About: Hello! I'm Jess - I'm from Northern California and moved to Maine last year. Growing up we always had dogs (and sometimes cats), so I learned to take care of pets from a young age. I was the go-to person in my neighborhood for pet-sitting and dog-walking. Currently I have one pup - Bodhi, a 2.5 year old black lab. I look forward to meeting you & your fur babies! I'm currently working part-time, so my schedule is pretty flexible at the moment. I'm available for drop-ins, all-day stays and overnights, as well as for long-term pet-sitting in your home. I love making every animal feel cared for - from playing with them, going on long walks outside, providing pets and cuddles, giving them occasional treats, etc. I care for every pet as if they were my own. I also love to send little text and video updates, so you can check in on them while you're away. I've even done FaceTimes with pets and their owners!

About: I have had a dog for 14 years and a cat for 9 years, so I truly understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pets. I take pride in giving each animal the same level of love and attention I give my own—whether that means long walks, playtime, or just quiet companionship. I’m reliable, patient, and always focused on making sure your pets feel safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away. I work full-time during the day but have plenty of time in the evenings and on weekends to dedicate to pets. My schedule allows me to give them lots of attention after work for walks, playtime, and cuddles, as well as focused care throughout the weekend. I make sure each pet’s needs fit naturally into my routine so they always get consistent love, care, and companionship. I care for dogs and cats as if they were my own, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I follow their regular routines for feeding, walks, playtime, and litter care, and I always take time to understand each pet’s unique personality. About: I provide calm, reliable care in a quite setting. I have plenty of fenced in outdoor space for dogs to explore and get exercise. I will make sure they feel at home and well cared for. Relaxing or active your pet will enjoy their stay. I currently work as a B&B host in the summers, leaving my winters, fully open schedule wise. Hosting for over four years so I know how to make sure you get a five star experience. We have a fenced yard hard floors, dog kennels, and everything a dog would need. I have a golden retriever named Sadie, who is very sociable goes to the dog park super friendly. I work for myself managing properties and are able to bring any pets with me to job sites if needed.

In my early adulthood, I have adopted/rescued a few cats named Nora, Baby, Liza, Mikey and Slater. I now have a sweet cat named Wanda. About: I've lived and loved dogs since I was born. When I was in middle school I started helping out at a local daycare and boarding facility, and from there began assisting the trainer. Since high school, I worked at the local doggy daycare and boarding facility caring for every size of dog imaginable. I am experienced in basic doggy first aid and medicine administration. I've lived and trained with livestock guardian breeds, sporting breeds, hounds, and working breeds all my life! I’m a senior at Maine Maritime Academy, and my class schedule is busy but I have many mornings, afternoons, and evenings off. We can definitely make something work! I am very flexible and can work with your dogs needs! Even if your dog requires PJs before bed time... I can make that happen! Routine is key in dog-lives, so whatever your dog's routine is, I will follow it to the best of my ability.

About: I’ve taken care of animals of all kinds since I was old enough to walk, from horses to dogs and cats. I love animals and am very responsible. I am currently enrolled in college, so any house sitting must be pretty close to school or apartment in the bangor area. Otherwise I am pretty flexible and willing to work with you as long as you are willing to work with me:) Since I am enrolled in college, I cannot pet-sit in my own home. But I love animals and I believe they are more comfortable in the comfort of their own home and I am very tidy and will pick up after myself and your pet, if need be.

About: I have always had dogs in my life, and I currently have 3 of my own. I worked in veterinary emergency and critical care for 2 years and spent several months at a fear-free general practice before needing to take a step back from vetmed. I have 6 years of personal experience with dog training and behavior, and spent some time volunteering for a rescue on the administrative end. I am very knowledgeable on dog behavior/body language and I am comfortable working with a wide range of temperaments, ages, and breeds. Puppies, medical/behavioral needs pups, and seniors are my specialty! I am also RECOVER CPR certified. My schedule is wide open most days, and we are a very active family! We frequently go for hikes and spend time with our dogs in nature. My whole world revolves around animals and I love being able to experience the great outdoors with dogs. I use reward-based/force-free handling techniques with any dog I interact with. I try my hardest to set dogs up for success in my interactions with them - I am not afraid to spend as much time as needed to gain the trust of a fearful dog before attempting to interact directly. I am a strong believer in using body language, reward, and moving at the dog's pace to ensure dogs make good choices and have a positive experience every time they interact with me. About: I grew up on a farm which meant caring for all types of domestic and farm animals. I’ve cared for and trained horses since I was 9, I have owned reptiles and rodents and even cared for opossums lol! I’m currently on summer break from college and I’m available 7 days a week! I live in the Bangor area and I have reliable transportation. In client home only and my goal is to care for your pets the same as you do when your home… including call play, leash walking, etc…
