They were very quick to respond and continued with good communication throughout the entire time they had my dog. They took the time, at a very busy time of year, to meet us on the Sunday before at a local park and introduced their beautiful Lab Chase to us. Seeing how well they handled Chase and how understanding they were of Clementine’s intimidation, really eased our minds of my small dog being around a bigger dog and it showed how compassionate these two fun dog loving people are towards their guest dogs and owners. Prior to Clem's stay, they asked all the right questions about how to care for her and what they could do to help with any anxiety, when to feed her how much, etc., We felt very comfortable with them and liked both of them very much! Poncho and her dog Tokie were similar in size, age, and activity level so they seemed to get along great. She has a large fenced property for the dogs to explore and run around. I got daily updates as well as pictures and videos of Poncho, which made my family and I feel better about leaving him. Chonlada and her family took great care of Poncho (spoiled him...lol) and made sure he ate his meals and slept comfortably. They also comforted him during a thunder storm, which he does not like. Chonlada even contacted me when she noticed that Poncho was licking his paws and had a small abrasion, which she treated and monitored.
