“Emily was a great last minute sitter on our way to Vegas. She sent frequent updates and my puppers looked so happy running around just like at the dog park in her spacious backyard. I entered the pretty big neighborhood on the way back through Phelen and Lilac, much shorter time you have to be on dirt roads and roads were much better. Thank you Emily!”

“Cindy and her family were great! They kept us up to date with everything. They sent pictures periodically throughout the day. Outside of Sheba’s injury, which was no one’s fault, I would use and recommend Cindy.”

“Dana was a wonderful choice to watch our cat. When we came to pick him up, we could see he had bonded with her. Dana was quick to respond to our questions, sent pictures and updates on how he was doing with her. Her home is immaculate and welcoming for pets. She had all of our cats food and belongings bagged up and ready for us when we got to her home. Excellent choice, we highly recommend Dana.”

“Very satisfied with the level of care and professionalism. Excellent communication skills. Without any follow up on my part I was kept informed with both text and pics. I was so happy to see my senior dog up and playing with Harlow (their pet). Beau ( my dog) was made to feel more as a family member than a guest. Harlow is a very important part of that experience. Will recommend to my my friends and definitely use them again. Thank you so much. You have great energy, and kind hearted people. - Anne”

“Lyla and Jake’s dog sitter Raelena was wonderful. Reliable, great with updates and photos, and always kind and caring with the dogs. Lyla and Jake came home happy, relaxed, and well-loved. Highly recommended!”

“Jasmine is Amazing! She sends regular updates and pictures of our fur baby, Baby, who made a new friend in Jasmine and her dog. We feel totally comfortable and confident in Jasmine and both highly recommend her. She loves what she does. Baby has never let any new person pet her before. Just amazing!”

“Shannon was quick to respond and always available last minute when we need a sitter. She kept us updated on how tucker was doing and sent pictures of him enjoying his time. We have used Shannon multiple times and will continue using her. She’s awesome.”
“My puppy had the best time with Charity! I appreciated her kindness and responsiveness to my request for a daily check in, and I felt extremely comfortable leaving my pup with her. Her setup was clean and safe, with a large yard to play in. I highly recommend Charity to anyone looking for a responsible and competent sitter!”

“We did a meet & greet before her stay & Midnight took to Phyllis right away. She explored the house & yard, then pretty much made herself at home, so I felt very comfortable leaving her there for her stay. Through the photos/updates Phyllis sent during the week, it was obvious Midnight was being very well cared for & was having a lovely stay. Will definitely use Phyllis again when/if the need to board Mid night arises. In particular, I loved that she only boards one family's pet(s) at a time & is there with them most all the time.”

“Amazing! I was so worried and I know Harely had the best time! I would book over and over again if Simone will have her. I felt so comfortable and confident Harley’s was in the best care . She sent updates daily which helped me a lot.”

“OOO my goodness Laura and her family are simply amazing. My rescue puppy is very human attached and they took her on walks. They cuddled her. They have a safe yard. The communication was amazing. I cannot even tell you how comfortable I was leaving my fur child with them and I will use them over and over and over again. I wish I could stay with them and have them babysit me. LOL love love love them!!!!”

“Nathaniel did a splendid job caring for our dogs! He was very kind and responsive to all of my questions. Our dogs were happy when we picked them up. I will definitely use his services again.”

“My experience with Julie was great! Rusty was well taken care of. Julie kept me updated on how he was doing every day. And when I was delayed an extra day from picking him up because of the airline, she was very understanding and flexible with me picking him up the next day. I would highly recommend using Julie and I will the next time I need a sitter for my fur baby.”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
