About: I’ve taken care of many animals over the course of my life. I lived nearly two decades on a farm where animals would often get dropped off and I’d care for them for the remainder of their lives. I worked at a veterinary hospital for 3 years and have 4 cats and a dog of my own. I’ve cared for many friend’s pets while they’re out of town, including both cats and dogs with medical needs. I have a passion for helping others and their furry family members! I believe all animals are deserving of our unconditional love and attention. When life calls you away, I’m happy to step in and ensure they get the utmost care. I’m experienced in giving animals medication, including insulin, and have worked with many different types of collars, leashes, and harnesses. I’ll do my absolute best to care for them in the way you prefer them to be cared for and am happy to take time to make a plan for the care that you expect. I’m also aware of signs and symptoms to look for in an emergency situation and have phone numbers and resources on hand to ensure they get the best care, with your permission. I love sending photos to my clients to show them what a great time we’re having together! Having worked full time at a veterinary hospital, care of animals and their owners was a part of my daily life! I try to accommodate all schedules to the best of my ability and am flexible with my schedule. I treat each pet and home as if it were my own. I spoil my pets and would love to do the same for yours. I work individually with you to come up with a visit plan that is tailored to your pet's needs and prioritize communications with you going forward to ensure your expectations are getting met. I relay any immediate concerns that I have during a visit by calling you or directly messaging you. Otherwise, you can expect a summary of the visit, with images, at the end of my visit with your pet(s).

About: I worked at a veterinarian center for 2 years, and have 15+ years of experience with pets. I absolutely love animals and can’t wait to meet yours! I am currently working part time so i’ll have plenty of time to play and take care of your baby’s. I love going on walks with them and they will be able to snuggle up right next to me at night! I have a lawn outside and a great walking route where i live. I also have space for your doggies to sleep, play and hang out!

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was eight years old.. I helped work on my grandfathers farm. My grandfather, and my stepfather both had hunting dogs. My grandfather also raised greyhounds, and I was responsible for caring for them.. I have Pet care and grooming experience . ( We groom our Dogs at home) experience with Training puppies ,and senior Dogs . I have a doodle , and my Stepdaughter has a pitbull at home. I will do my best to take care of your dogs needs. I am available 3-4 days a week, and some weekends. I have plenty of time for walks and Drop in visits. I would love to play with your pups and spend quality time with them. I live in a duplex. We don’t have much of a yard. I live very close to a park. When I’m walking dogs, I like to change up the routine as far as where we are walking to.

About: I have done academic work with dogs and have experience with both puppies and senior dogs. I would be comfortable administering any medications if needed. I currently have a full time job and and in class this semester. I am looking for something fun to do on the side! I have always loved dogs and have had them my whole life. I am willing to follow instructions on how to fulfill your pets needs. Unfortunately I cannot have pets over at my place because of my bratty pitbull but I am happy to care for animals in their home where they are comfortable and familiar with the surroundings.

About: I am a certified dog trainer and managed a daycare / boarding facility for 2 years. I was an employee there for longer. 12 hour days every day with dogs of all types. I know how to administer medications, including insulin. I also know how to handle myself in emergency situations, I've learned dog first aid and I've broken up fights in my time that would've been deadly if I wasn't there. I'm free anytime every-day. I do gigwork, so my schedule is very open ended. I love dogs, cats, and other pets a whole bunch, I've got two dogs of my own. I'll do whatever someone wants for their pet, assuming it's reasonable. I'm okay on multiple large walks, extended play time outside, anything like that is 100% okay.

About: I grew up in an animal loving household. My mom is a vet so that helps lol. I have had a pug, Yorkie and a St. Bernard. I currently have a French bulldog and two Frenchie mixes. I also have owned a Ferret and I currently have a snake. I have pet sat in my neighborhood for a while now. I have also pet sat for my mom's coworkers too. I will be in an apartment starting August and my roommate would not be too thrilled if I had animals over to care for. If you really need your pet at my place for a short time then lmk and I will have to talk to my roommate. I will try to make something work.

About: I have had dogs and cats since I was born and have always loved animals. I currently have two large dogs and a cat of my own. I worked as a vet tech for 3 years and am familiar with caring for animals with various health needs such as medications both orally and subcutaneously (insulin) as well as general first aid. I am comfortable with all size pets and all breeds and am happy to take my time with nervous animals to make sure everyone is comfortable and happy. I am not working currently so I am available most days and most times. I can accommodate early morning or late night requests for walks and drop ins. For the safety of my own pets as well as your own I do not plan to bring any pets to my house while under my supervision.

About: I've taken care of many animals since I was around 10 if not younger. I am studying in Animal Ecology at Iowa State University. I have worked at two different zoos learning about animal welfare. I am looking at getting more experience working and watching animals. I am extremely available and have a very flexible schedule. I do have school but not for long periods, this is helpful when it comes to watching pets. I live in a house that has plenty of space for any pets. About: I've personally had cats, dogs, fish, reptiles, and amphibians since I was a young child. I currently home a sassy Cat, Leopard Gecko, and Frog(: I also help my parents take care of our families' dog (Doberman/Lab mix) and cat. I have experience working as a volunteer at a Shelter, Intern Zookeeper, Wildlife Rehabilitator, Pet Care Specialist, and Associate Dog Groomer (~4 years experience). I have also worked extensively in Wildlife Ecology for the past 5 years, working with and handling every taxa of animal. I recently obtained my Master's degree in Wildlife Ecology at ISU and research a threatened species of turtle in Iowa! I am free most Afternoons and Weekends, but accommodations can be made to check in early in the morning or occasionally through the day as well! I currently live in an apartment complex, but my schedule allows for me to be home regularly. I am highly trained in handling a variety of domestic, exotic, and wild animals; so no pup is too big or small for me.

About: Growing up I have had both cats and dogs as well as spending a few years working on a horse farm, so I have a life time experience taken care of animals. On top of that not only do I love animals but I am also passionate about the work that I do and love to help others where ever I can. I am available most Monday- Friday 8:30am to 4pm. My hrs are flexible if your are looking for something later in the day or it is needed over night or on weekends. I belive that it depends on what the owner of the pet needs, I am flexible to do what ever needs to be done in order for the pet to feel most comfortable keeping to there routine. As for my own dog we feed her twice a day let her run in our fenced in yard multiple times a day and we go for walks once a week.

About: I have always been an animal lover. Growing up my parents bred golden retrievers and I currently have a golden that my family and I adore. In high school and college I worked for a local vet as a front desk receptionist and kennel assistant. I have two daughters who also love animals and will always be sure to play and give extra cuddles. Friends and family often rely on us to pet sit. We also volunteer at the animal shelter in town. I am currently working from home part-time and in the office about four hours per day so I will have plenty of time to play with and care for pets. I would care for your pet the same way I do my own - walks, play time, and plenty of cuddles. I live on an acreage, but it is not fenced in. I would keep your dog on a leash outside to because it will not know the boundaries. But we will go for walks and my dog loves other dogs and will be so happy for a visitor.

About: I have a two year old chihuahua, a 10+ year old husky/ pitbull mix and two 10+ year old cats. I have had and have helped care for multiple different sized and aged dogs. I work part time from home so I will have plenty of time to give your pet the attention they need. I am available week days, between 11am and 3pm. I have had some experience with dog training and crate training. I am used to staying out side with my dogs to insure their safety and will do the same with your dog. If your yard is not fenced your dog will always go out on a leash.

I am retired and have plenty of time to care for your pet's needs plus I'm not alone - I have 2 older boys, (13 & 15), and 6 children altogether, and a wife that loves dogs. I know I would want that for our dog if we needed a sitter. I was a youth Pastor for many years and have experience with teens...so, if I can handle teenagers, I can handle animals of all kinds. Sounds funny, but they say if you are good with animals, you are good with people, and vice versa. I have had pets for over 30 years. I am currently retired and am very flexible. I am able to drop in at your address to meet your pet's needs or I am available to dog sit at my residence We have an outdoor Kennel, a well-insulated garage, and our home. We allow indoor pets. We have more than me that is able to walk and play with your pet. I will oversee the care of your Dog or cat.
