She was very communicative and I didn't have to wonder how he was doing. Noreen was very accommodating to Nelson's diet. He stayed with two of his toys, his special food bowl, treats, and leashes. Noreen had a bed for him to sleep on and water bowls. Pictures showed Nelson enjoying being out in their backyard, going for walks, and playing with the other dogs. It appears he had a great time and I am very grateful that he got to stay with such a nice family over the holiday weekend. I had booked his stay on short notice because it had slipped my mind in preparation for my upcoming trip. All of the local kennels for boarding were booked. Noreen made it very easy for me to book his stay. It was very much appreciated. I highly recommend using her services and would definitely book again.”

She sent updates to let us know how they were doing, got them to both finish their meals (which typically doesn’t happen away from home), and made sure they got tons of love and attention. Dominic was outstanding with our Remi!! We can’t thank he and his family enough for the awesome care! I had terrible anxiety about leaving him with a stranger but it was unnecessary. Dominic brought his beautiful family and met my husband and I at our dog park. The meet and greet went great! He was prompt, caring, honest and made sure to send plenty of pictures with updates!! It was a holiday weekend so it was last minute but he was so wonderful! Needless to say Dominic and his family are our go to extended family for Remi!
Lauren was fantastic! I was done with the kennels and wanted a regular home environment for my sweet boy, bonus if he have a playmate. I found everything I was looking for here! Lauren was excellent about keeping me updated during his stay and adhering to his routine. Even though she had a small issue with him, she rolled with it really well, and I appreciate her being so understanding. Great experience, thank you!
