About: I have owned dogs all my life. I am currently a hound mom of four. One of my dogs is also deaf. I am experienced in special needs dogs as well as dogs of all ages and sizes! About: I have had many dogs over the years and have trained and cared for all ages and stages. I have experience with reactive dogs, resource guarding, post surgery care, wound care, and medication. I have medic training and am not squeamish when it comes to wounds or illnesses. Public meet ups take place at Ryder park in Dewitt or Canal Landing in Fayetteville. When requesting please provide date and times you are free to meet. I do not offer tours of my home. After a public meet up I can arrange a tour of the yard if needed. This is for safety of dogs and people. Taking a break from the 9-5 job and staying home hanging with the dogs. Have availability to take on a few more dogs due to the passing of my current clients pets. Dogs are unique with their own needs and boundaries. I have a fully fenced back yard that dogs can access using a doggy door. Each dog (or family if siblings want to be together) are booked into their own room that is set up for their specific needs. The dogs gets to decompress and given whatever space they need to be happy and relaxed. I have crates of every size if the dog needs one. I do not crate unless there is a safety concern. Dogs have free reign of the house and yard as long as I am home. If I am not home the dogs are in their rooms which are video monitored (maximum of ~4 hours). The rooms are closed off with gates so dogs have open view of hallways. I use TV or music to create background noise. Dogs do not interact without supervision and any dog introduction is done slowly and never forced. The house is large enough that should a conflict arise the dogs can be placed in separate levels of the house and not interact. When dogs stay with me I see them as my dogs and treat them as family.

Our dog loving family has so much affection and energy to give to any pup! Both my husband and I have experience caring for and living in multi-dog homes. We have had a range of dogs between the two of us. A slew of adopted mutts, three Australian cattle dogs at one time, mastiffs, Havanese, poodles, boxers, Bulldogs, dobermans, beagles and labs. We are both very active, enjoy long walks and runs as far as the sidewalk will take us. Our home has a big yard and our kids are very accustomed to all kinds of furry friends. I'm a homeschool mom and we are home most of the day! We can provide lots of attention and walks and support. Our schedule is very flexible with both my husband and I able to offer care. We have a very chill, adaptable older dog who is very comfortable with other dogs in our house We have a large, private yard on a quiet street in a culs-de-sac. Our neighborhood is very quiet and a perfect place for long walks.
