On top of the excellent care, she was also very flexible with the me and my needs. My roof was going to be installed and that’s why I scheduled to board my dogs for the night. Sure enough, it ended up being a rain day and the roofers always schedule it for the next day. Heather was very understanding and accommodating and helped me through the process of cancelling and rescheduling. On top of that, she also provides the service to pick up and drop off dogs, if wanted, which really helped me since my son was sleeping and could still sleep in. I would recommend her to anyone as long as I don’t need her at that time, just kidding. For real though, she represented the company very well and I would trust any of the caretakers at this place.”
