She was unavailable for our most recent vacation, so used Rover for the first time and ended up deciding to go with Bobbi (and her family) and have our 2 doggies stay with them for our time away. We had a quick meet and greet to make sure our 2 doggies got along well with her dog, which went great. Bobbi sent reassuring messages and pictures every single day of our 12 day trip. Zuko had an accident at one point and Myra did her best cleaning and rinsing him off in the downstairs shower, which we very much appreciated. Zuko is a super picky eater and very particular with whom he receives care, but he seems to get along well with Myra based on the photos from their time together. Overall, we’re very pleased with her care and accommodations.”

This time when we picked them up, they seemed happy to see us, but not nearly as excited as usual, which to us indicated they MIGHT have preferred to just continue to hang with Bobbi and crew. “Krystal's love of dogs is evident and her current bestie, Duke, was a welcoming partner! We left our sweet Piper with Krystal for a week and Piper seemed to adjust well and was in good spirits when we picked her up. I think she even missed Krystal and Duke for a day or so after we returned home! Krystal kept us abreast of how Piper was doing and was responsive to our questions. I was amazed by how unfazed she was by the cold, wet weather that hung over the Fox Valley the week we were away; seemingly taking the additional 4 muddy paws in stride! We would happily re-book with Krystal the next time we need to leave town.”
