“Tilly had an amazing time with Polly and her dogs! She is normally timid so I wasn’t sure how she would feel about living with 4 other dogs, but she had a blast. She was able to run with them for hours every day with Polly in the fenced in yard, and cuddled with them for naps in between. They are a really friendly group of pups! She normally has separation anxiety but being with Polly’s pack made her very secure and she had no issues. Polly is also a wonderful communicator and reader of dogs. She sent lots of pictures and took every step make sure tilly was as comfortable as possible. We are SOO happy to have found Polly and feel so much relief knowing we can travel now and not worry about Tilly’s wellbeing. Thank you, Polly!”

About: I've lived and loved dogs since I was born. When I was in middle school I started helping out at a local daycare and boarding facility, and from there began assisting the trainer. Since high school, I worked at the local doggy daycare and boarding facility caring for every size of dog imaginable. I am experienced in basic doggy first aid and medicine administration. I've lived and trained with livestock guardian breeds, sporting breeds, hounds, and working breeds all my life! About: I’ve taken care of dogs cats rabbits and horses ever since I was 10. I’ve cared for new born kittens as well as senior cats at the Humane Society for almost 10 years. And cared for my neighbors’ dogs. From volunteering I’ve learn much about behaviors for both dogs and cats and have discovered I have a talent for working with them. They get fed on special foods on a schedule. When they are eating I clean their cat boxes and when they are finished, I clean their bowls. Before they begin their daily naps , I play with each of them. They range in age from 19 to 1 yr. I also check their water bowls throughout the day or night depending. I can give them treats anytime. I also have learned various medical skills and hope to go back to school for a third degree as a vet tech and if life allows veterinary practice.

And the humans made sure Bella had daily walks in the woods, swim in the pond, chasing squirrels and chipmunks …so much so, Bella ate and slept well. This is a FIRST FOLKS! I was thinking Bella wouldn’t want to come back home she was having such an amazing time. I know Bella will miss her new human friends and Dhooney that is Bella’s newest best fur friend! To sum up… this stay was PAWSOME!”

About: I have always worked with dogs. I have a specialty in dog grooming and can add that service if requested. I care for dogs like they are my family because they are. I work full time in my grooming business I am flexible and will do my best to fit anyone in to make sure their animals are well cared for in all capacity I have an outdoor kennel and grooming station in my home I have a big backyard and animals safety and care is always my top priority.

About: We are an energetic family that love animals. We will make sure your animal is well looked after and receives the love it deserves ! I will be off this summer and will be home throughout the day to take care of your animals. We can also look after your animal over night. We live in a dead end neighborhood where there are not many cars that pass through. We will make sure there is always a set of eyes on your animal.

“Tilly had an amazing time with Polly and her dogs! She is normally timid so I wasn’t sure how she would feel about living with 4 other dogs, but she had a blast. She was able to run with them for hours every day with Polly in the fenced in yard, and cuddled with them for naps in between. They are a really friendly group of pups! She normally has separation anxiety but being with Polly’s pack made her very secure and she had no issues. Polly is also a wonderful communicator and reader of dogs. She sent lots of pictures and took every step make sure tilly was as comfortable as possible. We are SOO happy to have found Polly and feel so much relief knowing we can travel now and not worry about Tilly’s wellbeing. Thank you, Polly!”

“Our senior whippet Tiggy just spent 4 days with Karen so that we could make a trip out of state to visit our daughter at college. We are so thrilled to have found Karen - she is so kind. Tiggy had a great time and was far happier with Karen and her family than at the kennels we had tried earlier in the year. Tiggy became part of Karen's family and it was lovely seeing her go out and about in the car to get the kids from school and to soccer practice with them. We received many photos and little texts letting us know how Tiggy was getting on. It's like having family nearby who can step in when you most need it. A big thank you to Karen and her family for looking after our much loved doggo with such care and love.”
