About: I have been dog sitting since I was 10. my neighbor had a senior German shepherd i would watch once a month while she went on vacation. I also have my own dog who I have had full care of since she was a puppy. I understand the importance of giving them time and attention while maintaining routine. I’m currently full time but I continue to make lots of time for animals. I work midday and nights at my job, so ranging from a 9-5 or a 1-9 every day of the week. I have a dog of my own so I know the importance of making sure they are given the attention and time they deserve. Including potty breaks and play time.

About: I had dogs my whole childhood, and have had cats in adulthood. As a kid, I loved caring for and training our dogs, both basic commands and some fun tricks! I was responsible for letting them out when they needed, feeding them on time, playing with them, and taking them on walks. I wanted to be a dog trainer for years, and had a training manual I would study to know all the right actions and reactions for different situations and behaviors. I can't say I remember many specifics for training, but I definitely have plenty experience in basic care and play. As of right now, I am available all day on Sundays, and until 2pm all other days— perfect for midday walks or drop-ins while you're at work! I can provide basic care for both cats and dogs in their homes. I will feed, play, cuddle, walk, and even clean up after if necessary.

About: I have grown up with both small and large dogs as well as puppies. I also have a cat of my own for five years. I work from home so my schedule is pretty flexible! I can leave on breaks to go check on them or stay at your house overnight to watch them. I live very close to walking trails to take them on walks. About: I’ve been taking care of animals my entire life. I first started with chickens when I was growing up and now I’ve been caring for dogs, cats, etc. around 4 years ago I first started a job as a kennel assistant where I would do feedings, lets outs, and even one-on-ones for the dogs/cats that were boarding. I’ve worked in daycare during my time as a kennel assistant as well where I had to determine demeanors and personalities of the dogs attending. 2 years ago I went into the medical side of animal care and became a Veterinary Assistant. I’m now in school to become a Veterinary Technician and eventually to become a Vet. I know how to tell when something is wrong with an animal and am able to do the things necessary to help I work full-time currently Monday-Wednesday, and I’m off on Thursdays. Then I work Fridays and am off weekends. On weekdays I have an hour break so I am able to do the let outs I need to during this time. If I am doing at my house care, the first thing I would do is have a meet and greet with my dogs and go from there to make sure they are compatible to stay at my home. If we are doing at my clients house, I would still like to do meet and greets beforehand so I can get to know your animal better. Once that is all done, I would like to know the rules and regulations for feeding times, let out times, and any medical needs that are needed. Dog walking I can only do Thursdays, and weekends but there are a few things I would like to know beforehand. Just the basics on how they do when other dogs are around, what to watch out for, and if there are any rules the dog needs to keep up with.
About: I've had small dogs as a child and larger dogs as an adult. Also love cats. We have a nice sized back yard to play in. Will be willing to take dogs for walks or do drop in visits if you'd rather keep them in there own familiar environment. I work 3 days a week and would be available after to feed, walk and potty your beloved pet. I available during the day or evening to stop by and check on your best friend if you'd rather I have a large backyard yard and a friendly weimaraner to keep your fur baby company. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
