About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life, and there has been a pup in my home since I was seven years old. Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and personalities — from tiny puppies to giant breeds, energetic social butterflies to more reserved companions who prefer human company. I’ve been sitting informally for friends and family members for years and have cared for up to four animals in one household. Whether your furbaby loves long hikes or prefers being a cozy couch potato, I’m happy to match their energy and accommodate their needs. I understand that every pet is unique, and I pride myself on providing attentive, individualized care. At home, I have a 15-year-old gecko, so I’m comfortable caring for animals of all kinds — furred, feathered, or scaled. Up until recently I also had a 15 year old pup, but it was with a heavy heart that my husband and I had to say goodbye to him this past fall. I also have 15 years of equine experience, including grooming, feeding, and mucking stalls, so I’m no stranger to hard work or getting a little messy when the job calls for it. I’ve even spent time moonlighting at Yard Bar in Austin, where I got to know countless hilarious pup personalities (I’d love to share some stories when we meet!). While I’m not a licensed trainer, I’m confident in reinforcing basic leash manners and encouraging positive behavior. I’m also experienced in recognizing behaviors to be on the lookout for when socializing animals. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities when they are in my care. I work remotely and have a fully mobile setup, which allows me to provide attentive, consistent care throughout the day. If your pet needs companionship, midday walks, or just someone present in the home, I can easily work from your space to ensure they’re never alone for long stretches. I do have a 4-year-old who attends school full-time, and transportation is typically handled by Dad, so it does not typically interfere with my availability. Overall, my schedule is very flexible, allowing me to accommodate your pet’s routine and specific needs with ease. Your pet’s safety and comfort always come first. I’m attentive, mindful on walks, and committed to keeping routines consistent so your pet feels secure and stress-free. I know the trust it takes to leave your furry family member with someone, and I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos for peace of mind. My truck is meant to get dirty — so if your pup loves lighthouse walks, I don’t mind a few muddy pawprints on the back seat. Whether we’re adventuring or relaxing at home, I create a safe, calm environment tailored to your pet’s needs.

About: I am a 39 year old animal lover who works in the service industry with a flexible schedule and adventurous lifestyle. My dog, Kiteboarding and camping are my top 3 passions in life. I volunteer for the rescue I got my dogs from and walk many of them on Monday's. Serving is great but doesn't always pay the bills and I have several friends who have loved sitting through rover, and I love dogs and cats so it seemed like a no brainer. I hope to meet you and your furry companions soon! Currently I am working two jobs. Tuesdays and Wednesdays I am available before 10am and after 6pm. Thursday through Sundays my schedule is different every week unfortunately.. but I typically have availability at some point, it just varies. As of right now I have availability on Mondays all day for pets as I'm off of both jobs. I can care for your baby however you feel most comfortable and don't mind special requests or requirements, whatever keeps them safe and happy! I have experience with all sizes, breeds, backgrounds and ages of dogs.

About: I have helped owners with dog sitting/walking in the Traverse City area. I've had my dog and cat business for 5+ years and I spend my time with special dogs and cats during the day, overnights or on weekends. I cared for my two dogs until they passed away. Now I have time to devote to other pets who need my support. I have time in my life to care for your lovely dogs, walking them during the week and watching them for overnights on the weekends As my yard is not fenced in, I prefer to go to clients home to help out. About: I've used sitters through this site in Michigan for my little girl, Kiera Marie.-It was great! I've done lots of dog sitting and dog fostering too. Living in beautiful Northern Michigan, I can't think of a more beautiful area to dog walk! I'm available to take your dog for walks-let’s set up a schedule! I'm also happy to dog sit in either one of our homes. I am always willing to fit a furbaby into my schedule. I have experience with large and small breeds. I am also comfortable sitting for multiple dogs. I have worked with restricted diets and behavioural issues. I have a soft spot for all dogs and I look forward to talking with you soon! My husband and I both work part-time, so one of us can always be with the pups! We will adhere to any feeding schedule that your family is accustomed to. I have a fully fenced in yard for your pup to enjoy the great outdoors! We’ll enjoy many walks and cuddles!! If your pup enjoys it we have plenty of toys to play fetch with too. Your pup will be treated like family! My schedule is extremely flexible. I can accommodate just about any arrangement that you need. About: Animals have always had a special place in my heart. I’m naturally nurturing and currently in school pursuing a career in nursing, so caring for others comes naturally to me. Since I was young, I’ve had a strong connection with animals and enjoy building bonds with pets of all ages and personalities. I’ve trained my pets and I currently have a cat and a dog of my own. My dream is to one day have a farm filled with animals! Spending time with pets is something I truly love. I would be honored to care for your furry family members and provide them with plenty of love, attention, and companionship while you're away. I am available Monday through Sunday various times and for overnight stays if needed. I am in the TC area until the end of August. I am happy to work with a family and all your needs for care. I always keep a pet's safety and care as my number one priority. My kitty and dog are my world, and I would treat other animals the same way I treat my own. About: Hi my name is Marg I don’t work a typical 9-5 job and am in town every other month. I am a merchant mariner and work on a boat every other month, so when I’m home I’m able to fully dedicate my time to watch dogs and cater my schedule and needs to my clients. I have a very flexible schedule. I'm very passionate about every animal that I take care of and I will treat them as if they are my own. I have dog sat for many different breeds and sizes and have many years of experience taking care of animals. About: I have been around animals since a very young age. I grew up having to care for my dogs, cats, horses, cows, and sheep! I participated in 4-H for 10 years showing both cattle and sheep. Throughout high school and college I worked at a doggy day care, that cared for both cats and dogs, either for day visits or overnight stays. I was responsible for making sure the animals were as comfortable as possible. This involved cleaning their kennels daily, feeding, and medications. Later, I worked as a veterinary assistant for 6 months. I have house/dog and cat sat for various friends and family members throughout the years as well. I am very flexible! I am more than happy to stay at your home while pet sitting or simply come by to care for the pet a couple times a day. Open to working with you to figure out the best solution for your pet. Unfortunately my current lease does not allow pets. I am more than happy to work with you and figure out a schedule/plan that would fit your needs! While I am at a clients house I would stay in good communication with them. In the past, I have sent daily pet photos to the client and sending them updates whenever possible.

About: Since I can remember I’ve been around pets. At one point in time I had 6 dogs and 3 cats! I understand body language and an animals needs. I believe animals are the best things on the planet and they can do no wrong! I’m currently a full time student pursuing an aviation maintenance career! I’m at school 7am-3pm Mon-Fri. Although, I can leave school whenever to take of your pets! I have a fenced in yard with lots of space for pets to run around! My personal pets are dog and cat friendly. I have multiple crates and carriers if need be!

About: I have had pets of my own for the past 38 years, since I was 12 years old. I also have a degree in biology and chemistry and have worked in animal hospitals and zoos. My husband, Scott, has had pets all his life. We treat our pets with the love and care that family members deserve, and we take our responsibility to them very seriously. Currently, we have a 2 year old black lab who absolutely loves all other animals, and a 14 year old cat who mostly sleeps in quiet, dark places. Our dog, Rosie, is always looking for new friends and is very submissive with them. She just wants to play and snuggle! Our children are grown and help with the care of them. Our house is full of pet lovers! We are very active and love to go for hikes, and we always keep dogs on their leash on the trails. We're happy to take your doggy to the dog park, as well, if you request it. You can have total peace of mind while your pup stays with us! I currently work part time and Scott, my husband, is a teacher and has summers off. I'm home a lot during the entire year, and we're both home on weekends. We have a fenced in backyard for running around and playing fetch. We have a large house and a fenced in yard where our dog, Rosie, loves to run around or playing fetch with us. We regularly go for walks in the neighborhood and hikes in the woods or on the beach. We love to take Rosie to the dog park, but will skip it if you're not comfortable with it. Scott is a teacher and has weekends and all summer free. Stephanie works part time, mostly from home and is at home most of the time during the week and is also available weekends. We have a large fenced yard and a wonderful Labrador retriever to keep your fur baby happy! We love giving dogs love and attention! We also love to take walks if that is something your dog enjoys.

About: I have had animals since I was little and I have been watching my family and friends animals of and on for years. I have had puppies to senior dogs and cats. I'm currently working part time, and a online class. I can work with your animal Thursday after I get done working till Sunday. Maybe other days depending how close you are. I love on your animal like it was my own. I will send pictures of them if you want updates. Follow the directions you give me on what and when you feed them.
