About: I’ve taken care of dogs for almost 10 years. I got my own first cat 6 years ago from the shelter, and kept going with a barn kitten, two puppies and then a 4 week old kitten off the side of the road. I’ve successfully crate trained both of my dogs and have had to administer medication to both dogs and cats. I work from home with a very flexible schedule. I’m home every day with our 2 dogs and 3 cats. I love being with my cats especially. My cats are very different, with different temperaments and different needs. My long term goal is to open a cat cafe that acts as a kind of foster home while the cats wait to be adopted! I am more than happy to spend time with your kitties, giving pets, feeding them, scooping litter, and especially playing with the kitties favorite toys! Anything to make your furry best friend a little more comfortable while they wait for you to come home! Additional instructions are always helpful too!

About: As a lifelong dog dad, I have years of experience with my own pets and with others. Being a working author makes home pet sitting is an ideal situation for me. All I need is internet and a place to sit with my laptop. Cuddles from the fur babies always provides inspiration. You can count on responsible care from a guy who has had more life experience than some (a kind way to say older). 🙂 Although I prefer just a few days at a time since I’m married and have my own fur babies, I would consider longer term house sitting for the right situation. I am a working author. This makes my situation flexible and provides my ability to be attentive. I still perform vocals with a jazz band, but that would be blocked off on my schedule as would any book tours. My policy for care of your pets is that you know them best. I hope not to drive you crazy with requests of daily schedule, but routines are important for our fur families. Therefore, I will want to know a typical day and will try to adhere to that as closely as possible. I do not accept pets in my home.

About: I grew up with family dogs and cats. You name it, we’ve had the breed. From chihuahuas, to huskies, to dobermans, to great danes. Therefore extremely comfortable with all sized fur babies. I have experience with all ages, from puppies as we have bred our great danes years ago, twice, to elderly dogs who are blind and/or deaf. etc. I actually have my own pup, she is a husky. Her name is cora and she is definitely a handful but i am blessed my hands are full with a smart, funny yet stubborn puppy haha. I also have cats, lazy fat house cats haha. I was looking for job opportunity that will allow me flexibility, work with fur babies (may or may not like them better then humans haha) and to be a mom to my 10 months old daughter as well, that is why i am pursuing Rover in hopes i can do it all at once. Animals cannot fend for themselves, it is important to me that my animals feel important, instead of a burden. My husky, Cora, is walked every two hours and fed two meals a day and has access to water 24/7. I am flexible to learn other animals schedules and eating times, as every animal is different.

About: Fenced in backyard on a culdesac in a small community. I will only sit one owner’s animals at a time to ensure your pet(s) receives 100% of my attention. I work occasionally in the evenings and then from home during the day so I have a flexible a schedule for you and your pups! About: I have worked 5 years watching all types of breeds (German Shepard, pit bull, yorkie, dachshund, Pomeranian and boxer) and very sick pups (hip problems ,cancer and no teeth). I took care of them when the owners were working or out of town . I can not bring them to my house but I’m willing to stay over nights or just go check on them before or after work my schedule I normally work 6am-4 pm but free the rest of the day. About: I have been taking care of dogs since as long as I can remember, as my family has always had dogs. From labs to golden retrievers to small rat terriers, I’ve experienced a variety of dogs and it’s been a constant family obligation to make sure the dogs are always taken care of by being fed, walked, bathed/groomed, nurtured, etc. Dogs to me have always been part of the family, and should be considered a first priority and not just an after thought. I love playing with them and taking them outside when I can, and I’m young so I can (usually) still keep up with them! I always make sure to clean up after them when going on walks. I also used to volunteer at an animal shelter in my free time. I am still getting used to cats so I don’t know as much about their specific care but I am always willing to learn more. I am used to going on walks twice a day with my dog and taking her on hikes with me when I can. Her care is a part of my daily routine. I make sure to stay attentive to pets when it seems like they want attention/something from me. I work from home so I can be nearby them most of the day. I always follow their specific food schedule (or any medication) and keep the water bowls filled. I set aside time to take them outside/for a walk and clean up after them.
