“Megan is courteous, thorough, and has been amazing to work with. Our cat, Meeko, was comfortable with her from the very beginning. While we were gone, she sent updates and photos with each visit. You could see that Meeko was comfortable having her around. We came home to a tidy house and a happy cat. What more could you ask for?”

“Debbie was very mindful and courteous. We felt at ease having her care for our pets. She always updates us with photos and wasn't afraid to ask questions if she had them. I'm thankful for her loving and nurturing services for our fur babies. Thanks for the stellar job done, Debbie!!”

About: Hi there! I have had raised dogs and cats since the age of about 12. I love all animals and am now teaching my 2 young girls to love and nurture all creatures 🥰 we love dogs and cats and are happy to help u with all your pet care needs ☺️ I currently WFH in the evenings and me and 2 little ones love being out and about during the day, we would love to stop in and feed or walk your pets or have your pup come stay for the day to get lots of pets, love , and cuddles I live near menominee park in a lovely quiet neighborhood, I have a lead for outside and we have plenty of space inside. I do have 3 cats, when dogs are in our home they stay upstairs and I make sure they and the dog have the space they need.
“I rebooked Cassie for my week vacation to SD. She did great as always. She asked me questions on what she needed to do to take care of my two cats as best as possible. I could tell from the pictures they loved her visits! She's my go-to sitter, and the best for the Oshkosh area.”

About: I myself have 5 rats, otherwise my family has owned so many animals over the years. Like pigs, many dogs, cats, birds, and more! Personally, I thrive on communication and respect. I will always ask questions if I don't understand something and always try to make things right. I am a part-time college student, currently unemployed but searching for a job. So I have a LOT of free time, I barely have any dead set plans and when I do they aren't full-day. Fitting animals more into my life will help me be flexible and caring. Ill be able to strengthen my knowledge in each and every type of animal I'll come across and be able to care for them how they need it. I always clean up after pets, especially if theres a kennel, backyard area, and litter boxes. I'm willing to clean floors, and do tidying aswell. I'll play with the pet for awhile and comfort them, while giving them my full attention. I'm willing to do just about anything!
“Myra did a great job dropping in and making sure Zuko got the attention he needs. Zuko had an accident at one point and Myra did her best cleaning and rinsing him off in the downstairs shower, which we very much appreciated. Zuko is a super picky eater and very particular with whom he receives care, but he seems to get along well with Myra based on the photos from their time together. Overall, we’re very pleased with her care and accommodations.”

“Even though I booked last minute for a holiday weekend, Austin and Brittany were prompt, reliable, and not afraid to reach out if something was amiss. They did great with my two cats, even taking them outside on a leash to play in the grass and enjoy some sun. I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again.”

“Sarah did a phenomenal job checking on our cats. While we were on vacation our home experienced severe weather (totally unexpected) and lost power. Normally, I would have been an anxious mess. But, Sarah was great and her updates made me feel comfortable......so we enjoyed our family vacation! Thank you Sarah!”

About: Hi! I’m Sasha, a lifelong animal lover with hands on experience caring for both cats and dogs of all personalities. At home, I have two tortie Siamese cats and a senior Yorkshire Terrier who is both blind and diabetic. Caring for her has taught me patience, attentiveness, and the importance of sticking to a routine. I administer insulin injections twice a day, monitor her closely, and make sure she always feels safe and comfortable. I know every pet is different. Some want endless playtime, while others need a calm, reassuring presence and someone who respects their boundaries. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, senior, or needs a little extra care, I’ll treat them with the same love and attention I give my own. My goal is simple: to make sure your pets feel happy, safe, and cared for while you’re away, and to give you peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands. I’m selfemployed, which gives me a flexible schedule throughout the week! That flexibility allows me to accommodate morning, afternoon, and evening visits while providing reliable, consistent care based on your pet’s routine. Your pet’s safety and comfort always come first. Caring for my own senior dog has taught me how important consistency, patience, and close observation are. I administer insulin injections twice a day, help her safely navigate the house because she’s blind, and pay close attention to any changes in her behavior or health. When caring for your pets, I’ll follow your instructions carefully, respect your home’s routines, and make sure your pets feel secure and comfortable in their familiar environment. I’ll also keep you updated with messages and photos so you can relax knowing they’re doing well.

About: I have cared for dogs from puppies to seniors, 100% healthy to special needs. I love them all, and I cannot wait to help you care for them while you are away. I work as a teaching assistant in special education at a local high school. I am available during my short lunch break for a quick walk nearby, after-school care, and weekend fun. I work with dogs in fenced-in yards and non-fenced. I have experience with in-home kennels and pets that sleep in/on the bed or couch. I'm pretty flexible and will work with you on how you prefer your babies to be cared for.

Outstanding service! I was so nervous about leaving my 2 cats for a week, especially since she needs daily medication, but they absolutely crushed it. Every single instruction I left was followed perfectly, and they managed to give her her meds every single day for 7 days straight without a single issue. I got great updates, and my cat was totally relaxed when I got home. It’s such a relief finding someone this reliable and detail-oriented. Will 100% book again!

10 out of 100 would recommend Cassie to watch anything or anyone of mine again!!!! while taking care of the boys (3 cats) she made sure they got the food they needed both wet and dry, she spent some time with them cleaned up after them and sent me updates!! And to go above and beyond when some hot weather rolled in she made sure it was ok to turn on the ac for them!!

Brandon did a good job taking care of our fur babies while we were away. He was very responsive, timely, and made sure to run down the task list we had made for each of the visits. He went above and beyond for us by bringing in packages and even changing our snake's water. It wasn't without incident though as the cats found their way into the treat cabinet, but Brandon was upfront with us and let us know immediately so I couldn't ask for more. I would be happy to book with Brandon again.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Oshkosh. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
