I have a personal car and am available to travel for work. I have worked through Rover before, and every single job I’ve taken has been a blast and every new dog is a friend. About: Growing up with dogs my entire life has given me a deep understanding and love for animals of all kinds. My experience volunteering at animal shelters has taught me patience, compassion, and how to care for pets with different personalities and needs. I treat every pet like family and strive to create a safe, loving, and comforting environment while their owners are away. I’m currently working part-time at a retail store this summer before I go back to college in the fall. This gives me plenty of extra time and energy to dedicate to caring for your pets. I truly enjoy spending quality time with animals whether that means playing, going on walks, keeping them company, or simply making sure they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I care for pets by making sure they feel safe, loved, active, and comfortable both in my home and in my clients homes. I have a Dalmatian of my own so I’m very familiar with the energy, attention, and care dogs need on a daily basis. I take my Dalmatian on multiple walks every day, play with her constantly, provide enrichment activities to keep her mentally stimulated, and make sure she stays on a healthy feeding schedule. I also have a pet cat that I care for daily by playing with him, feeding him, giving him cuddles, and keeping his litter box clean and fresh.

About: Caring for my own pets has given me a strong appreciation for their happiness, comfort, and daily needs. I work full time as a salon manager but I write my own schedule for work so I’m very flexible and typically have weekdays off! I can work my schedule around whatever is needed! About: I was a long time dog owner before my best friend Murphy passed away. Have owned cats even longer. Not ready for a new dog yet myself but would love to help out you and your fur babies! I work M-F 9-6 but with lunch hours I can drop in at a reasonable time during the day typically. Also have a side gig on the weekends but happy to work with you on a schedule we can all agree to! I trained my last dog from a puppy to an adult, with a real calming presence and patience to help. Also familiar with giving medication to cats and dogs alike

About: I’m knowledgeable in breed-specific needs and maintain consistency to keep them mentally and physically happy! I have previously taken dog behavior courses and am familiar with dog body language. I have worked with dogs of all sizes and ages! No dog is “too much!” I am comfortable with administering medications and providing grooming for long haired/high maintenance breeds. I have worked with puppies all the way up to senior dogs so I am comfortable handling all ages. I have a full-time job but am more than happy to fit time in to take care of your lovely fur baby. My typical shift is 8:00-4:30pm M-F. I have open availability on weekends to provide housesitting! If you are looking for constant care (pet cannot be left alone for 4 hours or more), I am happy to provide that however, I do charge a constant care rate if during the work week as I will need to take those days off and I will need to recoup lost salary. For constant care pets, I do require at least a month’s notice ahead of time so I can get that time off to accommodate. I will never take a sit if my work schedule cannot accommodate it—your pet’s care and safety is extremely important to me. I will work with you to decide if I am the right fit for your pet’s needs and routine. Nothing is worse than upsetting your pet’s routine and comfortability! I now offer drop-visits as well! This is great for people who might need someone to check in your fur baby a couple times a day but does not need around-the-clock needs. I am happy to drop in before work (8am) and can drop by after work! If you’re someone who works longer shifts, this is perfect for you! I am comfortable crating your pet if requested but they are also more than welcome to share a bed with me if they are used to sleeping with you! If you have an unfenced yard, I will keep them on leash at all times. If you have a fenced yard, I will stay out and monitor them until they are ready to come inside. Doors will be locked at all times whether I am in the home with your pet or if I’m at work. If you have any home-alarm systems, I will use them as well.

About: I've taken care of both dogs and cats for as long as I can remember. Ever since I was a kid I would help out friend, family members, and neighbors with their pets. I've had a lot of experience caring for all sorts of animals through means of daily check-in's, going on walks, and overnight stays! I am currently a student at MSU with a somewhat flexible schedule during the week and I am available in mornings on saturday and sundays, I am also available sunday nights. I live with two dogs who would definitely keep your dog some very friendly company, they also love cats as well! I love taking my own dog on walks and there is a nice little park very close to my house that I love to walk my dog to.

About: Ever since I was a child I've been taking care of both cats and dogs. I can take care of your friends in any condition! I also specialize in command training alongside discipline in puppies!! I currently work part time at Meijer in the grocery department. My schedule consists of working Friday-Monday or Thursdays-Monday. I work the morning shift for the store which is 4am-12pm. Which will give me the rest of the day to play and care for your furry family members!! If you have more than one furry friend and can easily separate them if needed and make sure they are both calm with each other if they are in the same area watched very carefully. If they need to be crated I can do that too. I will make sure to my fullest ability for your pet to be safe around each other and me during the process.

About: All my life I have been taking care of dogs, whether it’s puppies or senior dogs. I find dogs interesting and I love watching them in their natural setting. I can definitely tune into your dog’s body language and give them what they need. And my friends and family are always asking me for help with their pets! As of right now I’m available Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday all day! Then Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday I’m only available until two. This will soon change! I don’t offer pets in my home, but I will be glad to come to yours and take care of all your pets needs! If you have pets that require special care, even medication, I will be happy to accommodate that. Or if they just need playtime or to use the bathroom. I’m happy to do whatever you need!

About: I have taken care of many animals. I was raised on a dairy farm and my family has had dogs my whole life. My family currently has 3 dogs. I am currently working part time in Onondaga so I have plenty of time to play with your pups. I enjoy spending my free time with animals. About: Taylor and I have both had animals our whole lives. We have taken care of a large varieties of animals.. cats, dogs, chickens, horses, even a bearded dragon! We are HUGE animal lovers!! We have experience with elderly animals, diabetics and so much more We run a small sourdough bakery out of our home and usually are attending events most weekends. Kelly "works from home" baking and also bakes part time in Mason. Taylor works an early morning full time job m-f Kelly's schedule changes week to week and is flexible making drop-in times easy to work around We are all about the animal and their comfort level. I have come to learn that pet care is quite important in my ten plus years of experience with dogs. Years ago, I was a partner in an organization that rescued dogs from kill shelters and then found them safe and loving forever homes. SO I am no stranger to dogs and good quality care. About: I am recent college graduate and a new high school teacher, so my summers are 100% free. Once school begins, I would be doing afternoon walks or weekend overnights. I grew up with 2 Yorkies and rescued my own 150 lb golden retriever the size of a Great Dane in 2014 (now 9 years old). I have a great deal of animal behavior experience from my own pets both big and small. I have done a great deal of training as well from working with dogs through college getting the basic commands, walking on a leash, and potty training. I also have done quite a bit with my rescue who had horrible manners and mild agression, but he know walks without a leash on all types of property and is a completely different dog. I teach outdoor education and physical education, so I love to go on long walks at the forest preserve and would be willing to run with your dogs, walk them around the neighborhood, or take them to the dog park. I have all types of bowls, backpacks, and water containers so no matter where we go they will have the proper hydration. I am a very outgoing and trustworthy person and would do everything possible to keep your pets safe and happy.

About: When I meet someone on the street it's usually because I saw their dog first and wanted to pet it. I've taken care of dogs and cats since I was a little kid. From St. Bernards to Rat Terriers and everything in between, I'd love to keep your pet company or take them out to burn off some energy, whatever they may need. I am a homemaker and stay at home mom. My schedule is flexible, just need a day or two notice in order to make a commitment. we have a corgi mix in our house currently, as well as a rescued cat. At this time I am not able to have another dog in my home.

About: I've taken care of dogs both large and small breed since I was a kid for myself as well as other family members. Beyond dogs, I grew up raising cattle and have had various small animal pets as well. Currently have a Black Lab (Cruz), who is a gentle giant. I work full-time, but I'm willing to spend my lunch break with your pup. I also have the ability to care for your pup in the evening if needed. Walks, drop-ins, etc! Just let me know how I can help. Each pet has its own "vibe" in my opinion. Prior to caring for your pet, I would ask some questions to help me better understand THEM and their needs. When it is time to take care of them, I would do my best to ensure that they know I'm safe and simply want to be their buddy. Some pets aren't so trusting at first (grew up with a Black Lab like this), so it may take time....and that is perfectly okay. My goal is not to overload them, and let them warm up to me at their own pace.
