About: I grew up on a small ranch in Texas surrounded by all kinds of animals, from dogs & cats to horses & cattle. Over the past few years, my family has bred and raised several litters of golden retriever puppies. About: I’ve got quite a bit of experience with all sorts of animals! I grew up with two dogs, one of which had diabetes and required me to give them insulin occasionally, so I’m comfortable being around dogs of all shapes and sizes. About: We have always been dog lovers our whole life and was finally able to adopt one of our own three years ago. Mae is our sweet loving girl and we couldn’t imagine life without her. Dogs and animals hold a special place in our hearts! I am a teacher and my husband is a nurse. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
