About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. As a lifelong pet owner, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family members. I have worked with animals professionally since I was 16 years old and have spent the past three years working in animal shelters as a Behavior Specialist, helping dogs and cats of all ages, breeds, and temperaments feel comfortable, safe, and successful. In addition to my shelter experience, I have four years of pet-sitting experience caring for dogs, cats, and other household pets. About: I’ve always been a dog family, growing up with always 2 dogs or more in my family households. When I was 20, I adopted my soul dog Dusty, who was extremely dog reactive. He showed me a lot of how to deal with reactive dogs, especially on walks and dealing with strangers who may not get that their dog may be friendly, but yours may need that extra space to be comfortable. I now also own two cats, adopted from the local shelter Paws and they have become my life. They are very clingy but also shy towards strangers. So I also very understand if you own some shy cats, I would love them just the same! I currently live all year in State College, work full time but still have plenty of time for my cats and still have more time for others. Just let me know 24 hours ahead or more and it can happen! I am fully comfortable crating all kinds of dogs, walking any breed, or dealing with any shy temperamental cat. I really love animals with all my heart, and you have my word when you’re not home- you don’t need to worry about your furry loved one back home.

About: fostered 3 litters of kittens, pet sat for family friends with a dog and 2 indoor/outdoor cats, I have cared for a senior dog and also senior cats before. Im graduated from high school on summer break waiting to go off to college and looking for something to do with animals because I love them! I have no other job so Ill be available really any time Im needed There is a fenced yard with our family dog Ezra to play with, also 2 cats, I love walking dogs and dont mind letting them out or taking them out often. About: My family has had a dog my entire life, but I got MY first dog when I was 12 years old. He was my best friend and his name was Tucker. He was an Australian Shepherd and we spent most of our time together. I taught him how to sit and shake his paw...we even mastered a high five. Tucker and I went through life together. He was my copilot, my swimming buddy, my listening ear and the best pillow to lay my head on. In his late years, Tucker's vision and hearing were mostly gone, but he could always find me with his nose! Near the end of his life Tucker lost the connections from his brain to his back legs. I had to carry him outside to use the bathroom and that was when I knew it was time to let him go. Tucker passed away in my arms in October of 2021. My life was forever changed by my furry best friend. He was lucky to have a furry friend for the last 5 months of his life. We adopted an American Staffordshire Terrier in July of 2021 and he has brought so much joy to our home and has helped my kids with the passing of Tucker. Rumble is our puppy and I have house trained him and he is very good with kids and other dogs. I am currently working from home so it gives me a lot of flexibility to let your pups out to play and to make sure they have a lot of free time throughout the day. My lap is always free for any pup that needs a seat and some back scratches! I have a very friendly dog that would love to have play time with your dog, but I also have a crate for my dog should they need some time apart. I have a large back yard and I have 30' leads for the dogs to run around on. I am willing to give treats if you wish and your pup is welcome to bring their favorite toys and a blanket from home to smell for comfort.

I worked at why missing animal Hospital in the kennel as a kennel technician I used to take care of the animals and their surgery and gave medication as needed. I live on a farm so they will be kept on leash and all times when the outside and being walked in exercise daily not just for a potty break. Also in the client’s home I would go in let them out walk them take care of them give them medication if they are needed to have medication throughout the day.

I have 3 cats and if your dog does not like cats, they are perfectly fine hanging out in the basement during your dog's stay. This is my 7th year pet sitting. I am very reliable and have pet sat for my neighbors, friends and family's pets. I volunteered for a pet shelter for six months cleaning cages and walking dogs.
