About: Hello! I have been a dog owner for more than 20 years! I have owned 3 dogs, 2 guinea pigs, several hamsters and fish! I have owned a dog from birth to death, adopted a senior dog (10 years old) who lived to be 14 and currently own a 5 year old American Staffordshire Terrier. I owned a small dog and 2 large dogs. I'm comfortable with any breed! I currently working full time but due to my flexibility with my schedule, I oftentimes find myself working partly from home almost every work day. I own a dog so I know the importance of fitting their care into my daily life. My dog is allowed on our furniture and is crated at night due to his snoopy nature when no one is looking... I make sure to have play time with the animals as well as lots of cuddle time!

About: I have watched a multitude of animals including dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, lizards and even alpacas. I love training dogs and would gladly help train puppies and even older dogs. I am also experienced in giving medication to dogs and cats. I am on call for a doggy daycare so my schedule is completely free to pet sit any day other then Tuesdays from 3 until 6. Unfortunately I can't watch pets in my own home because I personally have a few pets of my own. I walk my dog every other day and bring him to the dog park on the opposite days and I will gladly walk your dogs every day or bring them to the dog park to play. I also have a cat of my own. My cat has a very sensitive stomach so I am used to cleaning messes and giving medication.

About: I’ve been helping my parents raise dogs since I was around 10 years old, our first dog being a collie we rescued as she wasn’t being treated well with her initial owners. We took her in and got her cleaned up, took care of the fleas she had, found her a good diet, and gave her lots of love and attention through it all. We took her on camping trips, out on the water to go fishing, out on walks and to get pup cups at the ice cream shop, her favorite place being my granny’s house. Alongside her, we raised three more dogs when they were puppies, each one two years apart. 2 of them are Australian shepherds, and one is a husky, all girls and grew to form their own little pack, respecting each other’s place and playing happily in a big fenced in back yard. We supported our collie till her last breath as she was elderly, and even as she was so old, she always had her usual, laid back and quirky personality. Even now, I continue to help my parents take care of our dogs, as they’re not just pets, they’re our family, our fur babies, even in they’re old stages of life, they’ll always be our little babies in our hearts. So rest assured, your fur baby will be 110% safe and cared for with me, maybe even a bit spoiled! I’m currently looking into part time or less demanding full time jobs, and I’ll be actively looking until I land one, until then, I should be mostly free, and I’ll definitely keep my schedule updated as life moves forward and changes. As of now, I have appointments on Wednesday, I try to keep them consistent each week, but they’re subject to change due to scheduling. With specific instructions written on paper, I have no issues accommodating to your pet’s needs in your home! I’m respectful during visits in others homes, treating them as my own and keeping spaces clean and tidy. With proper cleaning tools, I can clean up accidents on hard surfaces or rugs, I may need a demonstration on how to use a specific cleaning machine or vacuum depending on how complicated it is. I’m not allergic to any animal, or any breed, so pet hair doesn’t bother me! If need be, I am able to administer oral medications with proper instruction and demonstration. On walks I make sure to keep dogs close to me and away from the road, I carry doggy bags, and on hot days, I’ll carry a little folded up bowl that I can poor water in, so your baby stays hydrated!

About: I have grown up around working dogs helping my mom with care and training. I am comfortable with all dogs big and small, young and old. I have raised dogs from puppies to seniors and can administer medications, I even have experience with catheters if needed. I can assist with agility and obedience training for enrichment and set up activities to keep your pup stimulated. I have two years of experience volunteering at the Kalamazoo Nature Center in animal care so I can even provide care to snakes, salamanders, toads, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and birds. I work at a horse farm in hickory corners from 8 am till 12pm Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Any time outside of that I’m most likely free. I have started charging a ¢.30/mile rate when daily mileage round trip exceeds 40 miles. I follow the owners routine and requests to a t to ensure their fur babies are as comfortable as possible while their parents are away.

About: I have grown up with dogs since I was a child, so that gives me 30 plus years experience. My 2 children and I stay at home all day and can give your beloved pet the love and attention they deserve. I have plenty of backyard for them to run in, a nice neighborhood for walking and of course I can come to your home if thats the job needed. I grew up in a household where the family business was dog hair and dedication—my parent is a professional AKC dog handler, so I’ve been around show dogs and working breeds my whole life. I have hands-on experience with large breeds, especially working dogs, and know how to keep them happy, safe, and engaged. By day, I’m an elementary school teacher and equestrian coach—which means I’m very patient, love a good routine, and I’m no stranger to cleaning up messes and handing out treats! My real passion is showing horses, but animals of all kinds have always been part of my world. Whether your pup needs a walk, some playtime, or a little extra TLC, I bring a calm, confident presence and a whole lot of love to every visit. I currently have availability in the evening and weekends. I am an elementary teacher so starting in June I will have more availability during the week! Your pet’s safety is my top priority. I’m always thinking two steps ahead—whether it’s double-checking gates, watching for signs of stress, or anticipating how a dog might react in a new situation. I believe pets are happiest and most confident in their own familiar environments, which is why I prefer to care for them in-home whenever possible. About: I have had pets my whole life in addition to caring and loving other’s fur babies when they have needed a trusting caring person to be with them. From my own to caring for my friends, family and neighbors pets, I have experience with everything from hermit crabs, hamsters and lizards, to birds, cats, dogs and horses. In most cases, my love for animals is greater than my love for people, and I do my best to ensure not only my pets but the pets of those I take care of are treated with all the love, kindness and care I can give. I work full-time remotely where I can make my own schedule in most cases. This makes it easy to care for pets on a schedule and time that best fits them. About: I have experience caring for dogs, cats, bunnies, horses, fish, chickens, and ducks. I have taken a veterinary science class in high school and I plan to become a veterinarian in the future. Currently, I do not have a job, so I am able to play with your pets all day on the days I’m available. I will be heading off to college at the end of August this year, but will be back during breaks. I will care for your pets kindly, but firmly if need be. If you have a high energy pup, I will do my very best to keep up the energy to play with it. About: I have owned pets my entire life. Dogs, cats, birds, a snake-who is still with us. I currently have a golden retriever named Oakley. My grand dog, Moose also lives with us. He is a blood hound. Roz the ball python. We recently lost our beloved tuxedo cat at 20 years old. His name was Odie. I have owned high energy dogs-3 huskies, including one that was deaf towards the end of his life. Our pets are family, they are just furry humans! I currently work full time from home and I walk everyday. I would love to include your dog on my walks. I can also be available for check-ins and potty breaks if unable to walk d/t inclement weather. I have a large yard for running off leash or on an e-collar as well as a fenced area. Your pets will never be left unattended or unsupervised. Pets are family and are allowed to roam freely in our home. I can also crate your pet as desired for sleeping or if we have to leave the house briefly.

About: I am very concerned with safety and will make sure to proactively address anything that may be important. I am a naturally caring and loving person. I am a good communicator and would give thorough updates. I'm working part-time while I go back to school. I I have several hour-long breaks in my day so that will allow me to care for pets in between those times. I will follow any schedules provided and make sure that your pet is comfortable as they can be while you are away. I have experience with very nervous dogs and I'm good at comforting.

About: I have my own cat, plus 2 dogs at home, and the 2 other cats we have! I am a mom, I have a one year old! Dog/cat sitting is my only job at the moment so I’m very free and open! My other household members take care of my cat while I’m gone! For dog/sitting I will provide 1-3 walks a day depending on your dogs normal schedule, we personally do 2 measured out portions for our dogs, I’m also willing to do bathing, teeth brushing, and medication administration!

I have experience competing in different dog sports with my personal dogs. I have 32 years of experience as a Professional Staff Trainer at Paws with a Cause, where I trained Assistance Dogs. I do have one rotating day off during the week that I am available as well! Safety is my main concern when caring for your dog. When outside, your dog with always be on leash or in a fenced in area.

About: I have grown up around all different animals! I have two big breed dogs at home and love taking them on walks and teaching them new skills. I have gone to puppy school with my puppy and have learned many new things that I have implemented into everyday use. I am currently a student athlete at the University of Northern Iowa. About: Hello! My name is Bridget and I moved to Gun Lake this spring. I am from Chicago (Northwestern Alum - Go Cats!!), but love being a Michigander now! I have extensive experience dog sitting and really enjoy it! I have done rover in multiple cities as I moved after grad school, and it has helped me meet some awesome people and their fur babies.
