“Vanessa was very responsive and made it easy to communicate with her. We also appreciated her flexibility when our schedule changed.”

“Kimberly has been wonderful with Tesse. I am very happy I found her through Rover. It gives me peace of mind that Tesse has an opportunity to be walked during the day and isn’t cooped up. Tesse apparently was a challenge. She was being protective of her space and wasn’t easily convinced Kimberly was friend or foe. Kimberly patiently worked with Tesse. Definitely a 5 stars rating is deserved.”

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs for around 3 years. I’ve taken care of dogs of all sizes, ones that shed and ones that don’t. I love hanging out and walking with them and loving on them. I am currently a full time college student at Lee University as an Elementary Education Major. I am currently a substitute teacher so my work schedule is made by me. I am unable to keep them in my own home due to me living with my parents and and they are allergic to dogs. Thankfully I am not allergic, I will make sure they are fed and have plenty of water, they are walked/let out as often as possible and play with them so they feel even more loved.

“Robert has been excellent with my dogs. He is very reliable. Communicates any schedule changes that occur and is very responsive. We have had several dog sitters and he has by far been the best.”

“Amber was so helpful to step in when our other walker canceled at the last minute. She was professional, punctual, and our girl loved her. We will definitely be using her again.”

About: Dogs have always been part of my life, from Jack Russel Terriers to Great Danes. I also have volunteered at Circle of Change which is a dog program for veterans and at risk youth. I am a retired nurse that is home daily, that includes multiple walks daily for my own pet. In our small neighborhood our dog gets plenty of attention while walking due to multiple children in the neighborhood. I have the ability to crate dogs and have a large yard but unfortunately no fence but I do live in a small dog friendly neighborhood

I have experience with very high energy dogs as well as dogs who just want to lay around and get belly rubs .I had a dog for 3 years who just recently passed who was the light of my life. I live pretty close to a dog park and would not mind bringing the dogs if this is something you would want. I have experience with training dogs as well so if you have a puppy that needs extra training throughout walks I’m happy to help !

About: I’ve raised and cared for dogs my entire life. I’ve had many kinds of dogs big and small, at every age. I’ve hand raised puppies who couldn’t be cared for by their mother, and taken care of elderly dogs who need that little extra TLC. I’ve potty-trained and taught basic commands, and I want to give every dog the heaps of love they deserve. I work part time, but I have oodles of time outside of work to watch your fur baby/ies. Animals are my priority; they always get seen to before my own needs. I’m experienced in getting to know new dogs, from shy to overly excitable. Whatever rules you have in place, I’ll make sure your pet and I follow them to a T! Dogs being taken outside will always be on a leash unless we’re in a safe, fenced in environment.

About: Hi, I’m Tony! Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I’m lucky enough to have turned that love into my career. I’m a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) graduate currently trying to get my license in Tennessee. I’m passionate about making pets feel safe, loved, and cared for — just like part of the family. Whether it’s a playful puppy, a senior dog needing extra TLC, or a cat who just needs a cozy lap to nap on, I’m here to make sure your pet feels happy and at home, even when you can’t be there. I recently made the move from New York to Tennessee and, while I wait for my veterinary license, I have lots of free time during the week to dedicate to caring for your pets! I treat every pet like family, making sure they feel safe, loved, and relaxed in their own home. During each visit, I’ll follow your pet’s normal routine for feeding, walks, playtime, and medications. I have clinical experience, so I’m also comfortable caring for senior pets, special needs pets, and administering medications if needed. You’ll receive regular updates and photos, and you can trust that your pet is in kind, capable hands every step of the way. My goal is to provide not just care, but comfort, attention, and peace of mind — for both you and your pet!

About: I have grown up with dogs of all kinds but specifically medium to larger dogs like labradors, huskies, and German shepherds. I have been dog sitting ever since I was 14. Family, friends, and others. I have experience in dog sitting, walking and running with them, feeding, and bathing them as well. I have helped take care of many puppies and senior dogs too! I am a college student so I am pretty much free anytime outside of class which is generally anytime before 9 and after 4. I have multiple breaks throughout the day though, so I can walk, feed, or just check in on the pups when needed. I usually just ask how my clients interact with their dogs and do the same. Like where the dogs are allowed to go in the house or outside of it, any command words that they use often, how often they need exercise, etc. I have a lot of experience with different dogs and different dog owners so it looks different depending on the household.

Tony G.
“Tony took amazing care of my two dogs, Waffles and Sake, while I was away! His background in veterinary medicine gave me so much peace of mind, especially since Sake can be a bit feisty at times. He handled everything with patience, skill, and genuine care, taking the time to work with Sake's particular personality quirks. Throughout my trip, Tony kept me in the loop with daily updates and adorable photos, which made me feel even more at ease. When I came home, the girls were happy, relaxed, and clearly loved — and my house looked just as good as I left it. “Amanda has taken care of my dogs and cats for years. I have had multiple pets and she has been good with every one of them, adapting to their unique needs. My latest, a feisty rescued Jack Russell mix named Lucy has one big flaw...she bites all strangers! However, when she met Amanda, she immediately took to her and did not bite! Lucy and Amanda became best friends and cuddle buddies right away! I encourage everyone to hire Amanda. She is trustworthy, reliable, and GREAT WITH PETS!!!”
