“Susana was hired to be our dogsitter/walker during our daughter's wedding at a campground in East Troy, WI. She was asked to attend the wedding and help us with our Great Dane Molli who was part of the wedding party. Susana came out to us and stay by Molli's side for the time that we wanted to socialize with family and friends and eat dinner at the reception. 13. Tara R.
About: I grew up with dogs and have had an extensive career in the Animal Health Industry, selling veterinary pharmaceuticals for 25 years, and also working as a client services representative at a busy emergency and referral veterinary center. Not only did I grow up with dogs but I have had my own dogs as an adult, which I actually got because the family I was sitting for could no longer keep them and asked if I would like to make it a permanent situation. I cared for both of them into their senior years and became proficient at managing their medical conditions that arose from aging (diabetes and canine cognitive disorder). My two boys required very extensive care and routine insulin administration for my diabetic as well as additional medications that I became very proficient in administering, even if they were particular about taking pills, etc. I am very knowledgeable in how to manage multiple dogs at once, how to keep dogs safe in various environments, and a good eye for anything that may indicate they may not be feeling their best. When I had my guys, I would often trade sitting and walking favors with my fellow dog owners so I have had a lot of experience sitting for and walking other dogs throughout my life. My goal is to give peace of mind to dog owners that they can go on vacation, business trips, day trips, or just out anywhere, and they will know that their dog is in great, loving hands. I am currently working full-time but I am off on Thursdays and Fridays and I can also take on pets in the evenings after work. When sitting for your pet I can take them out on my lunch hour if necessary. I would follow any requests that you have in order to make your pet as comfortable as they are when you are there. I am very familiar with local walking trails and parks that are pet friendly.

14. Carrie B.

Whether overnight or early morning I’m happy to work with your schedule and availability as well! While I do not offer care in my own home for your furry friend, I have experience with crating dogs, both fenced and indented yards, creating safe environments for your pets, and following your directions so your pet is as comfortable as possible!

17. Dominique C.
About: Hi there, my name is Dominique. I am a fun, kind, compassionate person who loves animals! I have a dog that I rescued from a killer shelter down in Indiana named Orion who is with me in my profile picture who absolutely get spoiled by the rest of my family and I. As well I worked in a boarding facility near my home town. And I have learned a lot about how to handle all types of dogs personalities. I have worked with puppies and elder dogs as well as aggressive, timid and very energetic pups as well! And me and my Boyfriend help foster dogs that are looking for there forever home! i'm going to be a freshman in college up at whitewater. My class schedule varies where I have hours where I won't be having classes where then I can go and spend some time with the pet or just feed or let them out! With my dog Orion we need to keep him on a leash or he will run away to go explore but with my old dogs Baron and Riggins we were able to let them run around without worrying about them running off ! I also love being able to relax and just cuddle with dogs if they are the cuddling type which im more than happy to do to make then feel loved while there owner is away

18. Ashley M.
About: As a lifelong animal lover and experienced pet sitter, I understand that pets are more than just animals—they’re family. With 14 years of personal pet experience, as well as professional sitting for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, fish, and even equine, I provide compassionate and reliable care to ensure your pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. Having raised four dogs of my own, all of whom have completed puppy training classes, I have a strong understanding of canine behaviors and am familiar with common commands and training techniques. I believe in recognizing each pet's unique personality and quirks, which helps me tailor my approach to their needs. Whether it’s daily dog walks, overnight stays, or drop-in visits, I take a personalized approach to care, ensuring that each animal’s routine is respected to minimize stress and keep things familiar. I also understand that some animals, especially dogs, can be excited by new experiences. That's why I always allow pets to get to know me on their own terms, respecting their space and comfort levels. I’m also comfortable administering medications as needed to ensure they’re receiving the care they require. Living on a small hobby farm with a mini donkey, mini horse, chickens, and barn cats gives me a unique understanding of farm animal care as well. While I cannot board animals on our property, I am available to provide attentive care in your home or wherever your pets feel most at ease. Since I work from home, I frequently check in on my own animals throughout the day, which allows me to offer flexible and responsive care for your pets, too. I would love to connect to see how I can care for your own "extended" family! Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. I work from home on a small hobby farm, so I’m always around and able to stay on top of things for the animals in my care. My own pets are a big part of my day, whether I’m checking in on the farm animals or taking my dogs for walks and playtime. Since I’m home throughout the day, I have a lot of flexibility when it comes to scheduling drop-in visits or overnight stays. With a little notice and depending on distance, I can easily fit these into my routine and make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, even while you're away. Having my own animals at home also means I’m constantly in tune with their needs, and it’s easy for me to stay organized and keep track of any special care requirements. I’m always checking in on them and adjusting as needed, which allows me to provide consistent, reliable care for both my own pets and those I look after. When I care for pets, I try to stick to their usual routine as much as possible. At my place, my pets have free access to the house while we are home, but I know not all animals are comfortable with that. If needed, I’m happy to crate a dog or set up a quiet, safe space where they can relax. I also make sure they have fresh water, comfy bedding, and some toys or something familiar to keep them occupied. When I’m watching pets in your home, I follow your guidelines for feeding, exercise, and anything else that helps your pet feel comfortable. I try to keep things as close to their normal routine as I can—whether that’s sticking to their favorite spots for naps or making sure playtime and walks happen just like usual.

19. Rylie D.
“Rylie is amazing with all animals. She truly loves animals and it shows by how loving and responsible she is when taking care of them. Rylie has cared for my animals including dogs and cats for years. I am always comfortable leaving my animals knowing Rylie is caring for them. She has been great letting them out while I am at work and staying at the house when I am away for the weekend or on vacations. I don't know what I would do without her. I would definitely recommend Rylie.”

20. Mary K.
“Good morning, to whom it may concern, my name is Adrienne Flaherty and I am a coworker of Mary Krisher for a few years now. Mary has talked to me about branching into pet sitting and after many conversations regarding her father's dog, and conversations in general about animals and pets Mary would be an incredible, loving, and dependable pet caregiver. She shows great compassion for our 4 legged companions and pet owners would be lucky to have Mary take care of their pets. I would not hesitate to recommend Mary as a responsible and loving pet caregiver and Rover would be lucky to use her services. Regards, Adrienne Flaherty”
