I’ve worked with many breeds from larger dogs to smaller dogs (e.g., chihuahuas, pit bulls, French bulldogs, golden retrievers, border collies, etc.). I would love the opportunity to spend more time with animals and help their owners! I currently work remote which makes it easier for me to work and care for animals at the same time as I also make my own schedule allowing me more flexibility. I do not work on the weekends so I have open availability on those days. Allowing me to help with walking and house sitting. In terms of house sitting and dog walking, I would ensure that the home remains clean, follow the instructions provided for me and that your dog or cat is safe with me!

Potty breaks and dog walk or bike ride for Sparta. Landscaping/yard work or In my workshop until sundown. Dogs eat around 5pm Yard is fenced in back and front. I will be able to provide play areas for little and big dogs separately if needed. Meals are typically mornings 7 to 9 and evenings 5 to7. I also have multiple buildings in which to house them and a very large private back yard for them to run.

“Mariella was kind and considerate. Our cat-loved her, and she was able to encourage our chinchilla to come out of hiding and visit. She sent us proof of life pictures daily and the pets were happy. About: I have been trusted by family and friends to care for their pets. I have my own GSD that has gone through training courses so I have experience with many dogs. I have also trained other pups and their owners. In my home I have 2 cats so I have plenty of experience with both types of animals. I am a full-time student so I have arranged my availability based on the times I am not in class or in meetings for my specific program.
