About: I have had pets all my life, I have house, pet and plant sat for 18 years now. I have a lot of experience with senior dogs and cats. Medications are no problem. I enjoy walks just as much as the dogs! I typically travel through a house and pet sitting site. I love it so much I thought I would make it my job! My schedule is flexible. I care for pets in their own homes. Rover insists you start out boarding in the sitters home but I do not offer this service. I pet sit in the clients home only. Thanks :)
About: I have a 6-year-old Great Pyrenees named Nala, a sweet and loyal guard dog, so I have experience and comfort interacting with all sizes, big and small. I also have two boy cats, Widget and Panko, whom I adopted 8 years ago. I love animals! Over the years, my friends and family have entrusted me with the care of their pets (and home) whenever they're out of town. I work in the field of film, which is typically 3-4 projects a month, so I have pretty open availability for pet care in the days between. I like to ensure that both pets and pet parents feel taken care of, whatever is needed to feel comfort and trust and not have to worry about anything. Beyond the essential needs, I like to go above and beyond by including whatever unique interactions, games, treats, routines, training needs, or other fun things the pet(s) are engaging with at that time.

About: I love all kinds of animals! I have a pointer/lab mix and mini dauschund of my own, and they are my tag alongs for all sorts of adventures! I also had a variety of frogs, lizards, hamsters, guinea pigs when I was growing up. Most notably, my bearded dragon Cricket who lived to be 16 years old! Additionally, I have experience pet-sitting and dog walking for family members as well as friends and neighbors. I have helped friends with their chickens and other farm animals as well! I live a very active lifestyle and love hiking and swimming, both alone as well as with four-legged friends. I am currently running a small bagel business 2-3 days a week. Outside of a select couple of mornings, my availability is fairly open and flexible! I have a lot of experience with energetic dogs and bring a calm energy to my interactions with them. I have experience with large dog breeds and special needs cats ie. Diabetic and special foods. Trusting your pet sitter can ease so many worries while you you’re not able to be with your animal. I will provide not only pet care but love and cuddles!! I work in Traverse City during the day and would be able to stay in your home to manage your pet’s care to maximize their comfort at home. My work days vary however, on days that I work I can provide morning and evening care. On my off days I can be available all day. Whether you have a list of instructions or a loose schedule for your animal/s I hope to work with you to help your time away go as smoothly as possible. About: I love animals! I took care of my own pets & those of friends and family before I began to professionally dog-sit in 2008. I do occasional cat care as well, which I began in 2007. I live with my partner, Michael & our dog, Kyro, at the top of Old Mission Peninsula. I work part-time to full-time in any given week, so I have a ton of variety with my schedule. “This is the sitter you've been looking for full stop. When looking for someone to watch your precious pets, and likely be in your space, you need someone you fully trust. You want someone who is willing to go above and beyond if the need should arise. Fortunately for myself (and YOU), that person is James! James has cared for my 3 cats and German Shepherd dog multiple times. Those periods have been a short as a weekend, and as long as 2 weeks. Every time, not only are the pets happy as can be, but we received updates throughout and he took care to ensure no blemish was left on our house.
