“I highly recommend Melissa! This is my first time using the Rover service for Carhartt, my golden retriever. He’s a high energy puppy that needs attention. Melissa is the one I trust to stop by, take him out for a quick walk, and enjoy a few minutes with him giving him love and treats. I’ve noticed a change in his energy, eating habits and bathroom (all wicked positive). The photos and Rover cards truly give you the insight on how the visits are going. Melissa is friendly, caring, punctual and communicative. Again, I highly recommend Melissa to be the person who stops by and loves on your pup.”

“Anya has been amazing! She consistently communicated and made sure to send lots of pictures. She always came on time and made sure my cats were fed and cared for! Also, she played with the cats as much as possible. She made our kitties feel safe and happy while we were away!”

“Whitney was great! She met with me before hand to make sure we were both comfortable with the visit and details. Whitney is friendly and personable; and navigated providing support to an anxious kitty. I am already booking a second visit date!”

“Hailee did so well with my difficult cat. My Topaz has pretty bad social anxiety and can be aggressive with strangers but Hailee read her cues and handled it great. I would 100% recommend her to anyone!”

“Another great experience! Alyssa always takes such awesome care of our cats and provides us with thorough updates and pictures at each visit. We never like having to leave our cats but she makes the experience stress free!”

“Andrew was a great sitter for our guinea pig Jasper. He’s very thoughtful, attentive and follows directions well. Having such a great sitter makes going away easier. We will book him in the future! He also took care of my herbs while we were away which was also much appreciated.”

“Toni was a fantastic cat sitter for Loki! She played and cuddled with him, sent us photos and notes each day, and even thoroughly cleaned out the rollover litter box after it broke down and wouldn't cooperate. And Loki warmed up very quickly to Toni - with ankle rubs from the very first meet and greet!”

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life. The first dog I called mine was a miniature schnauzer named Poca. I got her when I was 5. I have had many dogs over the years, as well as cats, birds, guinea pigs, hamsters, reptiles, and other types of pets. I have worked at animal shelters for months of my life. I would feed animals, give them water, take them outside, help administer medicine, watch them in the yards, and just generally love on them. I also have experience working with wild animals at zoos. I have open availability for pet care services, as my main source of income is gig economy work. I am flexible, so no matter what you need, I can likely make it work. I make sure your pets always have access to fresh water, and depending on how your pets are usually fed, I can feed them on a schedule or set up free-feeding. I will also make sure they get plenty of attention.

About: Hi! My name is Nayhara, and I’m the kind of person who loves animals more than anything. I’m in my mid-20s and truly have a passion for caring for pets. To me, pets are not just pets they’re family. I’m home most days, so if your pet stays with me, they’ll be getting full-time love, attention, and supervision. I’ll be with them throughout the day whether we’re cuddling, playing, or just hanging out, your pet will never feel alone. Growing up, I cared for a total of four pets — including two dogs, three cats, and a bird and I currently have one sweet cat at home who brings me joy every day. While I may be new to Rover, I have years of hands on experience taking care of animals, not just my own but also helping family and friends. I’m always the first to notice when a pet isn’t feeling well, and I’m very attentive, loving, and detail oriented. I’m a naturally nurturing person who enjoys giving animals the comfort and care they deserve. I know how important it is to trust someone with your fur baby that’s why I’ll always keep you updated with pictures, messages, and quick responses. Whether your pet needs a walk, playtime, a nap buddy, or just someone to make them feel safe, I’ll be there for them. Let’s schedule a meet & greet! I’d love to connect with you and your fur baby! I’m currently home most days, so your pet will receive plenty of attention, care, and love throughout the day. Whether it’s playtime, cuddles, or just keeping them company, I’ll be there to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy. I have an open yard, but the sides are fenced, and I always make sure your pet gets safe, regular potty breaks. I can take them outside every 30 minutes to a couple of hours, depending on their needs and routine. Inside, I make sure your pet feels at home — whether that means giving them their own space or room with their bed and belongings, or letting them stay close to me for extra comfort, even while they sleep. My goal is to help them feel safe, loved, and as comfortable as possible.

About: Hi there! My name is Sylvia, and I am a huge animal lover! I have taken care of and owned all sorts of dogs and cats. I have a one year old Mini Bernedoodle that we have raised from puppyhood and I have taken care of senior dogs. I am currently taking a break between jobs and have a lot of time to spend with your pup to make sure they have the best time! I have a yard my dog loves to run around in and play fetch. I need to crate her when we are not home as she has separation anxiety. She loves going to the dog park and making friends and gets all the other dogs tired as she loves to run and play. She is super friendly with other dogs, cats and does well with children.

About: Hi there! I’m Alyssa, an animal lover with a passion for giving pets the care and attention they deserve. Whether your dog loves to play fetch, snuggle on the couch, or go for long walks, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and entertained while you're away. I’ve got experience caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities, and I can’t wait to meet your furry friend! Rest easy knowing your pet is in good hands, I'll treat them like family! I am a Paraprofessional who is home for the summer break! Since I am home, I am flexible and can fit to your scheduling needs! At our home, we prioritize safety, trust, and creating a comfortable environment for every pet. We have one dog, Obi, and one cat, both of whom are used to having visitors. Obi is always excited to meet new friends and loves playtime, while our cat is more independent and enjoys keeping to herself, but she’s used to having dogs around. When caring for pets in our home, we ensure walks are safe by always leashing our pup, and we use a lead for supervised outdoor play and potty breaks in the backyard. Obi is crated when we leave the house, ensuring he’s safe and secure. He has access to his food bowl throughout the day, allowing him to graze at his own pace. However, we’re happy to accommodate any special feeding routines or requests to ensure your pet feels comfortable and well cared for.
